Enjoy the food. Burgers are always on point and like everyone who eats here knows., There are always plenty of add-ons to choose from. I love that you can customize your burger to fit your desires. You can't go wrong. They have THE BEST Cajun fries in the fry business hands down. This reason alone is good enough to eat here. Try it, you won't be disappointed!Parking: Suffering on parking. It's a shared lot and sometimes you find yourself parking in another company's parking spot also there isn't parking at the front of the building sidewalk which is a bit of a bummer for those who are handicap.

Okay food, awful service. They messed up our pick-up order and when we called about the mistake, we were told to bring the messed up burger as proof to get our order fixed. We actually stopped eating Five Guys in OWB for a long while due to awful experiences, but decided to give it a shot again. Definitely regret it and will not return to this store again, especially with their subpar food quality.

I know I'm going to get blaster because many people love this place and what they offer. Their burger, while hearty in size, seamed under seasoned. The fries were over seasoned, and their milkshake was a little more runny than like. All-in-all, a better burger than McDonald's, but for a burger place, I don't think they are really that great.

This was the first time I have eaten at 5 guys. Ordered online, that went good. Arrived at restaurant and had to wait a few minutes. Boy the wait was worth it. Hamburger was like the old time burgers at the diner, very good. Recommend this place to snooze who wants a really good burger and PLENTY of fries.

Love this place. Some say it's kind of pricey but it's totally worth it because you get what you pay for and some because they give you huge portions of their fries which are some of the best fries I've ever had (especially the spicy ones). They actually have potatoes shipped to their stores from different potatoe farms and they switch up locations daily, and they cut them up themselves so they are always fresh. No wonder this place gets phenomenal reviews.

I love 5 guys so much. I go there and dine almost 5/7 days a week! I never get tired of it. The service is great, lobby and bathrooms are clean, and food is amazing! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Five guys has always been consistently good for me. The little cheese burger is always a big enough burger for my needs. The regular size fries is enough to feed two people. For a simple burger I think it could be the best in town. It is definitely way better than the other fast food joints. So much better than big dipper and wonder whip.

Great burgers, great fries, peanuts for snacking. Can't really beat that.Just kidding. This place has obviously gone down hill from my first review. No fries in the bag, long wait times for orders online. I am glad DoorDash is more important than customers standing in your lobby. Awesome priorities.

First time visitor since they opened about a week ago. A little confused on which entrance I was to use. I felt the most obvious was not the best choice. I had to walk past several tables of people eating to get to the front counter to order. I think the door on the left would work better as entrance.Service was awesome. I told the young lady it was my first visit and she was very polite and helpful.Received my food very quickly. Ordered the double cheeseburger, wow, that's was a lot of burger...delicious and juicy! I ordered a "small" fries and shocked with the amount I received.....could only eat a quarter of them, that's why I ordered a small. Hate to waste food!All in all, good burger joint with friendly staff! Welcome to 54!

New experience. Burger is juicy goodness and there are TONS of fries!! Cajun fries I believe has too much seasoning. If you are fries lover...this is your place.
