Pros:-App design is excellent and smooth; easy-to-use and attractive.-Appearance of business, product, and packaging is appealing; very eye-catching and modern. The staff are also professional and friendly.-The overall quality of the product is good and the shortbread cookie base is consistent in flavor and texture (excluding toppings).Cons:-Their flavors are VERY hit or miss. The gingerbread cake cookie? Absolutely delicious and complete. The pumpkin pie? Flavor-wise great but texture-wise terrible; the “frosting” was just…weird. Andes mint? Chocolate toothpaste 😬. White chocolate cranberry? Balanced. Lemon crinkle? Not lemony enough. So as you can see it’s very hit or miss, which is unfortunate for their price-point. Also, all of their cookies are a dense shortbread base so there isn’t much variety except for toppings/frosting, which may please some and discourage others.-They serve warm and cold cookies together, which doesn’t make sense to me. Some cookie flavors are chilled and some are served warm, which I understand, but in the same box with no differentiation of packaging? Doesn’t make sense to me especially for the price-point.Would I eat a Crumbl cookie again? Yes. Would I go out of my way to do it? No. Would I be hyper-selective in my flavor choice? Definitely. Nevertheless, I hope they do well 🙏

Crumbl is full of employees with smiles on their faces and the best cookies!! Service was very fast and cookies were handed to me with a smile.Parking: Stress free parking & close to the door!Kid-friendliness: Brought both my toddlers in with me, no issue at all!!

Why does your company insist on asking for tips BEFORE we have even picked up our online order? What is the point of a tip? For excellent service and ease of convenience to me as a customer. Why would I tip you for an online order when I show up, the cookies are never actually ready to pickup and I often have to wait 10 to 15 minutes past my order pickup time. Its absurd. If you want a tip, show us why you earn it.

The past few times I've been to this location the cookies have looked pathetic. Very small with very little amounts of icing and look nothing like the pictures, I understand not everything is going to be picture perfect but they are nothing like they used to be. Ordered the caramel pumpkin cake cookie and it was tiny and had almost no icing on it and the icing they did put on the cookie was not what it should have been. They put peanut butter icing on instead which is very concerning, used to love going here and the staff was always friendly but now it's just awful
