Pretty bad walmart wants your money but then prevents you from shopping and this is several hours before closing. This is a fire hazard for both customers and employees. But hey, their a multibillion dollar company that can afford a trip and fall lawsuit they just don't care about people, only $$$$. Do better walmart, we deserve a safe shopping experience, especially with the price gouging.

Why is Wal*Mart the most expensive option for groceries? The quality is terrible even compared with other local Wal*Marts, and the prices are ridiculous. I also resent being forced to use a self checkout, and then being harassed by an employee to prove I actually paid for my things. If you want to be sure it was scanned right then you can put regular lanes back in and check me out yourself.

Was double-charged at the self-checkout -- I waited until both payments posted to my bank account and called the 800# who informed I needed to go back to this location for a refund.I went back and spoke with a manager who (after 45 minutes) told me I would need to dispute with my bank. I advised I already had, and their process can take up to 90 days to resolve, this was around the holidays and I could not wait that long. The manager then told me I would need to print a statement and provide to them, then they will review and DECIDE WHETHER OR NOT to refund .. this was after I had already showed her my bank account in real time via my phone, AND provided the single receipt that listed the $100 transaction declined and then the next line item showing approved.I was not interested in make a THIRD trip to speak with that hillbilly manager and waited on my bank who provided the refund within 30 days. I will never shop at this Walmart store again.

This place is absolutely ridiculous to try and do propane exchange. It has taken 3 times to exchange mine. Once supposedly nobody had keys to do it. 2nd time was supposed to pay before going to the garden center. I don't know why the guy couldn't ring me up out there. 3rd time was a cluster. Couldn't get ahold of anybody to be out there.

Worse Walmart EVER! Acted like they count give me change for a 20 that I just got as cash back from there self checkout register. It is ridiculous how they treated me. I use to work at Walmart 3 months ago and we had a no sale option. This is the worse Walmart I've ever been to. When I asked to speak to a store manager I was told his name but was told he was on vacation. Would NOT recommend this store. This is definitely not the first time I've had problems here.

I love this store. Its the on line store delivery thats terrible. I have nothing but problems when I order to deliver the same day to my door. There are missing items, items that were not substituted for unavailable items, broken items. Its a challenge. It is a much needed service so I hope that they get it right.

No one of the employees know if they still have the dog tag machine. Not even CS knows.Only one cashier. And the line is long. All is self checkout now. I wish more and more customers would just stand in line for cashier. It is our own fault if everything gets more and more automated and less and less people find work. Folks, wake up!

Terrible experience. Found the aisle number for the product I wanted online to save time when I got to the store. The only problem with that plan is that the aisle DOES NOT EXIST. Tried asking store employees for help and one said that she didn't know and "they move stuff here all the time". Very helpful.The second employee looked around, couldn't find the aisle either and said "we are probably sold out of them". What?I just sat the other items down that I was going to buy and left, never again.

As someone with a service dog I hate going here. I have a medical alert and mobility service dog in training and I have almost had him attacked before. The workers need to start asking the 2 questions because it’s getting ridiculous. I just left and I saw 2 pet dogs in there trying to get after my dog. Iv seen pets peeing in carts,pooping in the store, and inches away from attacking my service dog.

As far as delivery goes: you want it done right do it yourself. Got wrong items? Don’t expect to get your money back or even be able to select said items for return. Called store and 1-800 number given and both useless.I’m editing this after my experience with the auto department. Same one star rating though! Had a warranty on tires, tried to claim the warranty and the team absolutely scrambled to find a way to not give me my product, using their terms and conditions that was never read or signed by me. I was asked if I’d like to buy a warranty on my tires, no paper was shown or signed, no terms presented until after they had my money.Walmart will not receive another cent from me.

Store is just awful and staff will find and use any reason to not return your money on products. Would definitely not recommend this store if you are even the slightest doubt of returning anything. Completely worthless

Amazing automotive department. My oil change was finished within 30 min. And the price was so much less than Valvoline! Plus free air filter. And the employee at the desk was so friendly and helpful! I will be back!

