The service from the employee's are pet enthusiasts as well, which is awesome to see they are very helpful and help you get on your way to get everything you need. Always check the online store first. You can get many things cheaper there and then pick them up at the store, saving almost 20% on things like pet tanks and aquariums. So it's awesome saving time and money.

I absolutely love pets smart! They always have an awesome selection, and they always give me online deals anytime I'm in the store, considering the shipping prices are really high currently! The staff is always super friendly and helpful if I need to ask questions. They made setting up and maintaining my ball python take a breeze, and of course, the only place I can find decent frozen thawed meals for my snake. Always well stocked, clean, and organized.

I love coming here and getting my puppers a treat and new bandana. I wish I could get her "frou-frou" treatment with their services, but you have to have the shots up to date, and on hand.

Great store. Well stocked. Helpful and friendly staff. If you gag on any of the prices, don't blame them. Biden has taken a wrecking ball to our country and pushed inflation through the roof on pet supplies too. Look for items on sale. They make a real effort in this store to offer affordable options.

They did a great job with my doggie. The groomer Bria, I think was her name... she was great. Sweet and loving to my pup. I appreciated that a lot! The only complaint is that we paid for the highest pampering package but when we picked him up he didn't smell very good (as in he smelled a lot like he did when we dropped him off), he still had a lot of dander on hos back, and they didn't put the bandana on him that's supposed come with the package. Otherwise, we were happy. 😁

Tina was so rude.. First I walked in and she said “Welcome to petsmart🙄🙄” In a voice like I was a terrible person for walking in. Then to make it better when I was checking out a girl in front of my was having troubles with the app and asked in the nicest way possible, “Where do I find the submit button?” And Tina says “The green button, crazy right.” Then the lady apologized and Tina rolls her eyes and then the lady leaves and says have a good day and Tina completely ignores her, that’s when I made sure to look at her name tag. Then proceeds to not tell me to have a good day either when I told her to. People like this should NOT be working in an environment where you have to communicate with people.

Petsmart always has what I need, when I need it. My black lab Luna, will not let anyone trim her nails other than their salon. They always treat her really well and she acts like she's known them forever! Lol! Makes me happy, because she won't let me or her vet do it.

Great variety of products. I usually order online but when I'm in a bind PetSmart is the place to go! The employees are always very kind and helpful and although it's a pet shop it's consistently clean. Thank you!

I went there on 3/4/24 and found a lovely cat for adoption. When I picked her up I noticed her incision was red and puffy. The associate informed me that she needed to be sent back to the shelter to get treated, took my information down and put a "I found a home" sign of the cat's window... Called on 3/5/24 to check up on her, was told she was adopted THIS MORNING!!! NO ONE TOLD THE STAFF ABOUT HER INCISION, THE SIGN OF ALREADY ADOPTED, OR MY INFORMATION!!!!

My daughter wanted a hamster for her birthday. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Talked to my daughter about the type hamster she choose and some challenges she might face to make sure she understood what she was getting into. Made sure we had all the necessities and gave care tips. Great experience and my daughter loves her hamster.

Great store as far as cleanliness an friendliness. Just couldn't find what I needed for my chorkie. Selections for small dogs are slim. Need a carrier or sling to carry her an not much of a selection. Employee was texting on his phone with me standing there trying to check out. Had female employee that was awesome with answering questions about food. But just really expected more interaction etc. It was an ok experience, Angie Brown

Everyone is very friendly and helpful! There are buttons you can press if there's no one in the area where you need assistance. When I did that, someone came right out. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. (Photo of the Cory catfish I bought in my aquarium.)
