I bought the Trixie cat house and I am so impressed. Not only did I receive it three days early, but the craftsmanship is amazing. Very easy to assemble (less than 10 minutes) and it's adorable. Very pleased with this purchase. Excellent customer service at the store, as well.

1 helpful associate back in grill department when we were looking at accessories.I have an issue with a scratched up 900 dollar Traegar grill we picked up from pickup. It initially didn't have the bucket with it, they would have sold me an incomplete father's day gift if we hadn't checked it. It's all scratched up, too. He's happy he has a grill. I am unhappy we got a scratched up, incomplete had we not checked and dusty product at that price point.

Home Depot designed a new storage system for my master bedroom closet. The design was perfect and maximized the space. The materials and workmanship were fantastic. The price was below our budget amount. Highly recommend.

I purchased all of my Indoor Big and Small appliances, all of my Yard Tools, both large and small, Metal Storage Building plus all of my gardening and yard decor supplies. Very clean and well organized. Had an associate ask me if I needed help locating anything. I told him I was looking for microfiber towels and he pointed me in the right direction. Love this store.

Location is easy to find. Easy to get in & out with plenty of parking. The store is well Stocked, organized and clean. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They even went out of their was to assist with loading my purchases while being thoughtful about getting the inside of my vehicle dirty. The pricing was fair for what I purchased.

They had everything I needed and helped me load it. There were several people ahead of me that needed help with loading their stuff also but the wait wasn't long. The young man never stopped or slowed down and wouldn't take a tip. If you shop here I'd suggest at least offering because he was working hard and I know that some days a generous tip could mean the difference between eating lunch or just taking a break.

Employees have no idea what they’re talking about (looking for a flare cap) guy said a specific one would fit which it did not and had to return it. Fast forward a few weeks later, had an online order said it would be ready for pickup a certain day. Wasn’t ready that day, was delivered the day after to the store which has been sitting at the store because they let the truck sit there for 24 hours before they process it even when it was supposed to be ready 2 days ago. Will not be ordering or shipping with them anymore, still haven’t been able to pickup my order because it STILL isn’t processed.

Justin Cox from Cox enterprises delivered my supplies from home depot today .Having it delivered on a dry day was a challenge he overcame with ease lol. He was here early in the morning, after calling and saying he was on the way.He was very thorough and asked specific questions as to where I wanted supplies placed .He also had suggestions that made my job much easier to unload and put away! He was prompt,courteous, polite,listened to my requests. Was careful of his surroundings, Did Not rut up my yard! Before he left, asked if there was anything else he could do for me..he separated like goods into piles to make it easier on me! All was a good experience, money well spent.! I will use them again!

I'm a local plumber. 90% of the time I can find everything I need here. Just gotta be conscious of what is in the packages you pick up. Some customers don't put things back where they belong and if you don't watch it you'll pick up a package of pex couplings from the 90's display.

Whenever I need something from this type of store I always choose Home Depot first. Most of the time they have just what I am looking for. They are always very courteous and helpful. I never feel lost when I shop, and am made to feel empowered to take on any task on hand after asking questions from our friendly Home Depot employees.

4 stars today because they need to open more registers. They try to push everyone through self check out. Too many skids of merchandise sitting out. Hard to navigate with cart and people everywhere. Nice garden center but Lowe's garden center is the best.

Good selection of items but staff is a bit pushy. If I need help, I would find a worker. The workers here seem to kind of follow you around and I didn't like that at all. The lawn & garden center here is beautiful! I could spend some serious money in this section.

She was patient, knowledgeable and informative. After much frustration trying to do things on my own, she solved all my issues without making me feel like a total idiot! The young boy and girl working in the paint department were to interested in their conversation instead of the customers. Should of just went down the road to Lowe's where we always get great customer service. Don't know if we will be back.
