I like hobby lobby. They have a great selection. However, I miss the coupons they use to offer. Also, customer service at this location is not great. Most are not friendly and ignore you. I also waited in line forever while the manager just stood there watching. There were only two checkouts open.

As usual Hobby Lobby was busy. The lines were backed up. The head cashier working up front hollered out that she had opened up another register. My wife and aunt pushed out cart over to the open register. The cashier looked at us very odd as if we had committed some sort of crime. We then noticed the head cashier then apologized to a customer in a yellow jacket. Apparently she had opened that register for maybe a family member or a friend. Also the cashier checking us out was not friendly and also was working for just the lady in the yellow jacket. So we backed out of the line and apologized to the lady in the yellow jacket and let her in front of us. The lady never thanked us or anything. Does Hobby Lobby pick and choose who gets to check out first? I was under the assumption it first come, first serve. This happened last Saturday. My wife and I spent well over $200 and my aunt spent $400. We won't be back. Specifically because of customer service. If the lines are backed up it's I could they'll open a register for a friend of family member. Not a stranger. We will not be back at this location.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is clean and well stocked. My only “complaint” is that I spend way too much time and money letting myself walk aimlessly through the store.

Well after standing in line waiting to check out for about 5 minutes, I noticed what seemed to be a manager just standing up front watching her 2 employees running the 2 out of 4 registers trying to get lines down. Why didn’t the manager open up another register to try and take of the rush they had I’ll never know. Guess she enjoys her manager position because apparently she doesn’t do much. I guess she was too busy making the shopping carts all lined up and/or kicking the dust around on the floor.

Tons of variety but very over priced, if shopping here it's worth looking online at what's on sale first. Great for crafts and home decor if you're a DIY type of person. Not a good place for children, lots of breakable all throughout the store perched precariously close to the edge

Shopping here is exhausting! I spent less than $7.00 but it took me almost 2 hours to get my items. While the store does provide 1 wheelchair, it is so big you can't maneuver down aisles or around corners. I'm super disappointed that Hobby Lobby isn't more friendly to the disabled and while I dislike ordering online I can't possibly come back to the store.

An absolute madhouse—even though I was trying to beat the holiday rush by going before Thanksgiving, but the store was well stocked and there were many employees putting additional stock out on the floor. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It was a little unorganized to have some of the Christmas items on the opposite end of the store, but made sense that it was by the other silk flowers…I got my steps in going back and forth! LolStore was clean despite the crowds and not very much of a wait at the register. I purchased all the supplies to make the wreaths below for our double front door.

I was trying to find Christmas stocking, but there were only a few there. It's the beginning of October and they can't put something out if it's not in the store yet, so I totally understand. I just wanted to check just in case. There was so many things I wanted, but I had to keep telling myself, You're here for one thing 😄. I will just keep checking back. I love the store and everyone is helpful and friendly.

I love Hobby Lobby. I can always find the neatest crafts for my son and I to do. I appreciate that they alternate what is on sale and offer the 40%off coupon to save us money which allows us to buy more! Yeah

We had a bad experience. When we checked out the clerk put our silk flowers in a different bag than the matching ribbon. We discovered later that we had left without the bag that had the ribbon. These were for a funeral the next morning. We called about it the same day and were told that they had the bag with the ribbon and would hold it for us with our name on it for pick up first thing in the morning. We arrived at 9am and there was no bag with our ribbon in it to be found. My wife got very upset. They eventually told us to get another spool of ribbon from the shelf. This could have all been avoided by putting all of our items in the same bag. It was my wife's dad's funeral, so it was especially frustrating.

I absolutely love this place. Great sales! I can usually find everything I need here when it comes to crafts, and the holidays. I love the frame department. There is a veteran that works back there that does an excellent job picking out mats and frames. He also does an excellent job framing. He had done some pieces of my husband's certificates from when he was in the service and they look superb.

I absolutely adore this place, the staff is so friendly & knowledgeable. They always seem to go that extra mile to help a customer in need to find what their looking for. And they have such a wide variety of arts, crafts, materials, and even party supplies, and all at a reasonable price as well.

