Not a big selection of items and everything seems overpriced. I had over $200 worth of items and the man rushed me to leave at 6:55 because there were closing. I left all my items and left. I will not accept that treatment when my purchases are assisting with growing your establishment. Just advise kindness and patience goes a long way. Most establishments will lock up and wait until you check out but hey !

I needed some hair supplies and I was able to find everything I needed. The people that were working here were so nice and willing to help me find what I needed. Not sure why there is so many negative comments about the employees here. Like I said they were very nice and helpful. There's a lot of hair extensions and beautiful wigs for very reasonable prices. Including all kind of hair products and hair accessories.

Prices have increased drastically. Bad customer service from older gentleman. This used to my favorite beauty supply store. I live on the opposite side of town and would travel to this location. Now I don’t think about coming to them.

I have been going to this hair store for years and even though it looks smaller, they have 2 sides and a lot of selections. I live 45 minutes away and still choose this hair store to come to. They always have new quality selections for hair and still offer military discount, outside the base! I never get my lashes from anywhere else, nor my wigs. I’m cheap when it comes to wigs but I don’t ever look cheap! Love this place!

I normally shop in Clarksville, but this is my new store for hair supplies. Not to mention, less sales tax! Wide variety of hair for braiding along with accessories, beads and such. Lots of different types of press on nails which my daughter loves. Lady at the counter was really sweet and helpful. A lot of beauty stores around here smell funny, but this one is clean and doesn't. The aisles are organized instead of having a bunch of stuff all crammed together where you can barely move.

I'm used to supply shops that have a bunch of stuff you wouldn't expect. They literally have only hair and beard stuff here. No body lotions (I asked), soaps or anything. I got a bonnet that I coulda got from Walmart. Quality same. Price is competitive. Customer service was on point. If I went back it would be because of bonnet designs. They had a variety. Other than that I could be lazy and order online from anywhere.

I don't understand why anyone would open a business that is tailored for African Americans and then be incredibly disrespectful to African Americans. The owner is incredibly rude and unhelpful. He does not speak and he is thoroughly convinced that all are intending to steal. There are plenty of stores that offer a very selection of beauty supplies. I will not take my money anywhere were I am not respected. At the end of the day me shopping in your store is good for you not me. I will take my hard earned money else where.

My mother in law came to visit and wanted me to do her hair. I had never been to this beauty supply store so I thought we’d try it out together. The guy working the counter did not speak to us when we entered, was unhelpful and unwilling to answer questions, and followed us around as if we were stealing. I finally stopped and told him flat out that we were not there to steal because he was so obvious. His reply, “well I have to be sure you won’t”. I was very embarrassed at how anyone could treat me that way let alone an elder. Very sad. Please spend money with people who appreciate your business.

Shopping for beauty supplies can add up, and in my opinion they have better prices. It’s a nice selection of items (braids, locs, twist) in there to choose from, but the store is kind of small and they don’t have many hair product options like gel, conditioner, sprays, etc. A plus is they offer a military discount for their store.

I like the selection of wigs because I wear alot of wigs and the wigs I've purchased from here have lasted quite a while. The synthetic wigs I've purchased are soft and very manageable. I cut and style them and I receive lots of positive comments about them. I also like their earring selection. So, if you like to change your style alot as I do, go check out Gate 6 Beauty Supply. I'm sure you will find something you like.

The Asian gentleman behind the counter is super rude. Barely speaks, no help, only stands up and watches you to make sure you aren't stealing. Pretty decent variety, but the customer service improving would bring them more business.
