The staff are AWESOME, they have a variety of items to choose from. The dog wash is a perfect resource to have; they provide four different shampoos, towels and blow-dryer hose to air dry your dog. They trimmed my dogs nails the day I was in the store.

I love shopping here because the employees are so friendly. They offer to carry heavy items to your car, and I enjoy using the coupons I receive in the mail. Their dog wash station is a huge bonus to me too!

The best pet store that I've been to. The staff are intelligent and know what they are talking about. I love buying fish from there , because they have 2week return if one dies.. The store is clean as well. They also have self service dog bath where they supply the towels the shampoo everything you need and you don't have to clean up the mess 14$ heck of a deal . Love. This place¡!!

Customer service was horrible. A worker told me I couldn’t get a fish because she said a goldfish needed a 50 gallon tank?! Keep in mind a 3 gallon tank is roughly 50 dollars there. I am disappointed and my little brother is very upset he couldn’t get a fish.

I have the utmost respect for the owner of my local Pet Supplies Plus store. She cares very deeply for her employees, her customers and for our furry friends as well. This also shows in the many ways that her employees take care of us customers. They are friendly and kind. You typically don't have to hunt them down to ask questions or anything. They are very attentive from the time you enter their establishment until you leave out. I would, have and will continue to recommend this place to anyone who needs a place to shop for their furry family members.

The store name describes itself. Just about anything your furry friend might need in its life they have it Fantastic staff and high quality pet food and accessories. Adoptions available from ferrets, beta fish, and many more. Pet washes available as well as grooming too. My dog had an accident here unfortunately, the staff made sure that I didn't feel too embarrassed and cleaned it right up with a smile. Can't say that about some pet stores.

I will keep returning to this location as much as I can. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.During my last visit there was an issue ringing me up that took several minutes to work out but they were kind and diligent in solving the issue and even offered to help me bring my items to my vehicle.Quality of service is important to me and they definitely went above and beyond.

The animal care at this store, really is quite awful. The cages are clean & concise, but are quite literally the bare minimum of survival for these animals. One of the Ball Pythons is very dehydrated & had awful stuck shed, it takes 15 minutes a day to give that poor animal a soak. They’re also cohabbing multiple species, which for most reptiles is a big no. There were two Crested Geckos in one tank & they have ONE plant & a water dish in the tank. They have a Chameleon in a glass tank. If you’re unfamiliar with Chameleon care the lack of proper ventilation will cause severe respiratory issues, especially in a young animal. Their hermit crabs also don’t have saltwater. They literally require salt & fresh to survive (this is apparent in a quick google search), not even going to address the poor substrate & food offered. Any reptile keeper looking at this store is going to leave quite sad. Please don’t let the cleanliness of the rest of the store fool you, those reptiles are suffering.

Nice source for pet food and supplies. Store is a little smaller than other locations I've been in, but it's always clean and the staff members are very helpful. They have a great selection of fish and small animals. The animals are always healthy and well cared for.

Great source for food for all your pets, they have a nice selection of reptiles and amphibians and more to look at/purchase, decently priced for most items. Dog and cat treats galore! The staff are always above and beyond and have a smile ready, the newest event they are hosting is today and I’m excited to stop by and see what they have to offer to support our Pitbulls!
