Could be good but not quite there. Cashiers are rude as is the guy I'm assuming is the owner or manager. Obnoxious teenage boy that I think works there driving around the store on a mobility scooter with a Trump hat. They all need to work on their customer service skills.

I stood at the counter and witnessed the female employee we will call her T talk down to a girl at the register that I personally know and y'all this girl is mentally handicapped she was trying her best and this employee was very rude and hurtful to this girl. She didn't understand that not all the movies were different prices when they all came from the same stand and she didn't have enough money this employee was talking so hateful trying to push her along and when I offered to give her money which was just a few cents the employee said no here your going to take it out of the 5. Hold up you can't do that to a customer!! But the sweet girl said oh ok ok yeah and she needed that dollar to use for the bus which I went outside seen her crying and got her bus fair.People in T&T are usually rude I get that but to treat a handicapped person like this is disgusting

Very junky, many messy booths with piles of stuff just dumped on tables and floor. Poor layout- you have to back track. I won’t waste my time there again.

Plenty of reviews here to back the follow statements. The Assistant manager Joe I believe, is EXTREMELY rude. We were partaking in the 60 yard sale and paid for our slot in the lot of this establishment. I have frequented this place for years dating back to previous ownership and names. The female manager is very unprofessional and lacks knowledge as to her title therefore I'm sure is over paid for the low quality work she does. Employees are rude, unprofessional and there is zero organization or professionalism. Imagine being so confident as the manager/asst. of a glorified yard sale! They chose to harass us and cause a scene with witnesses to our treatment. Let the bad reviews poor in! Seems business isn't doing well, poor management and terrible owners will destroy a business quickly!

We went in and took our registered dog in with us. We were putting a blanket in the cart before we put her in just for cleanliness. We do this everywhere we take her. And suddenly someone hollers at us and says, “You can’t have a dog in here! They aren’t allowed!” I told this person that my dog is registered and they asked to see the registration, still sounding rude even after being told the dog was needed. Ok. I said it’s on my phone and I started to show it. Then I thought, if they had approached us and been nice then I wouldn't have minded. Their first question should have been, “Is your dog registered?” They should have been professional and kind. Instead of rude and hateful sounding. They have no idea if a dog is registered or not and what it’s purpose is. Therefore, we left and will never be back. If they can’t treat their customers with some respect then I don’t need anything they have. I’ll spend my money somewhere else. My dog is probably cleaner than that place anyway! What is wrong with people? Zero customer service or respect shown. You would think that when a customer tells you a dog is registered and needed by the owner that they could at least be kind!

On Oct 7, 2023, my mother, sister and myself participated in the hwy 60 yard sales. We decided to pay the $40 fee for 2 parking spots and was told to just pick 2 empty spots and start setting up. Per those instructions that is exactly what we did on Saturday morning. By the time customers started pulling in, Joe, the assistant manager comes out directly to the spot beside us, looks at me and with the rudest tone states "yall need to stop knocking the ropes down, they're here for a reason." I then asked him the reason for him to say it protects the customers from getting ran over! And because the ropes were thin and tied to empty paint cans with poles coming out of them, customers continued to trip and complain about just how dumb the ropes are and how dangerous they are. After our buddy Joe had harassed umpteen times over ropes that clearly have no protective value, he also came out with a lady who claimed the spots we took were hers, however no one received reserved spots. He then told us we needed to pack our things and move now. And made it it point to directly say something to us everytime I let him know I would call the cops for a police report to press charges. Joe then heads inside and gets pink shirt "team darlene" manager. By far one of the worst managers i have ever had conversation with. Her lack of knowledge, customer service, unprofessionalism shined bright on Saturday morning. She called the yard sale customers stupid for not just assuming where the entrance for the parking lot sales were. Because I explained to her about the ropes and just how dangerous they really were. By the time all was said and done lack of intelligence manager goes inside and calls the cops. They show up to let us know that if the manager didnt want us there we had to leave. I asked on what grounds and he said because shes the manager. We left.we didn't get 40 back, we were harrassed for hours on end by Joe and everytine we still chose grace. We were trespassed which isn't an issue, never shopped there beforehand and after this was never returning. Reviews will be pouring and not only with your rate drop, your sales will as well. Not only is "word of mouth" still very powerful, but plenty of witnesses were there to bare the truth and several customers had asked what Joe and the managers issue was. There was no reason for joe and the manager to take things as far as they did. Plenty of reviews have mentioned joe and his problem with harrassment. Read it and weep yall. Don't take it with a grain of salt.

Bought Speed Queen dryer two days ago from the sole booth that sells appliances. Doesn't work. Only posting this so others who are more intelligent and do their research won't make the same mistake we did. Buyer beware.

Totally depressing mess. Many empty booth most booths were piled up junk lots of stuff strewn over the floors. I read all the many positive reviews and felt like I had to be in The wrong place or they were all written by relatives of the mall owners would give them 0 stars

I have leave a one star because of I guess the manager. Short guy wear glasses he isn't very friendly way we was talking to his cashier. Calling the woman cashier slow in front of customers I'm sure it embarrassed her I felt so bad for her

Worse customer service ever!! If you rent anything in locked case move it. He said the sellers should only put things in case you can see. He said it’s a waste of time because he is to busy. I would have spent a lot more there, but I was looking for cards. Terrible service.

Customer service is non existent. Had to load a mattress set all by myself. No offer of help at allI received a reply from the proprietor there. It seemed kind of sassy telling there are signs posted that it is self serve etc. Well even so it just would have been the nice thing to do to help 2 old ladies load up a mattress set instead of sitting there and watch them struggle but there is no customer service these days. Got another reply from the owner. I guess he is a psychic because he says I never asked for help. I think my friend did but still no matter what it seems to me that the decent thing to do would have been an offer to help. Its not like it was a butter dish or something but rather a mattress and box spring. I think I'll take my business someplace else

They had a very nice variety of new and old items, along with the typical cheap goods one sees at such vendor malls. There were many wood and leather hand crafted items. Parking is plentiful and convenient. The store was clean and neat.
