There are 3 pilots in a 4mile radius . Here and 1 much larger next exit. Good place to park. Showers were fast here not much of a wait time.

Typical Flying J/Pilot. Typical "creative parking" in fire lanes, in front of pumps and Catscale as well as entry and exits. God forbid there's ever an emergency. Emergency vehicles would probably have a hard time getting in to help.

2020-05-19 This great place but the only reason I gave four stars rather than five stars is because two years ago I stopped this flying J and drivers were smoking cigarettes in the drivers lounge. When I asked why , somebody told me it’s legal in Kentucky. I’m not from Kentucky so I’m not sure if that’s true or not. Other than that this place is very clean, large parking & usually no wait on the showers.

2021 - had to tell a car to move or we would have ran right into her trying to get out with our RV. Full service FlyingJ complete with high prices and a Dennys. 2019- Pulled in here for diesel for RV. Little hard to get to with cars parked where they don't belong. Would have eaten here too, but ALL THE RV PARKING PLACES WERE TAKEN UP WITH CARS!! Even had to wait for a car to move so we could even pull out! No respect for Rvs.

I didn't go inside so my review is only for the RV service. For $10, We were able to dump our tanks and fill fresh water plus inflate our tires. This was a very efficient t stop

Parking was easy and don't think reserve ever got full. They have their dumpster right next to the building over flowing so it smelled awful any time I walked by. Food looked decent but didn't use showers. Bathrooms were older and outdated but very clean.

really nice place to come as a very very comfortable parking lot with the parking lot diesel pumps nice and comfortable for the entrance also inside me the convenience store with a lot of everyday essentials for trucks and cars all I got there is a Denny's inside so you can have a good place for a long rest breakfast and dinner

Dirty, my shower was not clean, all it looked like was they went in and put the toilet seat up.I do not have long black hair. And the garbage for the last person was still there. Gross 🤢Your cashiers are good Ladies ⭐But the Denny's was Super awesome.Great service by Sandy, nice people. ⭐

Well I came here expecting the worst based off reviews but I'll say this... Check the address when you book overnight parking! Had to call customer service and speak with the staff here Alisha was VERY nice and super helpful. I'm out of time and there's no other choice. I reserved a spot hours ago, I expected it to be there. It's not the fault of the staff, something is going on here. App still says "2 spots available" and that's not the case. Everyone here has their ticket. Some kind of scam is going on here and it needs to be looked into. 4 stars only because Alisha was so nice and offered a refund or to move someone out of a spot. We'll see what happens tonight 😭 but thank you for the smile and kindness. She's a keeper for sure 😊

Well this is the 2nd Flying J in 3 days where I wanted to do laundry but ran into problems. Can y'all please maintain your facilities and equipment? Maybe you could scavenge some spare parts from the Pilot down the street and zombie together a fully functional truck stop.

Very friendly hostess and waitress. I had a great time even before my meal arrived. Steak cooked to order. It was a flavourful meal.

The shower was dirty and the water was semi warm . Dennys the service was slow the tea was so sweet asked for a half glass of unsweetened and mixed them and it was sower the food was what you expect they have to look for cooks to make food have no taste and the food had set long enough for gravy had a crust on it.

Easy in and out. I got all 4th... yep diesel for tractor, refer, Def and Denny's for me. If you want to check your truck tires, air is available in all diesel pumps and plenty of parking. Don't know anything about showers because I did not shower here. I showered earlier in Tennessee, but that's another truck stop, story, and review.

There's an embarrassing amount of reserved parking here. PFJ should be ashamed of themselves for this but seeing as they're not even ashamed for the multitude of unethical and in some cases illegal practices they do, I'm not holding my breath for anything to change at this location.

Very earnestly, $7.50 for two pieces of pizza that resembled bricks is kind of tough. Truck stops are getting to be really over priced these days. If we are paying inflated prices, please give us quality. We have very little support out here.

We stopped because the highway sign said they take RVs. We filled up fine. It is a very busy travel. J. Only two cashiers. We pulled around the propane and picked up. The phone sat on it for 10 minutes. Walked inside lady tells me that they don’t have anyone certified for propane that I should’ve been there at noon. Even though the sign says propane available till 9 PM I’m giving one star for you got to give what you promise when you’re driving 55 miles an hour and you make the effort to drive in otherwise we would’ve gone next-door to the brand new lovesJust post to sign outside

They call the police to remove me for a non parking zone but they don't remove all the truck in front of reserve parking spots that I can use. I can not use my reserve parking spot because all the trucks blocking my path, and they are in non parking some too. Worse service for a trucker that only use PILOT and Flying Y

Absolutely the WORST truck stop we have ever been to. Do NOT go here!!! Especially later in the day. Morning shift was a lot nicer. But regardless it was dirty and the Night Shift workers were sooo rude. Don’t work in customer service if you Can’t handle it!!! Not to mention they dont honor their reserved spots. Why make people pay for it if you aren’t going to insure they get it??

Being truckers a nice clean and awesome Dennys to get to spend 10 hrs and plenty of parking! BEST BY FAR GREAT DENNYS IVE BEEN TOO !! SERVICE ABSOLUTELY 100% SUPERB!! SANDY WAS AWESOME!!
