Absolute worst pharmacy in town. Told me to pick up my medicine at a certain time and then when I go to pick it up they say it's out of stock. Atleast have enough common sense to order the medication when it's called in by a doctor a week in advance. I hate that my insurance forces employees to go here.

Waiting in line person in front of me at checkout. They got done and the cashier completely ignored me walked away and got her drink and sat down. I waited a few seconds knowing the items i had required ID then i was forced to use self check... after the computer said wait for attendant the cashier came over said she didn't know how to clear the screen i had to wait for a manager... rude employees who have zero training.

Finally decided to it was time for my family to stop using this pharmacy. Everytime we went there after receiving notifications that our medications were ready they were not ready. Yesterday I waited in the car line for 30 minutes and they told me my son's medication wasn't ready yet after I called and confirmed it was ready... 30 minutes. They said it would be another 20 minutes. We live across town. Then they told me to come inside and wait or come back later. I went inside and waited the 20 minutes. Still not ready... at this point I'm pretty upset because it's the middle of the day and ya know as a human I have things I have to do. I told her I was already in line 30 minutes prior and they said it was just 20 more minutes. She then investigated... and turns out they were out of stock of the medication... and they couldn't fill it. No big deal but it would have been best to know when I called to confirm it was ready.That was the last straw.This is after this kind of stuff happening every month. I'm not sure why I stayed this long. One time they filled a monthly prescription that was a 30 pill supply... they gave us 240 pills. I know that sounds exaggerated but it's not... good riddance!

The pharmacy is always understaffed, probably over-worked, and our medicine has never been ready when we show up, even if we get the notification that it is. They closed yesterday abruptly, to which I understand that there was a death in the pharmacists family, to which I express my condolences. But when we are not able to pick up life saving medication on a Friday? we had to move it to another CVS, unfortunately, and we weren’t able to even get it through insurance because they billed us for a prescription that they didn’t even have ready the next day. They are short and ill-tempered, and I couldn’t not express enough how infuriating they’ve made this experience for us. I’ll never be back to any CVS ever, not even for a candy bar.

I went into the store pharmacy and as soon as I got into line the manager walked out to the floor and yelled they were closing in “30 seconds”. Mind you it was almost 6 when they are usually open until 9 and it says 9 online as well. He was extremely rude to everybody. He even got into a verbal argument with a customer in front of me and continued to yell. He was also rude to all the other employees. When I got to the register they told me they couldn’t help me with my processing prescription that was sent in over a week ago, so I was going to be left without my medication. I then asked if I could grab my other prescription that was ready and mentioned I had a GoodRX code. The girl huffed and rolled her eyes and said “we don’t have the time to do that right now”…. I was luckily helped by one male employee who just sent my prescriptions to the CVS on Frederica. He was the only one willing to help and he even got yelled at by the manager for trying to help me. The entire pharmacy was a mess. There was trash and pills scattered on the floor and prescription bags were in random boxes all over the floor. It was so unorganized that an employee was digging through every box to find another persons prescription. This store is a mess and i will now be going to any other pharmacy than here.

This pharmacy is the worst ever. They don’t do their job and if we don’t call and follow up and make sure that our meds are ordered we would never get them. Even when we do call and make sure that the script is there and request they ordered the correct meds, they don’t have them and we have to do without medication. The pharmacy doesn’t care, they won’t even try to correct the issue. I have dealt with them for several months hoping they would get their act together but it’s not going to happen so I am going elsewhere.

I’ve been hung up on 3 times today, my insurance rep was hung up on twice. They’re routinely out of stock or medications, and do not feel the need to alert customers. To call their customer service abysmal would be a compliment. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else. Every time I fill a medication (monthly) it’s an ordeal. Never again.

Lines always backed up.inside and out for the pharmacy. Been told pharmacy would closely at one time got drove like a mad person to get there 10 minutes until close to find they had closed early. Customer service is great but this location needs to expand on relocate this facility cannot handle the flow. Also they refill my medications automatically even when I don't need them. They don't have a clue what samples I have been given by my doctor so I may not need refill when they think I do.

It’s Cause they have the worst system. It’s nothing against the technicians and the pharmacy is at work at CVS. But a drive through should be quick and easy. I should come through and pick up my prescription and then go home. I shouldn’t have to wait 45 minutes in a line to pick up a prescription. If someone’s dropping off a prescription they need to drop it off in the drive-through and come back not wait at the window for 10 to 15 minutes. It is ludicrous. And out insurance only fills at cvs so it’s an inconvenience that we have to deal with. Fix you stuff !

