Have spent the last 30 minutes waiting for someone to help us mix a quart of paint. Five employees have passed, promising to get someone to help us, and we're still waiting. Normally I don't mind lapses in assistance, but this is a silly amount of time to be waiting for a single employee to spend 20 seconds punching a number into a computer.

I went to pick up my prescription and gave my coupon to the counter person for a discount. I seen him take my medication out of the refrigerator and began putting in information in the computer. After several tries he then took the medication out of the brown bag and stuck it under his arm as he appeared to be confused, and walked around for several minutes talking to the other staff. He then handed me my coupon back and said their computers had messed up prior to me coming in and and would not accept coupons for medications that were the same type as mine and I would need to go online and get a new coupon with a different ID number on it. I returned the next day for the same prescription with my new coupon I had obtained and then was told by a different tech that they were out of the medication and would not have it until around April 30th. He also said “I could have printed off your coupon myself but the medication is on back order.” So, they gave my medication to someone else and now I have to wait for a month, if I’m lucky, to get my medication! That is just not right!!

I've noticed lately the workers have been very rude at checkout. When someone like my elderly mom is shopping and she can't find something they tend to point and say it's over there instead of taking her and showing her where the product is.

Let me start with a sad but true sentiment; that I’d wager most of us can identify with. We don’t expect much from Walmart- their customer service and quality in pretty much every location-in any store-anywhere…is going to be bottom of the barrel. Most of us realize this and for whatever reason we accept it as normal. We still shop there, we park and walk right by the pole with a tattered and filthy American flag flying…to buy their hyper inflated and terrible quality Chinese products. Dealing with a rude and ignorant staff as their baseline.But I digress, this isn’t a review on why Wal Mart is ruining America (which it is). No this is a review about why this particular Wal Mart gets a golden star for sucking real bad.I went in about 20 min before they close to get a few things. No announcements at any point that they will be closing in “X” minutes. 5 minutes before close I was amazed!! I’ve never had so many Wal Mart employees in my lifetime become so eager with initiative to approach me and tell me they are closing! The little hobbit-like manager on duty in fact told me twice within 2 minutes despite the fact I acknowledged him the first time. Then he wanted to creepily walk directly behind me like he was herding me out. Like a tiny weird sheepdog with an overinflated sense f self importance.Whatever, it wasn’t until checking out did I get real mad. A fellow disabled veteran in a motorized wheelchair rang all his stuff up as quickly as his akward seat would allow, while 6..yes 6 disgruntled little blue vested employees scowled.. Since apparently Walmart has decided all of its customers are cashiers now?The guy was clearly flustered and having anxiety he probably dealt with all the helpful people telling him to essentially move his wheelchair faster and get the hell out. Then, the poor dude realizes he forgot his wallet in his vehicle. He told the mob of employees he’d need to go get it and the apparent leader had the nerve to exhale rudely and say “I don’t know, we might be able to let you do that, but you have to make it like real quick.”Say what? We might help you..but you have to like ummm Make it real quick.. to the guy in the wheel chair with one leg..who made an honest mistake we’ve all made most likely at one point.Sigh. In another day and age someone mighta slapped the taste out this kids mouth for having such an entitled condescending rude attitude. Unfortunately this is not that day and age so here I am letting y’all know. This WalMart is gross it’s especially bad, from the management down to the blue vested door minions, they should be canceled.And for the record Wal mart - Your flag here is not serviceable. CHANGE IT. If it’s stainined ripped or tattered it needs to be disposed of properly and replaced. Also, if you are too lazy to raise and lower your flag daily…then you need to have a proper light source illuminating it at night. You have plenty of Chinese floodlights in hardware, use them. Some of us who fought for that flag notice these things.

I really get tired of going to the Outdoor dept. entry door and finding out that it's locked. Last time I did it, I just got back in the car and went to Menard's. How about hanging a sign big enough that folks can tell when the door is closed from their vehicle?

At 7:00pm on 11-21-23 a young girl selling internet services was rude to my son. Not once but twice, both times we walked by her. No need to be rude because we don’t have the need for your services.

Crowed ! Rude unhelpful workers! All seems to busy to assist! Shoppers have no Christmas spirit! A cashier rolled her eyes at me because I was in a wheelchair and she had to stop a MIN for my crossing

I have always loved Walmart. Sometimes they're a little too busy when your trying to shop for groceries, but I manage. I've never had any problems at Walmart They always have what I'm looking for & I like one stop shopping!

What can I say? Well they have a wide variety of items, for the cost of living nowadays their prices ain't too shabby either. Employees are always willing to help n assist me whenever I may need assistance or to ask a question. Got everything from food, to drinks, to meals, to snacks, bathroom necessities, kitchen items, I could go on n on. I love shopping here. When I go in always in their store for hours, checking out the new items as well as clearance racks. And the employees are friendly n don't mind stopping what they are doing to help a customer out.

The store itself is great. Everything is generally organized and easy to find. All of the employees are awesome and I’ve never had an issue with any of them EXCEPT one girl at the customer service desk tonight. My sister and I were picking up some groceries and other items for our mom who is sick. At self checkout, my sister left a bag behind with two eyeliners. I drive back to the store and my sister calls to ask if they had it up front. After picking up the phone and hanging up 5 or so times, she finally got through. My sister asked if they had received any list items to which the customer service girl said “We have about a thousand lost items” in a rude tone. Ignoring it, I go to customer service and say my sister has called and I needed to grab the eyeliner. She proceeded to say “Yeah, she only called about 40 times.” I was still nice, said thank you and have a good day and was ignored. I understand it’s busy, but the rudeness was unnecessary.

Don't buy anything game on at Walmart. Not get money's back or refund. Why did selling the game but doesn't working? Look here the costume always right. But the worker won't able to give me money back. Return to game their store. They won't give anything and also keep games no refunds.

Pleasant. Went in the store. Went directly for what I wanted. Went to self check-out and exited. No problems. No issues finding the items on my list, and also managed to happen upon a couple unexpected bargains to my pleasant surprise. So that was a happy day.

The stocking crew is trying to do the best they can. The cashier seemed to be new because it took her 20 mins to ring up only a handful of items that I had and kept having to call another cashier over to have help.

Ok people. This was one of the best things thats happened at a retail store. My sister and I were shopping with her kids and somehow lost my nephew's stuffed animal. He's super attached to it, so it was a huge deal when we found out we didn't have it. My sister called, and honestly the first person she talked to was really rude, so we were quite discouraged. Then, she got a call back that they had found the toy and were holding it at the service desk! Thank you so much to the kind lady who called us back.

Got a product from seasoning, when I got home to use it and unscrewed the lid, it had already been opened. I hope the stockers check products before putting them on the shelf. I understand workers have a lot to get done, just worries me about others

Barrett decided out of every single customer I'm the only one who needed to be stopped at the door and accused me of stealing. Didn't apologize when I produced a receipt that of course covered every single item. Then proceeded to write something down about me as I walked out. It would be one thing if any of the other 15 or so people who also walked out had been stopped, but no he didn't even acknowledge them just to get to me

The pickup area is a little confusing..... It says pickup in giant letters on the left side of the building... That's the pharmacy. The grocery pickup is not marked it is on the right side of the building near the tire center. That being said fast, friendly, easy going employees. Highly recommend
