The staff are always in pajamas. That says all you need to know about the management and what is getting done.This place is a mess! Nothing ever seems to het done. Nothing is ever getting stocked. The stocking carts are constantly piled at the back of the store making half of the stock inaccessible. It's all just trashy.Last weekend, 11/24/22, I bought some iced tea. It tasted funny. Upon inspection both my wife's and my tea expired in late September and early October. I called and talked to "a manager". She stated that the iced tea was handled by a vendor and not her problem.All together a very poorly run store.

I get here at 8:54pm they close at 9 obviously I know that but only needed one item why was the door locked .....and I seen who was working I'ma call corporate in the morning .... picture attached is the time I pulled off and was half way home being I only live 3mins away

Never walking into another DG after visiting this store today. Female employee followed me into the parking lot yelling obscenities and threatening to call the cops because I took her picture after refusing to give me her name for being so rude. Trashy trashy employees, no wonder there are never customers in there anymore!

Friendly customers, friendly staff. Line is a little long when I go. It moves customers in and out fairly ok. A bit cluttered around the check out area. Prices are good. They have sales and a clearance section. Food, drinks, hygiene, clothing, medical supplies, vitamins, personal items, and a small amount of almost everything you might need for your household or car. I go often. I will be back often. They have plenty of parking shopping carts and bags of ice too.

Clearance shopping. Good service yesterday. Except, the air conditioner wasn't working. Extremely hot, I ask the young lady to prop open door. Was a lil busy with customers. I was able to find some great deals on clearance items in several departments. Hope the air is fixed before summer.

I always try to avoid coming to this location because everything is always out of stock, but today I needed a few things last minute for dinner. 3 out of the 4 food items I got were expired MONTHS AGO. So I had to drive back and exchange them. If you are getting food items here CHECK THE EXPIRATION DATES.

Its under new management and she seems to be getting the store in order its alot cleaner and things are getting stocked as well. not alot of stock on the floor or the silver carts. Theres alot of new people there as well.

This place is a total dumpster fire. Horrible customer service and beyond nasty attitude. Oh and if the cash registers are down you better wait a week before they open again. Just horrible, but let me tell you about their district MG he is actually very nice and actually willing to help he definitely cares and helps.

They STILL don't have a lot of things I've been needing... cleaning bottles and things like that BUT...I know it's because of the coronavirus. I don't get mad anymore...I just go back and check from time to time because it's so close to my house. It's clean and workers are ALWAYS nice*

Worst dollar store ever!!! Store looks nasty!!! It never has its shelves stocked!!! The workers are lazy!!! Hate it!!! They never answer the phone ever!!!! It has old stuff on shelves(out of date food)

I love this place because it's cheap and convenient. I come here for basic needs like eggs, milk, and bread. It also has cheaper coke products then Wal-Mart along with the milk and eggs. Whenever I am in need of something for dinner or anything else and I'm in a hurry this is my first stop to check if it's here. I like cheap and convenience so this is my go to place.

I hate their front door. I also hate that they don't have competent pest control service. You cannot go to the Redbox here without being eaten alive by mosquitoes. They are vicious! So bad that in the Summer & Fall people stay in their car, download the app, browse from their phone, then make a run to pick them up. The store doesn't feel welcoming at all. It feels messy & crowded with random merchandise. They are fully stocked though & super friendly, so there is the 2 stars.

Always love going to dollar general, they still had Christmas items available at 25 cents each so of course I shopped til I dropped!! But at least I didn't drop a lot of cash! Very friendly employees whenever I go in also!!

Store was a hot mess. Workers were not doing anything to clean up. Your clearance was a disaster. Items not on clearance were included. Definitely need new training and maybe more workers to zone. So sad

I'm a dedicated truck driver for dgIf you have to deliver to this store in a big truck do your best to do it as your first stop or last stop.It helps alot to approach from the south as well. Very tight steep ditch with a parking lot that is the arch enemy of truckers

Terrible people, never have anything on the shelves and told me my ID issued by the US Government looked fake. Never going here again, felt unsafe in the store seeing as employees were shouting their addresses to random men who walked out n throughout the store.

You can barely walk down the aisle because their crowded with boxes. The shelves are never stacked good stuff just thrown on the shelves. Bathroom is nasty that whole store needs a total makeover. The finally redid the parking lot because it was horrible now work in the inside of the store.

1. No outside trash can! 2. Parking lot looks like the city landfill! 3. Staff does not care, when even you tell them about the mess in their parking lot, 4. Crappy management, 5. I shall shop elsewhere, walmart sounds good!!!!

They are always barely stocked. I came at 851p Wednesday night 1/20/2021 and they locked the doors because they had 4 people in line even though they don't close until 9pm. I hate go8ng to this dollar General but it's around the corner from my house.

Nichole the manager of the oakgrove store#1275 is evil, disrespectful and racist. My neighbor that works there has been taunting and harassing me and brought it to the work place because she's mad I asked them to remove there vehicle fromy house, they walk off the register when at it and the manager Nichole said it's the neighbor safe haven so I cannot shop there I am pregnant with heart issues so this left me in so much pain I will seeking medical attention and a lawyer. The dollar general brand is horrible

The parking lot is like the surface of the moon...including the MASSIVE CRATERS just waiting to attack your cars tires and suspension. The store inside is kind of messy and a little dirty, but it's your average (smaller) Dollar general store. I'm not sure everything is really cheaper here than Walmart but I come anyways...

Went in looking for a specific item, asked an associate if they had this item she replied have you seen it anywhere, ummmm if I have seen it I surly wouldn’t be asking you if you had it. I found the item on my own went to check out and the associate checking me out was texting on her phone the entire time. Poor customer service and even worse looking store!

Everytime i shop there i find lots of goodies and bargains .I buy most of toiletries from that dollar general store the fact that the taxes are lower and the staff are very nice and helpful is a added plus .i tell most people i know in oakgrove to shop there

The store still had most products except for bathroom tissue I bought the last pack of paper towels but they did have cleaning and disinfecting materials sprays and liquids so if anybody still looking for those items there were no disinfectant wipes but you could still buy the disinfecting products

Neat, clean and well-stocked. Clerk was friendly and professional. This store had plenty of the product I wanted! I will go back.