The last 2 days tried to get antibiotics with no notification that CVS pharmacy was closed the whole holiday weekend. Nothing is said about closing for the weekend when you call the pharmacy. No one answers. I waited and waited for someone to answer. There should be a message stating the pharmacy was closed for the holiday weekend when you call!!!

I get text saying meds ready at 1pm on Saturday. I go Sunday and told it's not ready. I drive 30 miles to always have a dang problem with them. Drive thru always a line in store alway a line. This place is a joke but trust me im.not laughing. I'm calling the insurance Co to complain. As well because I'm tired of wasting gas and not getting my meds

The pharmacy tech., he needs a lot more training 🤦♂️ I had to raise my voice to get someone to come over to help him. He couldn’t comprehend how to ring up medication & mouthwash ! I had to take my mouthwash up front after the two of them said the medication was taken out of my card. The cashier up front was busy, so I put it back & left. I’m in the healthcare field, so I left for my office & then to my pt’s. residence. After seeing my client, I pulled up both my bank accounts & to my surprise, no $ was deducted for medication. 🤷♂️ This medication is used for sleep, so they need to really be careful & definitely need more training! I’m writing this because I feel this issue needs to be addressed ASAP!

If I could give them no stars I would. Completely incompetent. They tried to give me a medicine that I couldn't take with other prescriptions. I asked for them to mail my prescriptions and even went through the 30 min process of giving my debit info just to receive a text a couple days later telling me my prescription was wanting to be picked up. When I call and get put on hold for 20 minutes they tell me that that's the first they have heard of it. Rude people.. Always have to wait for the meds to be shipped in. I will definitely be leaving.

Horribly understaffed. If you need your prescription in a timely manner, choose somewhere else. Also, have 20+ minutes to wait (during their slow time) if you need to talk to someone.

Store is always clean, organized, and well stocked. Employees are friendly, quick to greet you and assist if needed. Aisles have big, clear signage that makes it easy to find what you need. But this is not the store to shop for everyday needs. If you need an item or two between larger trips, you can certainly find what you need but I wouldn't recommend it for more than what's absolutely necessary. Their inventory is grossly overpriced. Expect to pay at least 33% more at CVS than Walmart, Target, or even Meijer. Their app does offer coupons for a lot of their products but, even with the discounts, you're still going to end up paying more here than most other stores.

Schedules my 2nd vaccine WEEKS ago. I get to the appointment, check in and everything. then she informs me that they dont have the vaccine and none of the cvs's do. Good to know before i took off work to come and get it. couldve used a phone call.

Do yourself a favor if you’re reading this and in search of a reliable pharmacy, just don’t. Find somewhere else, literally anywhere else. You could probably find a bum in an alley that could do a better job at getting you you’re prescriptions than this place.

Entered order for two refills on-line at 9:10 AM this morning. Scheduled pick-up for 11:00 AM (website actually defaulted 10:30 AM). I show up a little after Noon and am told that they only had order for one of the prescriptions and that it was not yet filled??? I received no explanation for why they only had one when my confirmation clearly shows both but was also informed that someone didn't show up for work that morning and that they had been pushing out pick-up times.My question is...if your going to push out someone's pick-up time that has already been confirmed, shouldn't you at least give them a courtesy call or email letting them know so they don't waste a trip??? Nice move CVS!

They are the rudest people I have ever met, it took them about 7 hours to fill a prescription after I called the first time after they gave me the wrong prescription, and he said they would have it ready within an hour and I went 3 hours later and they still did not have it ready. Will never come back here.

Extremely rude person in the pharmacy. I was told an hour for my sons medicine. One is ready and the lady very rudely told me another hour for the other medicine saying they are very busy right now. Im going inside and will not be talked to this way!!

Took my son in to get burn medicine. Talked to someone about the workers' comp claim. Was told to wait there. When they noticed us again they sent us to another line. We were there before anyone in line, but they sent us to the back of the line. My son's burn was weeping and dripping as we waited-we couldn't dress the burn without ointment to prevent sticking. When I asked the second clerk why they made us wait twice in two separate lines, she rudely told me there were steps to follow. When I told her we could have been in line before the others and still followed the steps (the medicine was ready on a counter while we waited in the second line), she cut me off with "I don't know why." Wish I could give zero stars.

This place has the worst service in the world. If they are so busy that they can't take a call for a question, then they need to hire more help! I've called 4 times within an hour, was on hold over 30 minutes and still no answer!

Often get texts for Rx not needed and then cannot get needed Rx. One pharmacist will say one thing and another will say something totally different. Considering changing pharmacy.
