I took a completely fine working propane tank to get refilled last night. First thing, the guys filling the propane tank had no idea what they was doing and waited about 30 mins for them to figure out how to fill up the propane tank. Once I got home and hooked up the propane tank the knobb to release the propane was so tight I couldn't even loosen it with a tool. So I waited till the next day to take it back to the store for them to loosen it up. Well once I got to the store they brought a guy out to try and loosen it and he couldn't so he went and got a tool and began trying to loosen it with the tool but realized he wasn't doing anything but stripping the valve, so now its damaged and useless. After that no one in the store knew what to do so they got the store manager involved, she has no customer service at ALL!!! Basically her SMART suggestion was "refund me the propane they put in it and go pay for a new one to switch it out, because it worked when we filled it up so its not our responsibility now, even though our employee stripped it and broke it, it's not or fault it's you!"TERRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!!!!STORE MANAGER DISRESPECTFUL INFRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS AND VERY RUDE!WILL NOT SHOP THERE AGAIN!!!THE STORE MANAGER DEFINITELY NOT QUALIFIED FOR MANAGEMENT!!!!

Update*** 9/7/2022, Got a reply from the company to call this 877 number to talk to the customer service representative for the company about my experience with the store. So I just called them and after going through the long list of options to select (none that helped me), I selected the option to speak to a representative. After being told my wait time was a minute and that my call was important, my call then gets disconnected. So I’m done with this place. Not only do they charge more for an item than the tag says, they hang up on me when they tell me to call them. I’d give no stars if Google would let me. Unbelievable!!!I bought 2 hats that had one price on them and then when I checked out they had charged me a higher price for them. When I questioned why they charged more for them, the clerk said they don’t go with what the tag on the item says, they use another price and that I shouldn’t pay attention to the tags. This was first time I’ve ever been in this store and it’ll be the last. Buyer beware.

I signed up for their credit card, after being told you will get $20.00 off your next purchase. Told that you can turn around and pay it off right then and there. Lies! Went into the tractor supply store in Owensboro Kentucky on Starlight drive last night, with the newly arrived credit card. Made a $100.00 purchase. Use the new handy dandy credit card. Guess what? Oh no, did not get $20.00 off my order and couldn’t pay it off right then and there. A sad way to run a business!

Staff was extremely rude upon entering the store. Manager on duty Veterans Day was also rude when asking for assistance. Worst experience shopping that I have ever encountered. Will not be shopping there again. I would have put a 0 star if it would allow. 1 star is not my rating even.

They've got a good team of people there. Always a willing and friendly person ready to help you find whatever it is you need. It's my go-to shop for lawn, garden, farm and domestic animal products, etc.

I found a perfect wind chime. And an solar powered outside light. I was into the other item but they have cool farm like items to buy for your home. Store was clean, quiet and first in line to make a purchase. Love the baby ducks at chicks.

The help is wonderful ! I can't carry anything over 5 lbs. At this time an they kindly carried my 20 lbs. sack of bird seed to my car for me.They are great !

I travel around the country and usually get propane filled from various businesses however today I had one of the best customer service experiences from Davin! He was so nice and helpful! Going forward, I will go out of my way to stop at Tractor Supply for propane and other needs because of examples like this! Consider this a formal recommendation of Davin for Employee of the Month!

Tractor Supply on Starlite Drive is an awesome store. The staff here are wonderful and take time to answer any questions that you have and help you find what you're looking for. Stock levels are usually good for all products and sales are always nice as well.

This store is much more convenient than driving to the other side of town. They have all the feed that we need for our animals. We always walk through the clearance section to see if there is anything we "need." Lol

It is nice to go somewhere and get greeted right away. AND they are actually knowledgeable about what they sell! If one location doesn't have it they will call others to ship it to you! Love every location!
