I'm very very disappointed with Walmart's bakery on fort Campbell boulevard in oak Grove I ordered cupcakes for my daughter for her birthday so that I could take them to her school the lady hands me my cupcakes and says oh they got smashed. Didn't even say sorry didn't try to fix them or offer a discount. Walmart you need to do better you had one job.

I pulled up to the automotive center at 6:30 PM on Tuesday, April 30. All of the doors were shut. All of the doors were locked. The signs state that the auto center is open until 7 PM. I sat there and waited for somebody to open the doors, I called the Auto center multiple times trying to find out what was going on, nobody answered the phone in the Auto center. I ended up having to walk into the store to the customer service desk to ask what was going on. I spoke to a manager. I do not remember her name. She was not the Auto center manager. she said that she had no idea what was going on, the Auto center employees walked up as I was talking to her and stated that they closed at six today because they were understaffed. I understand being understaffed and closing, but there was no notice that they had closed early. There was no paper on any of the doors, there was no paper on the walls. It was not updated online. There was nothing stating that they closed early until the two employees, walked up and said oh yeah we closed early. I had to sit for half an hour to have to still go in the store to find out that they closed half an hour before I even got there an hour before they were even supposed to close it and just get told sorry nothing we can do. I didn’t wanna do anymore cars because I’m tired is no way to run a department

Went in to return 2 non working phones that were supposed to be refurbished. The lady at the register was pleasant enough. She proceeded to scan the barcode from the first phone and the computer doesn't register what was scanned. She then calls a guy over to see if he can fix the problem. He looks does nothing to the register and verbatim says " yer gonna have to call dot com". Excuse me. So I have to call the Internet and do what exactly? I don't have a printer to print a shipping label or else I would have done that and not made the trip to the store. So I'm about to be stuck with 2 phones that never worked from the time I received them and out several hundred dollars. By this point I'm a bit frustrated so I ask if they can try another register. Maybe the first one was just being temperamental. So the lady scans the barcode at the new register and it accepts it. Scan number 2 and were good to go. I'm still a little stuck today. Call "dot com" and figure it out myself or troubleshoot. At least don't give up on the first attempt and trying absolutely nothing else to resolve the register error. All I'm saying is if it's your job it shouldn't matter how your day is going you do everything in your power to help the customer in front of you instead these two tried to tell me to "call dot com" after scanning an item once, it not register and immediately trying to get rid of me . So sorry about your luck. I don't think so.

There are a few really great employees but most of them are just ready to go home. Be sure to leave at least a half hour before closing or some guy will find and harass you and everyone else in the store reminding everyone that they will be closing at 11. It's almost as if the reminders over the Intercom once every 5 minutes aren't enough. When you go earlier in the day though you just get a sense of looming depression. So in that regard at least the night crew are happy about something even if it's not doing their jobs.

The lady at the Oak Grove location done an amazing job explaining road hazard assistance. The Hopkinsville location did complete the service and it's worth every second being on your tires. Trust me.

This is the Walmart we choose to go to in the area, even if it is a bit out of the way. It is generally less crowded, cleaner, and easier parking. I have found a number of times items I am looking for are out of stock or not carried at this store, and I need to travel to another. Using the app before you go helps.

It's your basic Walmart, nothing special about it. I will say it seems like a trend in the retail business to not have sales associate on the floor to help customers and it sucks. I hate spending time wondering around looking for a product. Also, ask your staff to be friendly when they are eventually located and asked for help.

This is the only Walmart that I've been to that no longer has a gluten free section. It's on my way home so I stopped and low and behold the gluten free section is gone and so is 95% of the gluten free foods. Shame on you Walmart for getting rid of a small 6ft section for people that can't have gluten. I ended up driving to the Hopkinsville Walmart even though it was out of my way because they still have everything we need there. I will not be returning to this store. When I asked 4 different associates about any products they couldn't answer me all they said was check your app. I mean if they can cater to the people that are keto or vegan but not gluten free that's a shame!!!! DO BETTER!!!!!

Execpt for the fact they pick and choose when I am allowed to buy my insulin needles based off of how you look I don't have a problem with this place. This is the third time that someone has tried to buy them for me from there and been turned away. Sometimes they are allowed to buy them and sometimes not (same people just to be clear) and I have to drive to a completely different Walmart for something I need to sustain life. No problems at any other walmrt, only oakgrove kentucky one. They say it policy that you have to have an insulin prescription (another time they said it was because junkies had been leaving needles in the toy isles). But I literally buy my insulin (a walmart service) over the counter there too. (Same walmart).This is being done strickly based off of how someone looks when they get off of work or don't feel like dressing up to make a trip to the store. If a manager can't distinguish a drug addict from someone who already buys there insulin over the counter there and then tells me I need a prescription for the needles , they don't need to be a manager. I am going as high to corporate as I can for this type of treatment. Absolutely unacceptable way of profiling individuals.

Was shopping with a friend. The cashier was leaning on the cash register. Didn't smile or say a word to us until it was time for the total. Then acted irritated because my friend who is blind was taking a few minutes to find his card and hand it to me. This isn't the first time this cashier has acted this way. I usually avoid her register . If you don't want to be there quit. Don't be impolite. She didn't say have a nice day or anything. Even when I asked her if he got all of his purchases. She just rolled her eyes and turned around to the next customer. Didn't greet them either.

Wouldn’t sell me an item they had on clearance even had the clearance stickers on it. But the team lead just talked about how he’s swamped and can’t sell it. Even walked him to the clearance rack and showed him pictures. Still nothing thank you for nothing

Why can't Walmart hire more employees? Everytime I gone to check out recently there are 30 people in line for self check out and 8 or more people per line for cashiers. This I ridiculous. Please manage the store better. I shouldn't have to spend 30 plus minutes waiting to check out.

This Walmart is placed differently than some of the surrounding ones , not that it’s wrong or right , just different than what I was familiar with and took more time finding things I knew was at in other locations. Great business idea to get customers to find things they normally wouldn’t from familiarity to others .

I've been to this location many times and have never been disappointed. When I discovered that there is now sour patch kids cereal I had to have it. Knowing this Walmart is up the road I had to see if they carried it. To my pleasure they did! I will say it is a very good and thanks to this Walmart I was able to start my day off right!

Giving 1 star is even a lie. Trash walmart that hires young kids to work the closing shifts, these kids ignore customers. They would rather hit on each other than actually assist customers. A task as simple as getting bags at a self checkout, no one tells you if a register is card only or cash.Seems to require too much brain usage, must be harder than a tumor resect surgery. . No one will fix the issue. Avoid this store!. Pharmacy is the only good department there.

The store is always clean, staff is friendly when you so interact. The downfall is if you go during "rush hour" times. They may not have enough registers open, or the self check out has several down. This was one expirence of many which vary.

We ordered grocery delivery we were expecting our stuff around 8-9.We got a notification that there was a delay and that they removed an item we listed we were fine receiving substitutions for. From there we got our delivery late and we didn’t receive the meat for our grocery order but we were still charged.We have received a refund however, it’s still been a pretty unpleasant experience overall as that was how we planned on cooking dinner tonight.
