Don't let the reviews fool you. This place is awful in terms of the appearance and employees. The roof tiles by the cash register are literally collapsed. The floor isn't clean. When I came in at 9 PM the other day the worker was disrespectful and carelessly throwing around boxes behind the counter. The items are well priced however. That was one upside.

Lady who works there says she's a manager. EVERY time I go there she's fussing about her long work hours, her low pay, lack of help, management don't care, blah blah to most every customer. We get tired of hearing all that. I go in to shop to buy things and check out and leave. I don't care or want to hear all her fussing about her job. It's neither professional or needed.

Hate that yall have them carts with poles on them now. I have to carry all my stuff to my car and I have heavy stuff like kitty litter and cat food! Unacceptable

Decent store. Has all the basics you could need. A little pricey on some things but that's with all these types of stores. Nice staff too.

This is one of my favorite stores to go. Ms Patty Ms Barbers are so nice. They are 2 of my most favorite people. Plus when I go in there they are always working so hard.

Very helpful staff. PayPal’s recent expansion of national locations for transactions regarding their latest PayPal Cash/Debit MasterCard with security chip; includes the Family Dollar among others. This particular FD’s location in Oboro, amongst the rather sparse retail/commercial offerings in the same vicinity; speaks for itself.Bonus: it also has not one, but two of the few public pay phones left standing in the city.
