They need to step up their game. Store is filthy. Never stocked. Maybe 2 friendly staff & that's it. The free phone/tablet setting up is an awful idea. Parking lot is way to small to accommodate that because of the inconsiderate people who utilize it.

Young man working today ( 2.15.22 ) was very kind. You could tell he wanted to help the customer. It’s a shame good people like him don’t stay around long in that type of business. Could only give 3 stars because of location.

Friendly Employees, they need to be paid more than what they get because they have alot of responsibilities to do daily and run the registers, most people don't realize how little Big companies like this don't pay there employees and even managers not even $10.00 hr and have too many responsibilities to handle daily and be expected to run register, put up stock, clean, etc. If somebody has never worked as a cashier or manager at these department stores then they don't know or realize that these places don't pay there employees enough and they don't respect them enough because it's a harder, and more stressful job then what anyone would think. Any cashier job no matter where it is deserves more pay and respect

Wait in line way to long.poot woman was busting her butt to keep up with waiting on everyone, she was fantastic but they definitely need more cashier's and floor help. This has been an issue for quite some time .It's a nice store pleasant workers and pretty cheap prices! Still recomend

Worst costumer service, manager complains about the company f word in every sentence. Some of the cashier's are rude . Overcharge you. Price changes need to be done since the shelf label and what is rung up is different . They stay on their phones constantly . Wish the old crew was back the new ones not need to be in retail .

Well get this I open the door for a young lady going,then I get my items come to the counter this same young lady brought a big of ice which was out side so the selles person asked if I mind waiting while she get the I say no of course not,I was next to check out, so she then sees this white guy behind and asked him to get the ice had him her store keys and ask him to get the so now I'm offended hell I was next in line done told I'd wait, bottom line could not be trusted to the ice for lady I just held the door for,plus I'm sure there is a store policy prohibiting her from giving nonenployees the keys to the store plus he could not get the lock open she ended up having to come and get herself, as I told her evil never wins

Customer service is spotty and rude!!!!! 😢 I love dollar stores but every single time I go not just this location but every location the prices are wrong !!!! Why would I have some one get crabby with me when it's the store not me and I don't just throw money away! This one seems to be the worst tho honestly with the way they are about things! Some not all!!

No one wearing masks. Prices on things like milk, and eggs jacked up, because only real store in the neighborhood. Has merged with Dollar tree, so that is the only plus
