Was very disappointed in the Saturday chick day. The ad stated that their would be door prizes and specialists to ask questions to. No door prizes and an employee was the specialist. A sheet of paper and a sticker was the only thing given out. No offense to the employee, she was as nice as she could be. But I was disappointed!

I'm leaving a bad review for this store I wouldn't go there if you paid me my husband asked where a part is an the guy walked around the corner an was like you can't just take that treated my husband like he was a thief never met my husband before an my husband walked out so be careful coming to this store they might do you the same way smh

Parked outside 7 minutes before close, the manager smoking outside was sure to yell at us and let us know to hurry up. My little sister took off running inside as we literally just got yelled at. The employee inside was also sure to let us know we close in 5 minutes. Lil sis(16yo) was at the counter with a huge bag of dog food and some horse medicine within 2 minutes. The employees looked at us with suprise as if they hadnt just berated us with notices of the soon closure. After they realized we were decent people who care if they got home on time, they were all smiles. The attitude of this manager needs some adjusting. This is not the way to treat returning customers.

The tractor supply on 54 is the best. All the employees are so helpful and the store is always stocked with everything we need for our goats. Bob is super helpful. He always offers to help and helped us so much to plan and get everything we need for our electric fencing. He’s very knowledgeable.

Utilized their mobile vet clinic. The vet gave one of my cats two doses of feline leukemia vaccine. They were worried more about their feelings and their inventory then they were my cat. Then, when we got home and removed my other cat front her crate, there was a needle still stuck in her. Was on hold with their customer service for an hour and finally hung-up. It said this mobile clinic was out of Nashville. I would recommend avoiding them!!

I've only been in a handful of times but have always had great experiences. The store is clean and organized and it's easy to find what you need. On the rare occasion that you can't find exactly what you're looking for, or can't decide between two similar items, the employees are knowledgeable and always happy to help.My most recent trip was to buy sandbox sand and, not only were the guys happy to load my truck for me, I didn't have to wait 20 minutes for someone to come help. When my checker called for someone to assist, they were there before I finished paying.I've always received incredible customer service here, been able to get in and out quickly, and have always been able to find an employee when I needed one. What more could you ask for these days! Definitely a 5 star business!

Horrible service. Understaffed to the point of being ridiculous. 2 people in each location in Owensboro. 1 helpful but overwhelmed woman at the location closest to us. 1 man who tried to get out of helping us. Went across town to the other location and the man leaning over the cash register chatting with a friend tried to ignore our presence. After demanding his attention he was extremely rude. After being told what we wanted was "seasonal" he returned to his loafing. The item was definitely not seasonal. We ended up buying our 400 dollar item at Menards. This is the second time this type of thing has happened. Time to pay more and get decent help TS.

I can not say enough about the fantastic service TSC provided. I needed a child’s cowboy hat for my grandson’s birthday. They came though with flying colors! Their inventory was depleted because of Christmas. But Bob found one at another TSC and the person he contacted went above and beyond for me. I am so grateful my Grandson was over the moon when he opened his present grinning from ear to ear. Thank you all so very much !

Went to go get hydraulic hoses fittings and I took my old one with me I got a lady from the back but I thought she was amazing helping me and i question her I said are you sure this is going to work and she really just didn't look at it she just yeah well guess what it didn't work

Some of their prices are a bit high, but they have a great selection of products from farm equipment parts, livestock supplies, tools, and even toys and decor. I love hitting up the clearance section because they really drop the price on stuff. Not like other retailers that just knock the change off the price and call it clearance.

This is one of my favorite farm stores. There is always a friendly helpful person to assist you. They will load heavy items for you in store and into your vehicle. Their seasonal selection of decor is wonderful. Kids farm toys are nice and they have Breyer horses and playsets

Was looking for a particular item that was shown to be ordered online and picked up at the store. Although, I wasted my time to go to the store as it's not a normal item in the store. So, I went to another bargain type dept store and found the item to be more specific to my needs....and $6 cheaper than Tractor Supply's item

This store is always helpful AND fun. I got baby ducks for Easter surprises for the adults in my family (plus 50 pounds of feed and a bigger water dispenser since ducks drink more than chicks). The insulated mud boots I got here are perfect for slogging around my sister-inlaw and brother's farm. Just ask the staff, they will help you solve almost anything.

Placed an online order. Used contactless pick up followed the instructions on the sign. and employee came to the front door twice and looked out. but never brought my order i finally went in to pick up my items. No one at the register ( Customer waiting to check out) SO i picked up my items and left.
