I really love this vet. Every time I had a concern or worry, they got the help I needed as soon as possible. They have been great after both of my cats’ spay and neuter surgeries, and walked me through a couple of issues my cats were having. They are great with availability, and the facility is nice and clean. The front desk ladies are always sweet and friendly to talk to. I have nothing but good things to say! They also have awesome prices, and accept care credit for emergencies or regular vet check ups.

Friendly staff. Was wonderful with my fur baby. I was worried bc he get anxiety going really anywhere. He was very fond of the staff & they were the same with him. Only thing is I wish it wasn't so expensive but I guess that's the price you pay for a good vet. I won't take my dog anywhere else.

Took our dog in with an emergency as a walk in she was almost dead, they acted quickly no questions got her triaged, seen, diagnosed, and treated within 2 hours, they saved her life. I couldn’t have better words for this place, the prices for her treatment and being an emergency visit weren’t unreasonable either.

Told them I would call back (had to run the conversation by my husband) and the lady on the phone scoffed and hung up without saying a word. This was on March 4th, 2024 at 10:30 AM. It will do you wonders to work on your customer service skills. I wouldn’t trust my pets with someone so rude.

Every time we have had an issue or an emergency pop up, Oak Grove has accommodated us. We are not used to that - our vet in Virginia would never see us same day. I am thankful for how much the staff has loved on and cared for our three dogs. They are an amazing vet!

Absolutely great place!! Friendly and welcoming staff. We had to take in our kitten for an emergency, and they handled everything so well. We also took him in to get nurtured recently, and the job was done wonderfully.

I cant even ask questions without feeling RUSHED off the phone. Why would you direct me to your website when I’m already in your website and I’m calling for more details? Needs better customer service. I would never take my pet some place that doesn’t even have time to have a conversation with me, imagine how they’d treat my baby.

Great place! Took very good care of my frenchie and he was not anxious at all. They even have an app and it’s extremely helpful and useful. Compared to the other vets I’ve taken my pets to this is the best! (Military so we change vets every 3 years)

Called in to make an appointment. All i got was 20 questions asked of me. Repeat my name 3 times my pets name three times. Then ask when I was thinking. Like I can see their schedule page. Then, when I got disgusted with the conversation. I ask, are you going to give me an appointment or do I need to find another veterinarian? She said if that's what you want to do. For the record, I'm looking for another veterinarian because of her inability to schedule appointments.

I love this vet office, everyone is amazing! I bring all my fur babies there and have been since I moved here about 8 years ago. They all go above and beyond and I can't say enough nice things about everyone and the care that my babies recieve at this office.

If I could give Oak Grove Animal Hospital more than 5 stars I would. I had to take my dog, “Tootsie”, in to be put down due to incurable cancer. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that Tootsies final moments were comfortable by bringing her extra blankets and loving on her. They explained everything about the procedure what would/could happen in the final moments. Then they let me say my goodbyes. Even though they were closing they never rushed me. When they came in every thing went as they said it would. I had her cremated and within a couple of days they called my fiancé to pick up her ashes. He brought home a bag and inside was a box with her ashes, her paw prints (I had requested) and a personalized death certificate. Then a few days later we received a card from them that the entire team had signed. It was such a thoughtful gesture and it meant a lot to me. If you are looking for a place to take your pet I highly recommend Oak Grove Animal Hospital.

I have a large German Shepherd that's very aggressive they do an excellent job on his ears he's out of pain I would definitely recommend them for any of your pets needs also gave him the best nail clipping I've had

Thank the Lord for all of the staff here. I wish I could give more stars. We called first thing in the morning as I woke up to my poor baby so sick and didn’t know what to do anymore. They told me to bring him in right away and we were already pulling in the parking lot, they got us right in. Was attentive and all very sweet to my boy. Unfortunately our baby was diagnosed with parvo, they gave us time alone to figure out what we wanted to do. We came to the conclusion that we would care for him from home. They gave us every little bit of information we needed and I never left feeling like I had a question unanswered. As the week went on when we brought him in they were always so happy to see his progress. You can truly tell that every one of the Vet Techs and the Doctor truly care about your fur baby. Now I don’t know what it would be like if I went anywhere else, but I don’t want to. We just moved here on base and this is where we will be going for the remainder of our time here. We now have a happy healthy pup! Thank you to each one of these staff members for helping save my baby Roswell.

Love all the staff, they love my furry kids! Dr Bell and the staff have always been honest and helpful, they have always helped in what directions we needed to go with our fur kids, when our past fur kids have been sick , they always got us in asap, they gave me all the information I needed to decide what was best for our fur kids, sometimes saying good bye to them is heart breaking, I have had all 3 vets help in this matter at some point in time over the 25 years. The Doctors and staff were so professional, understanding, caring, and accommodating to our fur kids and our needs in this time of heart break. I think it was as hard for them as well. With there advice and care with regular visits, shots, preventive meds for heartworm n fleas, proper food, they have all lived to over 10 to 17 years.

Today was a awesome day for me and Ice. She only likes her heart guard plus and since they didn't have it there they called their sister clinic and got ice's heart guard plus from them . She was so happy to get it that I thought she was going to lose her tail from wagging it so fast. The staff was so nice and helpful I appreciate the work they did for my dog and me . Thank you so much you made my puppy the happiest ever.

By far the worst place you can possibly go, took my baby in for an eye surgery. Got quoted a decent chunk of change for the surgery just to find out the next day they added over $160 dollars on top of the set placed bill. Then I get to see my dog and her eye is bloodied to hell, not cleaned off at all, and bleeding, then on top of that they didn’t have a dog cone for her, so I had to drive over 40 minutes and go buy one after spending almost $700 dollars. Absolute trash, 10/10 do not recommend.

First time using this vet as we are fairly new to Oak Grove. Our bloodhound, Darla Sue, had a bad case of entropion and needed surgery on both of her eyes. The people here made me feel welcome and were very nice. We chose to have the surgery done, and it went perfectly. No complications, no issues after surgery...nothing. The vet that did the surgery did a fantastic job! We ate very pleased with this vet and will continue to use them for all 3 of our dogs! Thanks again Oak Grove Animal Hospital!

They took really good care of my boy when he got very sick. Dr. Belle is amazing and kept us informed while Corona was under her care. They are not the cheapest in town compared to what other pet owners on the FB group I'm in. However, they're availability to see our pet right away especially when it's an emergency is well worth it.

Kind staff and knowledgeable vet. My cat had 9 of his 15 teeth pulled here and they were sweet to my old man. Was originally quoted him needing between 1-4 teeth pulled and when I looked at the invoice I’m fairly certain I was only charged for 4 as well so that was a pleasant surprise obviously. No complications with the surgery and they had him home early than anticipated. They gave great after care instructions that were easy to follow. He has healed well with no further issues and is still a happy, slightly gummier boy.
