I've, just picked my Chinese Crested up from having his hair cut. Everything about his experience was more than excellent. The staff were great, Archie was as happy as he was when I left him. This is definitely where Archie will be having his hair done forever. Here are his photos before his cut and after.

We picked up our dog from yawls place about a month ago and we were looking at his new haircut and we noticed on his ear that some of it got chipped off and we aren’t happy about it so we might not return back here. Thanks for what you’ve done.

This place is GREAT! Friendly staff and atmosphere, you can tell that they really take pride in what they do here. Ashley is awesome and my dog always looks Fantastic after she is done with him! 6 Stars for sure!

We had a 8:30am appointment this morning. I waited in town for 4 hours. I called at 12:30. They said it would be another hour, they hadn’t even started on him yet. I’m not sure why make appointments? I wasn’t told that it would a while or that they would be behind.This is the second time it’s taken longer then 4 hours to get him groomed with a appointment. Sorry but we will not be using them anymore as I can’t just wait around for hours on hours and no communication

I have been brining my Australian Shepherd Puppy (Jethro) here for almost a year. Jethro is very hyper and as tons of energy. The staff here is always amazing with him. He has been groomed multiple times here. We have put him in daycare there quite a few times as well. There has never been any issues. They always do a great job with him! One of the staff members there, Amber, is always so helpful and such a sweetheart! Highly recommend this business!

I have taken my dog here for many years. While they have done a great job most of the time, I have had my share of negative experiences and after witnessing how they treated some bigger dogs today, I’m scared to bring my baby back here. Once I had to leave my pup at the salon due to my work schedule not allowing me to leave until five, so he was there for most of the day. My mother ended up picking him up and when she did his bottom was covered in feces because they had not let him use the restroom, and hard telling how long he had been sitting like that. While they did allow a free cut after that, it was still upsetting. Recently the time previous to today’s visit, after bringing my pup home from the salon I found multiple fleas on him, and he had never had fleas before. When I told them about this on the phone they didn’t seem interested/didn’t care. Today, after I picked him up his nails seem to have been cut but we’re not rounded off and were still very sharp to the point where he could very easily draw blood if he scratched me. When we were waiting for rascal to be brought out another gentleman left his large labradoodle there to be groomed. When the owner was taking him to the back, he started to get excited/rowdy and jump on her, and she took her thumb on his lower jaw and yanked his head down. Then on their way to the back he began getting rowdy again and she got angry, and drug him through the door by the leash tied around his neck and then smacked him upside the head. I understand big dogs can get rowdy and need to be discipline/restrained so they won’t accidentally hurt you, but smacking them in the head and yanking them around, as well as yelling at the other dogs, all in front of customers is very unprofessional and unsettling to say the least. I just hope my poor pup has not been faced with this same treatment.

The 1st time we took our standard poodle boy there, his haircut was nothing like we had asked for, his ears was even shaved and he had a few deeper spots on him where he had been shaved shorter than the rest of his body. We had been there several times prior to thisand was satisfied with his haircut. I took my female poodle there after this (I asked for a different groomer) when we picked her up she looked like a totally different dog, she looked amazing! Meagan Stax will always be the 1 to groom my babies there from now on! She does a great job! Just wish the services were a little less pricey there.

I have been to Dapper Dog a couple times with our two short hair shedding dogs. I was pleased from the get go. One of our dogs has horrible anxiety and clipping her nails is always an ordeal. (That’s an understatement!) At our most recent visit...my fur baby just wasn’t having it. They didn’t push her to continue seeing how upset she was. Instead, we worked out a plan together to bring her back another day and her nails were done in no time and she did great! I’m so thankful that the staff looks out for the best interest of the dog and is patient in getting the task accomplished safely. And the deshedding mud bath is EVERYTHING!!!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

I would not recommend. If could give a zero star I would. My dog was given back to me worse than when she went in. I was told she was nervous and was pooping everywhere because of it, which I get, that happens sometimes but they did not clean her and the staff knew she was still unclean but the manager told the people up front to give her to my wife like that anyways. We don’t usually is this place but has to due to scheduling purposes. And my dog has never had this problem with the other place, which unfortunately leave me to believe they are mistreating the animals. I will never go to them again.

Friendly staff, sensitive to each of your pets individual needs, reasonably priced. When I walked in I expected it to have a "kennel like" atmosphere like most grooming facilities, but It was way more "zen". I felt like I was dropping my dog off at the spa for a day of pampering. The dogs waiting to be picked up or currently being groomed seemed very calm and un threatened.

We just used the doggie daycare for the first time and the staff was very friendly, prices were great, and they let us come the same day we called... I thought it was odd that they did not need proof of vet records and shots. They also would not let me back to see the daycare facility. When we picked our dog up her leash was soaked (in what smelled to be dog urine) as though she’d had it on the entire time and was just dragging it behind her.

Poor customer service. Employees have poor manners when you voice concern or opinion. They shave dogs guard hair without consent. They blame you for scratches that show up after completely shaving your dog after asked not to.I sent my dog once didn’t like how his nails was cut too short never took him back. The above statement is due to my best friends dog being completely shaved and when my friend tried speaking to her about it an employee took it upon themselves to go into a “Facebook war” with her. The owner took it upon herself to do an informative Facebook live that made no sense and she lacked to give people actual information. When I asked about the guard hairs being cut she said that she tells her customers but they don’t care that customers just want their dogs shaved...

Had my daughters dog groomed on 9/22/17, she was matted pretty bad. Dapper Dog razor burned her really bad, and no toenail trim. The 1st message I got from the owner about my concern was understanding at 4am. Then I got a 2nd replay at 6am I guess when she got to work she sent me a copy of every time Bailey had been groomed, and said her nails had been trimmed. That 2nd message she was just being smart, I don't think the owner handles complaints very well. It just went down hill from there to her messaging me that we should have really been charged 1.00 a minute for dematting when what they really did is shaved her, and razor burned her bad. She said she did us a favor charging us 85.00 it should have been 245.00. They didn't dematt anything they shaved her. I was also messaged that I could bring her back, and she would be glad to trim her nails back to the quick, but it would bleed. Ashley needs to take a class on how to handle customer complaints, she should have left it alone at the 1st response she sent me.

I ask for a fluffy cut on my 3 Maltese and showed them a picture from the Web. They did a better job than what the picture showed. Will be taking them back for every trim!!!

They’re ok for just a bath but I wouldn’t recommending any serious grooming here. It seems they don’t have the skill set to groom long haired dogs so they just cut it all off. I tried this place twice and was really disappointed both times. Won’t be going back.

Not what I paid for to be done!Had my Golden Retriever grommed a couple weeks ago, they did the mud bath to help with shedding, well actually her shedding in as bad and the trim job not what I expected! I’m sorry but I can’t recommend this dog grooming place.

Took my Lhasa Apso in they charged me $50 and all they did was shave her back. Their excuse was she got agitated and started to bite. The did not wash her and tried to shave her. Don't go there.

What ever you do not take your dogs there to get them groomed they will peel them my Daughter golden doodle got peel no fur at all face and tail was not done at all !! I am a groomer!!!but it was a bad grooming they just said he was matted so they said !! I had him on Sunday I comb him out and then on Tuesday thy skinned him I would not even give them one star !!! Do not take your Dogs there !! They just did not take time to do the job right to comb him out !!! beware !!!

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE, DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG THERE. THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO. THEY WILL TRY AND QUOTE U A PRICE AND THEN WHEN U PICK DOG UP IT COST MORE THEN THE QUOTE. STAY AWAY TRUST ME. Keep making excuses same excuse everytime u guys are pathetic and eventually the word will get out!