Went early afternoon and it paid off. There were actual people working, and working hard. I shopped easily enough as usual, checked out quickly with a great cashier and had business at the money center, which was also fast and painless even though I had to stand in line. Fabulous Walmart trip.

Ok place to shop but GOD is it terrible with a service dog. They will let any dog in a cart or barking at people. My service dog was barked at by a dog and the dog was peeing in the cart. It’s disgusting.

Not sure if I just cought them at a good time or what, but unlike most other walmarts they had enough check outs, enough people working and I didn't have to wait in line for more than a few minutes. Had no problem getting help from associates and overall a good walmart. This isn't my home walmart however, while they have a good labeling system with letters and numbers on the aisles, they didnt seem to be in order the greatest, aisles a then b and c then skipped to aisle K. It was slightly confusing and the associates know the departments but not the aisle numbering seemingly. Overall a good walmart however. Had decent clearance as well, spread throughout the store.

They never have any stock. I talked to a associate there and they said they didn't know why they didn't have stop and that all the associates have super cut hours and only work one or 2 days a week and this was in holiday season. If I could tell everyone it would be go somewhere else this Walmart is poorly managed

Went to Automotive side to get battery. Opened hood of car with just me and my daughter and there were 3 Walmart employees (all men) standing next to us and not even one offered or asked if we needed help

What can you say it's Walmart. If you need it they got it, if they don't got it they can order it, and if they can't order it you don't need it to begin with. Walmart pricing is Walmart pricing. Exactly what you would expect better on some things worse on others. If you need a computer I would highly recommend you go through Technology Repairs and have one built as opposed to buying one that was prefabricated and sold at Walmart. But my opinion is biased because I own and operate technology repairs. But for just about anything else, Walmart would probably be one of your Best Bets in Nicholasville. No matter what odd collection of stuff you were looking for you could most assuredly find it all in one place at Walmart.

Walmart as of late seems to be out of alot of items. Prices have also almost doubled and in some cases tripled. Would definitely recommend checking prices at the register to ensure they match the shelf price. I miss the Cashiers personally. It's as though I am a Walmart employee every time I choose Walmart to purchase items I need.

Found the Mario Bro's stuff my son wanted. Walmart has been very good about being stocked with product. Gone and the days when you couldn't find toilet paper. Lol!Thank goodness.And gone are the days when I have money in pocket. Lol! My son can always find the toys he wants and I seem to find the crafting items I needed.Currently, Wal-Mart has clearances on their fake spring flowers. $.50 for flowers normally priced 1.00.The selfie light my kitty is posing with was clearances for $5.00.Some of my son's Mario's lego sets were clearanced.

I’m not sure what’s worse, the fact that they moved everything in the entire store so now nobody knows where anything is….apparently it’s all self scan now and you can never seen to find a worker actually working…. All of the prices have gone way up….. and what few workers they do have just stand around on their phones!! I absolutely despise coming here now!! No longer has that small town feel that I once loved about coming here.

The store was very clean and organized. My issue with this Walmart is the customer service is not as good as I would like to see for somewhere I have shopped at theis location since I was a child. I myself am covered head to toe in tattoos and it never fails that I am usually followed up on arriving. Employees look at me like I'm a suspicious person. Customer service and staff are very rude and at sometime argue or very annoyed that I. Asking a question about a product or location for product. I absolutely dread coming to this Walmart for the reason of how I'm treated here. It's funny because Im a full time flex officer and I actually do a lot of work in lost prevention in other major retail locations.

It is Walmart. They carry groceries, clothing, toys, automotive, electronics, tools, gardening, and nearly everything else. They recently moved everything around inside. If you go inside, prepare to wait in line and/or scan your own stuff. Easiest to just order. Their delivery and pickup services are really good.
