I purchased a clock in the Owensboro location that didn’t have a tag on it so the associate found another similar and gave me that price for it when I got home I noticed it was broke took it back with receipt which they say they have a hassle free return policy but they refused to refund me cause she (management) couldn’t find another one what happened to satisfaction guarantee never shop there again

A decent new store with lots of random closeout "stuff". You never know what you will find, so treat it as a treasure hunt on the cheap! Fun place, though customer service is mediocre in my opinion.

I like this store but it's hit or miss if I find anything I want to buy. You really have to have some patience to shop here because they have so many racks and racks of clothing spread out around the store that don't seem to be in any particular order. I mean there are men, women, and kids clothing all on the same rack with a sale sign all over in and outside of the store so you never know where to look. I have found some really great womens shoes (mostly by Michael Kors), kids clothing, and a few pieces of name brand clothing like Nike and Champion that I have never seen before here and there. I would give better rating if they sorted and organized their clothing items by section .

Visited on a Sunday around 1240. Shopping with another adult. Lighting was adequate, store was over stocked and maneuvering a cart through aisles proved difficult and impossible at times. Staff was seen stocking and cleaning, and cashier was friendly enough. Many options in clothing ranging in all sizes. Housewares, baby accessories and holiday items on display.

Found clearance plush jacket. There was a regular tag with clearance sticker and a different sticker directly on the plush. After paying I noticed the cashier had rang up the higher price sticker stuck on the jacket. After waiting in line again a simple issue turned into an ordeal. My mother and I were treated like criminals. The cashier ended up calling 2 different people for help. They said the stuck on sticker was correct, even though it rang up knit top instead of plush jacket. Knits are woven materials not plush. The jacket had no front closures so it couldn't be worn as a top. They didn't look up the skew numbers and just stuck with what they knew was wrong. Manager said she would have to call general manager and review cameras. She said she had to see that I didn't put the perfect condition sticker on the tag. I am disabled and standing for even a short time causes pain and I have to lean on something. It would have been too painful waiting for all that. Not only could I not get a refund for the difference but they refused to take the jacket back. Will never shop there again and my family has said they won't either after hearing about the incident. Horrible experience with absolutely no semblance of customer service.

I have shopped Gabe’s since they opened. The checkout employees are always very nice. The bathrooms are very clean and well stocked. It takes a while to go through the clothing aisles but there are definitely real bargains to be had; just be patient. I have bought something at a bargain price from every department except pets and I don’t have one. I have bought yankee candles for 70% off. It’s just fun because you never know what kind of deals are in store for you!

Great place and great prices! In love with this store! I have always been impressed with the workers as well. They are friendly and easy to approach. I was in here school shopping and down to wire with closing. They didn't fuss at me or the kids and were great with letting them finish trying on their clothes. I was more stressed out than they were. But they great to me and my family. Thank you for the great work you guys do.

Really big store, lots of good product, employees are good and hardworking, the only real reason I can't get myself to give it 5 stars is just because there was a good scattering of products that didn't happen to fit my quality standards personally (your experience may be different!!!), and that's me actually being picky. 10/10 recommend a visit, plenty of stuff at fantastic prices.

Plenty of items here and a nice clean store. Their inventory always changes and new items are added each time we go. Clothes are minor defect style but many times you can't seem to find the issue. Plenty of shoes and home goods to look through as well.

Great prices. Bought 4 pairs of jeans for $60. All name brand. Their $5 off $50 seems a little fishy though. Gotta shop 2 more times before I can get it. Doesn't seem like much of a deal there.

Store was a bit unorganized but that's to expect at these kind of bargain stores from my experience. Decent variety and easy to navigate the store. Staff was a little pushy but other than that, good experience shopping here.

The sales associate Karina gave me the best experience of my life. Honestly, deserves a raise, she helped me through my divorce and mental breakdown in the back of the store, she helped me find the right size shoes and other item, i think i fell in love with her today. Will definitely be returning.

I like the store but I always have trouble getting coupons printed for my rewardpoints. They always tell me " I don't know why it didn't print, you have to call the customer service number on the back of the receipt. I don't call so I never get my coupon. What's the point of being a rewards member.

Their inventory is usually pretty depleted anymore. It just depends on what you're shopping for but it's almost always hit or miss no matter what it is.