This is my favorite store they have something for everyone even if u look at something rather expensive there will also b something really cheap u could work on also. My 11 & 13 yr old grandsons love this store as well. I am editing my above post and only giving 1 star cause that's the least I can give. Like many if these reviews that I just read I was harassed and followed in this store like I had stolen something. Also twice I was followed out of the store by the lost prevention guy or manager or whatever he is and I literally opened my purse n showed him I had nothing from his store or any other in it he then proceeded to call me 'Mary' clearly I'm not Mary, nowhere near Mary. I'm guessing he had me confused with someone else or thought I was someone I wasn't. Anyway about 5 weeks ago I ran in with my 3 yr old niece to grab 5 t-shirts I needed to make n finish pretty quickly. So I grabbed my 5 t-shirts my niece n I headed to front of store to pay for them n was stopped in store by the exact same guy n his partner (a large black lady whom was a store associate n just as rude as her male counter partner. As he hollered my name 'Mary' yet again n I didn't answer he got in front of my cart stopped me n told me "You aren't allowed in our store and I told you that the last time, you are barred from hobby lobby" Really? This is first I've heard of it and what for? I've NEVER written a cold check in this store nor have I ever been stealing in hobby lobby so now why can't I be in your store? Because I told you the last time you weren't allowed. In the meantime other customers were walking by staring n shaking their heads and it was rather embarrassing not to mention my Lil niece was scared by his actions n began sobbing uncontrollably. I was unaware this store had these type problems as I later learned I was just another customer harassed and stalked through this store and that there was a lawyer as well as a lawsuit being investigated and filed against this said individual as he has done this to many customers and he is doing what he is doing and it's not legal for him to conduct himself that way at any retail facility. There are certain laws he has to follow and he had broken every 1 of them! So hopefully soon I can embarrass him as well when his name appears in paper for harassment n many other charges on many, many different people. I will NEVER go back into this store nor will anyone I work with, work for, nor my family, nor any of my friends and I will spend my money at joanns instead and hobby lobby just lost atleast $500 EVERY week because we make tshirts, do wood burning ,crocheting, jewelry making, epoxy/resin projects, puzzles, model cars, plastic canvas items, not to mention our personal crafting we each do away from work. Management here at this store has a major problem that needs immediate attention and he wouldn't even tell me his name but he knew I was 'Mary'.

I always love going to Hobby Lobby but the Owensboro store is by far my favorite. Their store is stocked full and the entrance display is WONDERFUL. This trip I was on a mission for a particular item, when I got to the isle unfortunately there was freight stock in the way. I was just standing and said to myself "well it happens" a lady that worked there saw me and said can I help you? I said well I kind of needed something from this area but that's ok. She said no no let me help you. She ask me what I was looking for, I told her, this women went over the top! She moved boxes, reached in shelves, and everything to find me what I was looking for. Exceptional! I drive an hour to get there so I can't go very often, so having an experience like this makes it all worth while. Most of all she said she loves her job and working for Hobby Lobby. Rare find these days. Keep up the good work.👍😊

I live close to Hobby Lobby, which is convenient, but it’s a hassle to find what you need. I walked the entire store looking for crafting paint and brushes. Once I found them the selection was limited. The aisles are the worst. It’s nearly impossible for two customer carts to pass through. I have better luck getting my craft supplies at Walmart. Store is nice just inconvenient.

My husband and I deeply enjoy model building as a bonding experience. While my personal talents far exceed his own, he is quite good.Who would have ever thought that applying makeup would be used and another creative Outlet?This facility meet our needs quite succinctly. The prices are amazing and the selection is phenomenal I do love it here. Some of the sales people do seem more intent on personal conversations that should be reserved for home as opposed to helping customers but I'm fairly certain that management will weed that garbage out. Aside from that, five stars all the way

This hobby lobby was clean organized and not really that expensive. It had a lot of things that I've never seen sold and regular stores so it is definitely a place to go to for most non-sports related hobbies.

Great place if you love crafts and stuff like that. They have everything you could ever want for any type of craft your doing from little knick knacks or sewing and other projects to having a picture frames and fabric for quilts and sewing and making you know clothing to whatever your creativity can imagine. They also have home decor items. They also have items like toy craft products for kids. Overall overall the store and was an amazing with the amount of products they have for crafts and different hobbies.
