This was a very clean Pilot with a large selection of food items. The attached Wendy's was a good idea for a suit down meal too. They have pumps for trucks and cars also because this was a large Travel Center

Quick place to stop off the highway for gas, pumps were modern, the parking lot plenty big enough to maneuver, and gas prices were expected.

I have to edit my review :) this pilot has gone through a very positive change. Staff is friendly and attentative, food is stocked and bathrooms are clean &functional.Old review was one star:I bought some gas, but a cup of coffee was a dream only. Most of the coffee pots were out of order and there were no creamers on the shelves. Most of the styrofoam cup dispensers were empty. No syrup.Update on 4/22/2023: gas pump #6 is not working, ladies bathroom is in a sorry shape: 2 out of 4 toilets are out of order, same with the hand dryers. The toilet stall had trash on the floor.

For such a new place it sure is dirty. Short of help I guess.A person was parked outside at a fuel pump with a sunshade on his windshield for over an hour. Told the manger they knocked on his window he said he's getting gas 🤷.. Crazy

Place pretty clean… only issue is parking spots.. at night.. kinda sad that drivers will leave stuff like this … like it’s a holding yard and it forces other drivers to have to sleep on exit ramps because of no parking… management should have this all towed off

Good luck getting a shower here. 24 guests in line. 1 person cleaning them. Place is FILTHY. Inside and out. I got here at 1pm on a Sunday. Parking was packed. 2 empty free spots left. Mens room is abhorrent. I walked in and turned around and left.

Got here at 7pm and many spots still available. The reserved spots are in the back on the last row of the parking lot. 🚛There is a McDonalds. They are under construction and the lobby is closed .🔨 You will have to stand in line outside in between cars to order. 🍔There is a roller grill and a hotbox with Jimmy Dean items by the door where the 4 wheelers come in.They also have a small cold section with sandwiches by the ladies room. 🥪The mens bathroom has 3 stalls and the laddies has 4. 🚽 Why do people cover the toilet seat in toilet paper and just leave it like that? 🤢 We can do better. Clean up after yourself!They have a small lounge with a few games and 2 massage chairs.There are many spots to walk the dog, but some areas are trashy. 🗑

I would leave zero Stars if I could. I showed up 30 minutes before closing and they refused to touch my truck. The manager told me he was going to charge me an extra $500 for service today during regular hours. Meanwhile 2 service techs we're doing nothing but mopping the floor. You should change your hours if you're too lazy to work the last hour of your day some of us are trying to make a living disgusting service and I just closed my pilot account

Great location, easy entry and exit, and usually stocked for typical travel necessities so one can fill up, eat, and rest if needed.However, be extra careful when exiting vehicle. Check surroundings, vehicles, and people around your car. One time in 2021, my spouse opened door to get out of car and noticed person getting stuff out of their trunk - to seemingly bring that stuff to their passenger door right as my husband got out so they bumped into each other, and coincidentally his wallet went missing. Wallet was used at prior gas fill up stop, so this location is where he said it happened. No proof of course so just a mention.

Stopped in the Pilot on 2/2/24 and was disappointed by yet another Pilot Truck Stop. They have more parking than most Pilots but after that it goes downhill quick. Cleanliness I give 1 Star. The Staff I give 4 Stars. ( Friendly, Professional) The McDonalds inside is awful in both staff, service, food and cleanliness. (Literally saw an employee wipe his nose with his hand at the fry station and then continued serving fries without washing his hands) It wasn't very busy inside but the service was horrid, then when I get to my truck I found out my double cheeseburgers were worse than the service. I've had my CDLs since 1994 and have watched Pilot deteriorate to one of the worst places to stop. Right now Love's Travel Centers makes Pilots look like a broke business just trying to hang on. Love's beats Pilot in Staff, Cleanliness and Food. Do better Pilot with your Stores and the Restaurants inside of them.

This Pilot does not have Bourbon Pecan coffee, that cost my review 1 point.My shower had power washer pressure,nice. The room was clean and attendant friendly and helpful.Store was clean, employee was friendly.No honey packets, no Bourbon Pecan coffee.The parking area and fuel pump area filthy. 2 pumps down. Medium size lot very disorganized. The designer must have been an 8 year old. Probably a 2 grader project.

Huge lot to accommodate many trucks but wow what a dirty place. Walking in from the truck there is just so much trash all around. Either they're understaffed or just extremely lazy. The women's bathroom needs attention as well.

One of the nicest gas stations I've ever been in! The restrooms looked like a upscale restroom. Staff was friendly, food was hot and fresh, everything very accessible. This is the place to stop if you need to on a trip or if you need a regular base of operations locally.

A very rude woman and without a minimum idea how to treat customers, was asking me to walk out of the store just because I was complaining about the sizes of the coffee cups because there weren't SMALL size. I did not spotted her name but she is blonde 50s. She should go and find a job feeding cattle or so, instead of giving the face to the customers and I'm a Truck Driver who spends a lot of dollars in Pilot &Flying J

The store is nice and newly remodeled. Unfortunately tried to get a shower only to be told the showers have been out of order for a week. As expensive as the showers at these places, you'd think they'd have a plumber on standby with Golden tools. I guess after 16 years of mostly using Pilot Flying J, I may have to start going other places. This is getting to be too often out here.

Men's restrooms could be cleaned a little more often. Was a dirty but it just smelled bad. The rest of the facility was OK.

Over 1/3 of parking spots are dropped trailers and 1/4 of the rest are always taken by BTs like there should be a policy against this

Entire store is poorly designed! Early morning had a very few breakfast options; all with meat in them. McDonald's was closed, so there were no alternatives. There was only hand dryers in the restroom. Stairs constantly blocked by semis. Definitely needs a remodel!

Radiator hose blew as we pulled in. No mechanics work here we were told so Loves will come do the repair in about 3 hours. No big deal because we need a shower and a break. Well, No showers are operating. No laundry, No truckers lounge. No wonder truckers are ornery. This is a rough job without much support. :(

Don’t get the pizza here it was horribly dry, got 2 pieces and both were supper dry probably from yesterday or the day before yesterday. they also didn’t had a good coffee. Restrooms were ok.
