We live Sams, The only reason my rating is 3 is because the guy at the door is over pushy with asking for membership cards. He has looked at my phone while I was texting, stood in front of the wheelchair so I couldn’t move. I understand it needs to be checked but he takes it to serious. Evansville location checks but isn’t that serious about it.

The absolutely best place to get meats, the texture was 1000% better than any other grocery store. Our ground beef was made fresh today. And the short pizza combo date was great for when the kids are in school. 2.50 for 2 slices and a large fountain drink 5 stars.

This one star Is for the conscience stand there's this one guy he always says there always out of everything and every time it's him as the cook or making smothys he always like that never go when if it's him he's a white male with darkish hair he's lazy and doesn't ever have anything evidently like when other people are working they tell him not to lie because they have the stuff an aren't out sorry but other than that everything is better but sorry for complaining I usely never do this but I want to let other people what to be careful for.

Sam's has great groceries and produce all at a reasonable price. There are rarely long lines because the check out process is fast. Plenty of interesting items to consider.Easy to spend more than intended with all the options.

Meat department needs employees that know what they are doing. Have visited twice trying to buy a case of ribs and been unable to do so because the first time the only person in the department informed us she was "too busy to get it for the next 30 minutes" and the 2nd attempt the employee did not know how to price a case and was too afraid of the manager to ask for help. We finally bought the case at the Evansville Sam's Club.

So.. you're website application page says two contradictory statements.It says for janitor and cart attendant you hire ages 16 and up. Yet your place plainly states you must be at least 18 years old to work here.Even re-specifies "we hire teenagers starting at the age of 18"Definitely terrible website development (I'm available for hire!!!). But I'm also confused. Can a 16 year old work there?

Nice staff. Store is clean. The check outs move pretty fast but I like using the scan and go on the phone. Shelves are packed with inventory. Reasonable prices. Just remember everything is in bulk.

I really enjoy coming to this location. I would give 5 stars, but I have seen some better selection of items at some other Sam's Clubs. It is on the smaller side, but that is also a reason we like to go here. Less fighting traffic and business in general. Definitely recommend coming to this location.

Worst customer service ever. Spend over 2,000 on a new mattress set. Bed frame arrives (incorrectly) but no bed, lost in shipping. Getting no help what so ever with trying to get updates. Going to cancel the order entirely as well as my membership and go with Costco

Online membership promo is join for $45 and you’ll receive a $45 to spend in store. Well what they don’t tell you is that you won’t get that coupon until about 6 weeks later. Woman at the membership department started off by rolling her eyes and exaggerating me to come towards her to be assisted. She talked to me like I was stupid. I literally had no attitude or anything. Just asking questions that I didn’t know but she made it very clear that she knew what she was talking about. Called corporate customer service and they won’t give me a refund saying that the transaction is still pending after 5 days when it has gone through with my bank.Long story short, this company doesn’t care about you and is using a scheme to bring you in. Promise you a $45 coupon to use when you pay $45 to join without mentioning when you’ll get the coupon. Once you ask, they’ll tell you that you’ll receive an email with it in about 6 weeks. Which is when they hope that you forget about the email by that point and that it’ll be going to your spam and BOOM. $45 membership acquired.How does it take 6 weeks to send an email? I’ll wait.

I really wish I could give this 5 stars but there’s one employee. A tall, skinny older woman with short grey hair who is so rude and condescending every time she helps in self-checkout. I am a young millennial who grew up with technology and her self entitled personality on top of her treating me like an idiot when there was a system glitch totally aside from my doing has about made me cancel my membership. I’ve had two negative experiences solely with her. Not happy!

I was able to find the 2 items I wanted quickly.Only one check out person despite there being at least 5 people in line.I only decided to do self check out because it was close to closing time.Despite numerous self check out lanes there was only 1 person available to assist all the lines.I did the self check out which took longer than if I had stayed in the cashier line.Y'all are making record profits!Hire more people!!

I love the “quantity” buys. 2 or 3 dinners in one box. 3 pizzas in a box. The ease of checking out is even simpler with scan n go option on their app.******UPDATE -*****Since I joined I have shopped there pretty regularly BUT now they have implemented a charge for them to bring your pickup orders out to you. This is ridiculous. No body charges for pick up service. Won’t be renewing my annual fee anymore after this. Someone higher up on corporate ladder is getting greedy.

A lady in returns, whom was working in batterie restock, was so very nice and helpful to me when I inquired about air fryers. She took me to the correct aisle and showed me the offerings with detailed information that was a delight in my decision making. I DON' KNOW HER NAME!!! Darn it!! But she was soooo very nice, helpful, pleasant, and all the superlatives that I can't think of right now! One of retails great hero's in my book! Can't say enough!! Sams is always so clean and organized. They also have a nice variety to choose from between things. I love that they installed self checkouts. I'd rather check myself out then wait in line anyway. I do wish they offered coupons or had perks for preferred customers.

Got an eight pack of beef franks for 9.98. They rang it up 8 times for each pack in the box. When we tried to get it fixed they said it was done right. Who pays 80 dollars for hotdogs? Do better sams club
