I really don't want to waste too much energy and effort in this post. I don't know exactly who to put the blame on, speaking as a supervisor myself, if my team fails it's because of a lack of my own leadership and knowledge. I'll do my best to keep it short. There also might be a disconnect between the app and the systems that they use. I really don't know. But my doctor's office submitted a change in the dosage of my testosterone over a month ago. To keep me from going back every two weeks, my Dr submitted a request (and called them-all documented in his notes) for 5 doses instead of 2 to keep from having to return. It didn't happen - pharmacy said the Dr didn't authorize it, I was there heard it for myself. Then, I requested an advance to my supplement because I was going out of town to a school. (Barely passed btw because I had a hard time focusing and felt very tired and fatigued without the supplement). It was declined/cancelled so I called, asked if I could get these supplements refilled in the state I was going to. I was told yes, only to be told at the pharmacy in the other state that it isn't possible because it's a controlled substance (would have been nice to know). Today, 3-25-24 I put in another request to fill my prescription in the morning through the app. As I write this post, I'm dragging on the little bit of energy I have. At 11:57am I received a call stating my prescription was ready for pickup. I show up at 1:00 and was told it wasn't ready, and to drive to the back of the line or maybe come back in a few minutes. Made a quick run to UPS store and Walmart. 30 minutes later I return and was told it still wasn't ready and to come back at 2:15 because they are closing for lunch. My response was that I have been needing these supplements since last Wednesday. pharmacist called the shot and said no. This has been on going for too long. I wouldn't recommend going here if you are used to any structure, because there isn't any. Had this been for any one of my children, I would not have been so controlled. So much for a short review. I just got this text, screenshot, let's see if it's true......

I usually go to the location on Keene or north main which I have never had a problem with. First time I go to this location for my newborns medicine it was two months expired. They did make it right by giving me another one and apologized which I appreciated. Just check expiration dates before using instead of making the mistake I did

The assistant manager was no help when my son dropped his wallet outside. She lied and said cameras don't work. She was very rude. Luckily the actual manager called us back and reviewed the footage so we could find out who took it.

Terribly rude staff. Was stuck there for 3 hours after my boyfriends keys got stolen. The lady in charge that evening confirmed us an inconvenience before lying about the footage that showed the man stealing it. They showed no sympathy.

Scheduled an appointment at their pharmacy for a Sunday through their website. Then I arrive only to find out that their website allows you to schedule appointments on a day when the pharmacy is closed. When I asked why this was, they blamed corporate. I suppose it’s not occurring to anyone at the establishment to follow through with corporate in remedying the situation.

I received Moderna #3 Nov. 10th at 7pm. The service was efficient even though the drive-thru and counter businesses were quite busy. The clerk and pharmacist provided professional, friendly, attentive service. Thank you!

Absolutely horrible had my keys and wallet stolen they got no out side cameras too so no help lady was rude dude was acting suspicious The whole time do not go here

Terrible customer service at the pharmacy this morning. I will never set foot back in this Walgreens location due to the ignorance of the staff I encountered this morning and their lack of knowledge on vaccines.
