ACE is the place!! I usually find a great buy every time I am there! The older gentleman that works there I'd very helpful and hilarious! I still agree he should have gotten the patio furniture model position! Lol.. 😆

Dont get me wrong. I love ace hardware. They just never have what you are looking for. You always end up going for one thing and leaving with everything, but that one thing. Staff there is always nice and always ask if you need anything. The prices are not bad but can be a little higher then some other hardware stores. .

Great little store to grab stuff when you don't have an hour to wander around one of the "big boys". I've TOTALLY changed my mind about this place. Had a bad experience with a rude employee when it first opened but that has done a complete 180° turn. They have an employee named Brian that is so nice and helpful with everything. If he's not the manager he should be.

A store for the mostly wealthy. A disabled person like myself should, perhaps, consider Walmart. Still they have a good selection of items. Also, they have more employees than the last time I visited; which is definitely an asset. Also, the employees are friendly and dedicated; which like I said, is a plus! Looks like their house paint selection is plentiful with a vast multitude of color variations. Their tools seem to be a step up from the big box stores in quality, but I could be mistaken...

I went in there to look for some pieces for my friends Dremel they were needing. Being that I was riding a bicycle I had a backpack on and it had all my stuff in it. As we walked in I saw a young associate eyeing me because of my back. He promptly comes over and asks us if we need help. Being our first visit and not knowing the location of the items we told him what we were looking for. He proceeded to tell us the location but right after tells me I'm not allowed to have my backpack in the store. I found this to be extremely rude considering my friend was carrying a purse and not a small one mind you. I was going to complain but we were in a hurry so I begrudgingly complied and put my backpack down by the register. We go and find what we need and go pay for it. I grab my backpack and we leave. I should have made sure everything was in my backpack before we left but as I said we were in a hurry. I went to the gas station right after work to get something to drink and looked in my wallet that was in my backpack earlier and found the $30 was missing. I'm not saying someone there took it .but it was the only time my wallet wasn't with me and I'm positive I never spent it.

Went there to get some keys made. Three dollars each which is a good price compared to Walmart Home Depot and Kroger’s.

They were super helpful, we were able to do an online order, save good money, and get a grill already put together!! Staff was so awesome!!!! The young man was very courteous to my wife and the other woman was super nice to us, treated us like neighbors!!!! I will drive across town to go back!!

Staff was not very helpful. I needed simple bolts, washers, and nuts to match the size I brought in. First person said they didn't know how to do that and the next person acted and basically said she didn't want too. When pushed a little more by asking additional questions and clarifying again what I needed, she helped.

I like this brand new Ace Hardware and try to visit when on the west side of town. Associates have consistently been friendly and ready to assist with any questions. A good deal can be found especially if using the Ace Rewards program.

The store has almost any tool you'd need but no parts compatible with stihl, couldn't even find a air filter that fit my craftsman lawnmower.
