Bought 6 chicks late Friday night. 1 died Saturday night. They would not replace the chick Sunday morning when I called. They said 24 hr replacement only. I called Rural King in Georgetown where I bought 10 Saturday and 1 died. I told them about Tractor Supply. They said even though I didn't buy the chick from them, they're replacing the 1 that died from Tractor Supply. That's how you get life long customers. Thank you Rural King.

Went to get a Christmas tree had a great time! Penny helped me check out and then I needed a hand getting it ridTied on my little car. Katherynn and JT were not only incredibly funny and friendly but my tree safely made it home! So glad I went there instead of Walmart or home depot.

EDIT: What I purchased were YAKTRAX! Highly recommend! Easy to put on/take off!Works amazingly well! On the box, it warns not for use indoors!! Trust the box! Walking inside with these on your shoes is like walking on ice without them!I went in looking for something to wear/use in snowy/icy weather(shoes, etc. I'm a runner ).The two employees there were very helpful and recommended exactly what I needed!Store was neat, clean and well-lit and everything was easy to find! Great store!

An excellent location and the employees usually know stock levels off the top of their head when you are buying in bulk. They obviously treat their job with great care and that translates to the customers. Polite and efficient. Matt Crossfield is a particularly exemplary employee and ready to help any project.

My boss is a new local business owner and we needed a few supplies for the business. We went into the store and found what we wanted, we asked about a sale that was going on for a grill. They only had one left. The ladies "Beth", and "Mandy" were so very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated and taken care of. Thank you ladies for being so helpful and we will DEFINITELY be back.

So i was searching for a back scratcher & the website said they had some in stock but after searching with the help of a dedicated employee for about 15 minutes, we only located 1 of a 4 pc set & decided that a shoplifter must've taken the good ones & left the little rubber nubby one behind. But i appreciate the employees diligence in trying to help- good job dude! ✌💜😁

Great place, for when I'm in the area, never hesitate. Only had one cashier who was as pleasant as skunk roadkill. LolYou could see she was so motivated , and really wanted to be there , tried to make nice, handed my bag like it was contaminated. Otherwise has great supplies, especially Horse n Dogs.

I like it. It has the right mix of products and the cart that I found there was not at Lowes or Home Depot. Also the pricing was better than what those others had for lesser quality cart. One thing: they need to have some staff that is older. The all young staff that day seemed a little lost at times. So a mix of seasoned professionals would be good. Although they might have to pay them more, I assume.

Great store. If you need tools, equipment, or supplies. Very friendly staff can help you find anything you need. Have always had great experiences when I visited. Glad we have one close to us for those quick trips in the middle of a project.

Bought 2 peach trees in March. They never broke dormancy so I called to ask about what to do. There is no warranty on trees. How is that at all ok? If a dormant tree is sold, how can the purchaser ensure it is safe or healthy? I understand if it were a vegetable that was alive and died, but a dormant tree??

Very helpful ppl. Prices are great, no matter what you want. From candy to a 12pound sledgehammer to toys, clothes,hats, and next to my redwings, the boots ( ariats) I bought , I think you would have a hard time getting a better price and or selection. A parking lot that can easily accommodate over 100 customers.

I bought a trailer from them and the title was missing. Now, I understand that if I had the common sense to check before I left, I would have known. I called up to the store and the manager said she would put the title in a folder with my name on it so i could get it on my trip down. I get there, and no one has any idea what i was talking about. I was told that the title was zip tied to the trailer. It was not. Now I have a trailer that is unable to be registered. Thanks Tractor Supply!

Customer service by a few lady assistant managers is awful…I ordered 10 assembled picnic tables for a flat price on July 5th with a guy (general manager). I don't have his name, but we agreed that those tables will come before July 21st for my scheduled company picnic. No one called me.I waited till July 16th and called the store to check my order status, so I was able to reach a lady assistant manager, her name is Mandy. She was mean to me saying that they got the tables but she will have to find someone to put them together and charge me $25 extra. I told her that we agreed that those tables would be assembled for no extra charge. She said she will call me back but she never did.I stopped at the store last evening (July 17th), talked to a young girl with red hair in the back of the store and she told me that I can come in the morning to pick up 6 assembled ones outside and 4 more inside. So I went to my farm that evening and unloaded my trailer from ATV and went back to the store in the morning to pick up the tables.The same story with Mandy, she was raising voice to me saying that they only have 4 assembled outside and another 6 in the box. If I want them, she would charge me extra for the assembled 4. And I’ll get 6 in the box unassembled or wait till the weekend so she has someone to put them together, not realizing that my company picnic is right on that weekend on Saturday. I told her that I'm not happy by the way she’s taking care of her customers and ended up getting 10 in a box and having to find someone on my own to put those tables together. I just didn’t want to risk any longer not getting on time for my picnic.This is just for your info how you can get in trouble with your schedule because of irresponsible people who don’t care about your business. If the store is doing great and making money, than it's fine maybe. But if the store has financial problems, you can see who's causing it. Because she doesn't care about who's buying your product and how much. I'm in the business as well and I know what I'm talking about. I would never hire her.

The following was written in a private conversation amongst friends complaining about the covid pandemic gauntlet grocery entrance even for shopping in the garden center, at Walmart in Lexington KY.:My response to that thread: They are keeping you safer. Covid only comes in the general merchandise entrance.Seriously all Walmart’s are like this. Walmarts and Sams have badged contract security at the Grocery entrance looking for mask compliance. Then a second person with a tablet counting people coming and going to monitor capacity. They’d have to have a smarter app and two more people per entrance to do this another way.I ran out of propane. Instead of Walmart tank exchange in the Garden center, I went to Tractor Supply. They refilled two tanks for about $20. Walmart charges just under that for one tank exchange.At Tractor Supply, Sir was just done getting done with another customer and getting ready to lock the gate. I hollered “Sir, I have 2 tanks to refill.”I had guessed his name correctly, because Sir opened the gate back and Sir said, “Come on.” He refilled both tanks and he carried a portable device that took my credit card payment. I never went in the store. Walmart won’t let you carry a tank through the store. You have to find someone with a gate key and tank storage key to let your tanks in and out, you also have to go in to pay.Double win. Convenience and price. Thank you Sir.

Dont go unless you know exactly what you want and where it is. No help at all. We loaded dog food for a lady who was trying to get help for over an hour...after pasding her three times we asked if we could help.

The only reason I visit Tractor Supply Co. is the 4Health dog food, but they seem to have a hard time keeping it in stock. Once I found out I could have it shipped to my door for free, there's really no reason to visit the store and chance them being out of stock yet again.

Great place, but seems to need more employee's. Have had to wait long periods of time to get my propane tank filled.
