Love going in this particular Ross, not just because of the great deals, but the staff is so friendly. This is the second time Cecelia cashed me out and that's the perfect example of excellent Customer Service. Means alot to me and I'm not from this area. I must mention Ariana working the back for the fitting room and restrooms. She was very friendly and didnt hesitate to open the restrooms. Yes I know its their job, but they are the best!!!!

Me my friend was talking trying to enjoy ourselves then my friend seen one of the workers following us at first then I think he seen that we seen him following us then he walked off by the way it was at night…So after that happened me and her was walking to the house stuff in the back where the dressing room was and was older lady standing their you know doing the job she post to do me my friend was talking about a glass vase she liked it I didn’t I thought wasn’t cute or whatever she did any who the older lady oh FYI me and her was only people of color in there they was white… older lady said something to me getting rude saying well there people might want it whatever she said I didn’t pay no mind to her I just said me and my friend was having a conversation wasn’t her business in their people like myself have the right to say if they don’t like it that what make people different my friend said right she agreed what I said because whatever I like she might not like but that’s her taste not my any ways then they was trying to follow us and was just not good experience their clothes was small and they want to much for their clothes so made it even worse people of color don’t put your hard earned money into something or Someone not going to respect you and give you good customer service

Went and checked Ross Dress for less store where I feel in love with almost all of their merchandise; they have loads and loads of clothes for everyone,shoes,purses, cosmetics and facial cleansing of all kinds and also other household items but what got me was I have never seen the name brand items they had and pretty much for cheap! Something that would normally be 82 was 32, they get merchandise everyday except for Sunday. I may live on the other end of town but planning to start making more trips out on 54. If you have not visited this store you are missing out!! I highly recommended!😍

I like the store and you can find lots of different things at reasonable prices. But you do have to do alot of digging to find clothes. The rest is scattered around the store, although they do try to put things in separate sections. I recommend going and seeing what you can discover.

Love the deals but don't care for the customer service. Absolutely HATE that in order to use their bathrooms you have to hunt down a worker, ask for them to type in a code to unlock the bathrooms only to sit and wait several minutes and have to ask again and again for them to unlock them. When you have small children who can't hold it well or shop with elders who have similar issues, that's BS. I have complained about this multiple times but they don't care.

Just like most name brand discount stores sometimes it seems like they have every single thing you've ever look for and sometimes they have nothing it's just all a gamble on what day you go Terminus markdown area their hats have taken a slight decline as far as selection goes and style and then they haven't had any good size 13 shoes since the grand opening the store would be amazing favorite store to shop at hands down except for the snooty act like you're better than me employees I hate feeling like I'm a bother to spend my money with them I hate feeling like I'm a criminal the minute I walk in because of the way they treat me I don't know if I'm singleout or not but they seriously make me second-guess going there every time I go Meijer is the absolute worst at this Ross is coming up right behind them but again if I can get past all the attitude looks and Whispers the items there are tremendous so if it was just what it was supposed to bestore be out of this world

I can't speak for anyone else, but personally I live for fashion. The way you dress is the way you say hello to the world, it's what you say about yourself, it's what you say about the world around you, and it's the first form of expression that people see when they meet you. That being said, if your opening statement would like to be that you are a reject from Little House on the Prairie, then by all means, shop here. Anyone else, just keep walking. Horrible, tasteless, and worthless, selection. Is there a negative star thing I can give this place, I would love to.Normally, in other cities, this store is the place to be, not here though.

I always find what I'm looking for at Ross's. This was my first time in the Owensboro store. I found the dressing rooms clean and socially distanced. The young man who checked me in and out of the dressing room was very accommodating, professional and friendly. He pointed out to me that we were wearing matching bracelets. Check out was quick and I came away with a really "good haul"!

I went in for a hat and found 2 others things. I gave it 4 stars because the workers were doing inventory so it was hard to get past them and to get some help. Great shopping though.

They didn't have what I was looking for but they did have something better which was areally nice men's Ralph Lauren Polo track jacket. They are getting in more from better brands then they have in the past.
