Went here to find some gloves. They were very helpful. The blonde girl checked me out and held a great conversation with me. She has great customer service skills. Need more workers like her ;because a lot of places just say one word phrases and not really concerned about your day. Hope to have a great conversation like that every time I shop here.

I stopped in here this evening, in search of what they had for plate carriers. To my surprise they had all the three brands I was considering, but never put hands on. The stock Shellback, HRT and Crye Precision (Condor too, but ain’t my thang). I just had to ask which carrier of all is the best seller. Employee “Frida” (a former Army soldier) was very helpful explaining to me the differences in materials versus features of the three.They also stock pouches from brands like “High Speed Gear”, some “Tactical Tailor”, Condor as well as a few other odds & ends. The store is always very clean & organized. I highly recommend you stopping in for a look around, you won’t be disappointed. 👍👍😁

the blonde girl that worked on Sunday was incredibly rude. i was already being helped at the register by a different women and the blonde girl comes in with the worst attitude demanding the other women that was helping me, to move in the middle of my transaction. i don’t know if she’s the manager but she was beyond disrespectful to her coworker and wasn’t a pleasure to have

Love this place, absolutely amazing. I've bought all my Crye Precision, Blue force gear, and other additions from here. the ladies at the desk are very sweet and helpful and are very friendly and informative. I couldn't recommend this store enough! i plan on coming here even more after my previous visits. highly recommended

i truly appreciate the Seamstress Team at this U.S. Patriot Tactical location.Especially the shorter blonde haired 👱🏻‍♀️lady whom seems so joyful (even it may not be all of the time) to help others with their skilled hands sewing up uniforms all day.They are much more skillful and better at sewing up name tags on the uniform than the alterations on base.Their work lasts way longer.GOD bless those ladies.Thank you!

My Unit decided to purchase a rather large amount of magazines through this specific U.S Patriot and the ease of the process was amazing one of the managers Lauryn I believe her name was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and one of the young ladies even helped me loud the boxes 10 out of 10 customer service

They add up to or over a $45 markup on boots. Oakley LT Assaults at $155msrp/$139 with SI. The final price was around $220 at check out. Plan ahead and just order them. Talk about screwing over soldiers…

Did not feel staff was welcoming. Had to wait nearly 10 minutes to check out because no one would ring me up. Staff was either leaning against a wall or the register counter talking about tattoos etc. Only saw 1 person helping someone and they were telling a 'cool guy story' instead of discussing a sale as they knew the customer from outside od work. Lastly I've only purchased 1 item and never used it because I found out it was marked up at 20% other online stores were selling it for. Every other time in the store I was either holding an item in hand and couldn't find any assistance for questions or was personally talked out of buying the item simply by their opinion and demeaning attitude.

Completely disappointed with this company, I will never purchase from these guys ever again. I purchased 3 items from them on May 20th, and now on June 29th I've only received 2 of those items and it took 2 weeks for them to ship. The third item is still in limbo somewhere, and I've both emailed and called multiple times regarding it with no responses. They're not even taking calls right now, you have to leave a voicemail, so I'm going to wait a few more days for a response and if I don't hear back I will be going to my bank to get my money back on this order.

U.S. Patriot replaced U.S. Cavalry at this location. What a difference. Great retail space that you can actually see and navigate in now. The employees are very helpful, and the product selection and quality certainly went up. I managed to tag the parking lot before they repaved and did all the exterior work. The store looks fantastic now.

I needed my flash and emblem sewn on my beret for class and Chuck took care of us, got all of the information he needed and made sure all our stuff was good and we got everything we needed. The store's service overall was really good, everyone knew where everything was, and if they didn't know we got directed to someone that did. The beret turned out great and I got exactly what I ased for.

Good customer service and product displays. The store itself was well lit and looked clean.Only issue I found is the entrance and exit to the store is a nuisance with the stop light. But it only takes a few minutes to leave if you miss the green light

I placed an online order on 12/5. It is now 2/2 and I haven’t gotten the order and have been getting the runaround about my refund. I keep getting told they are sending it and it will take 3-5 days now it’s 10-14 business days. Absolutely unacceptable.

Honestly I've never had an experience here that wasn't fantastic.I always go here to get stuff sewn, cheaper than on post and pretty much guaranteed same day pickup. They'll help do some nonstandard stuff too, they repaired a ballcap I had that was falling apart. Looks good as new. Super skilled people at the sewing counter.Cory is the man, he helped me find and pickup my sewing order even when they were about to close. Super chill, friendly dude. The man is an actual superhero.Give Cory a raise. Cory deserves everything good in life. Fire all your staff, and replace them with clones of Cory. If I had a daughter, I would give Cory permission to marry her. My favorite book of the Bible is the Book of Cory. Every knee must bow and every hand tremble before King Cory. If an asteroid was going to hit earth, and wipe out all human life, and there could only be one man and one womans genetic material to repopulate earth, I would choose Cory (and Salma Hayek but thats a separate issue.)This is truly Cory's world and we are just living in it.10/10 business. Gear prices are a little high but tbh it evens out to what you see online after you factor in shipping/lead times.
