If I could give them ZERO stars I would. They are terrible! This Walgreens is extremely slow when it comes to filling and picking up medications. Was quoted 5-30 minutes, and to sit in their waiting area. I ended up waiting for over an hour. Go elsewhere.

I have found this pharmacy to be lacking in a lot of areas. Counter help is so slow and picking up medications are never ready altogether. They don’t check with your prescription company to see if meds are covered causing you to respond back several times ! Aughhh!

Can never get thru on the phone to ask questions. Waited over 30 mins. on hold on the phone to ask why they didn't do a prescription that asked a week ago to be fulfilled. Not happy at all with Walgreens.

I would rate 0 if it would allow. This pharmacy refuses to answer their store phones, & have the most pathetic customer service I’ve ever seen. Nothing is ever ready in time either.

Understaffed and unhappy. I dread having to go here... and getting someone on the phone is worse. Switched to a different Walgreens.

I i could give this Walgreens store / staff a 0 star I would. In the handbooo it says “caring,compassionate, and driven to delivering a great customer and patient experience through outstanding service and a desire for healthy outcomes” So I went to this location on 6/30/23 @ 9 pm. I was going to buy something and then my autistic son walked in the store begging for something. I then walked him out to the car and told him no. I then went back into the store and bought the item. Then when I went back into the car he started throwing a fit. And then all the staff came out stating @ us like we were animals in a carnival. That isn’t caring or compassionate. If they were doing any of those thing they would of have nudes their business. ❤️

Second time happening to me. I called for refill and1. was told it’s too early, need come in 2 days.In 2 days called was told come pick up and when I come they said no more refills left, you can buy in discounted priceDOCTOR APPROVES 3 refills, picked one2. Today called they told it will be ready later, stop by 3 hours later and was told it’s too early come back in 2 days or we can sell at discounted price?????

Long wait times, even if there are no customers in front of you. I have waited over 10 minutes to be acknowledged on more than one occasion. The face to face customer service scine the switch from Rite Aid to Walgreens has been terrible. They get two stars because once you have their attention, they are kind. I just have to allot 15 minutes to pick up a prescription, every.single.time.

I called ahead to make sure they would fill a script from my doctor and they said everything was fine and in stock. I get there after leaving the hospital, and the pharmacist gets between my doctor and I and denies filling the script. She was not even disputing the dosage, they refused to give me the medicine they showed me in the window of the drive thru. Outrageous.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Worst pharmacy ever!!!!! I'm glad I transferred my prescriptions elsewhere. Every time I go here, they have new staff......which was quite often but not any more.

Have tried and tried and tried to use this pharmacy and it's just terrible. They don't make deadlines nor carry anything on hand. It'll take at least a week. Good luck
