I brought my German Shepard here after a not so great experience at a different vet and I will never go anywhere else! Dr. Hamilton and Alex, our vet tech were so kind to my boy and made him feel right at home and made sure he was always comfortable with what they were doing. They took the time to listen to my concerns and formulated a plan to help my boy feel better. I have never seen him so calm in a public environment and this boy just about never calms down haha! I am so thankful to have found them!

Our newly rescued Great Dane that we had for less than a week broke a mirror and cut his toe pretty bad. PetVet365 was able to squeeze him in within the hour. They were very quick to treat him even though they had a full schedule that day. Dr. Brumley was fantastic and the facility was very cozy! Every person we interacted with was a delight. 10/10 would recommend!

I have had such a great experience with my boy here. We recently moved to Lexington and Whiskey is extremely anxious with new people. The office rooms are made to look like living rooms and they do all they can to give your dog a comforting environment including sitting in the floor and feeding him treats to let him warm up to them. His care and comfort was their top priority. He had a horrible ear infection and unfortunately it didn't clear up by our second trip. Instead of making him more anxious they brought the stuff out to clean his ears out in the room with me since he does better with me around. Because of it Whiskey left a lot less anxious than I expected him too. I will never take my boys anywhere else and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vet, especially if your animals are more anxious like my boy is.

I cannot say enough great things about this place and the staff! From the minute you walk in the door, you are going to experience a whole new level of veterinary care! I had an urgent medical issue with my senior cat on the weekend and Dr. Pinkston and staff went above and beyond in providing care and excellent customer service. The facility is very clean and well managed. The compassion of the docs and staff here truly shows in every interaction with your furbaby from start to finish.I recently adopted a new puppy, and she had great first visit at PetVet365. It was stress free for us both! I highly recommend this place for your veterinary needs.

Decided to try PetVet365 after a not so great experience at what felt like an “assembly line” type clinic previously.. I was absolutely blown away by how thoughtful, thorough, and caring everyone was here! They took their time making sure my concerns were addressed as well as making sure our dog was as comfortable and relaxed as he could be given us being there for a problem he was having. Have already sung their praises to anyone who would listen and cannot recommend them enough.

Was able to establish contact easily and was offered a same day appointment. We were seen promptly and had a thorough evaluation.Dr. Hamilton and her staff were very professional and informative. There was no pressure to have excessive testing or procedures. My dog received her vaccines and needed bloodwork. The results were conveyed quickly. Overall a very positive experience

110% would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a new vet in the area. The pup pictured below was once my nanny’s dog, who passed away 3 years ago,my dad was formally taking care of her and wasn’t doing too good so I took over care of the dog . They got us in very quick, and made sure, all of my concerns were addressed, especially with pricing and even offered a resolution! I’ve never seen a more caring vet than Dr. Nate! Thank you for being so kind to our sweet hazel !

This vet came recommended through a friend that only had great things to say about them. From the moment we came through the door they made our sweet babies felt "seen" and not just another customer. They felt individually cared for as they were taken to a private room and given pup cups. We were asked prior to the visit what their favorite treats were and that is what they were served! They also care that our babies felt comfortable and not scared when coming for check ups so they offer to let you visit and get a pup cup to "desensitize" our dogs and make them feel less anxious for visits to follow. Would highly recommend this business to care for your pets that are more like family members. Thank you, Dr. Brumley and the pet 365 team, for being so attentive.

Wonderful Veternary care in a genuinely caring, loving environment where pets are treated to a truly FearFree experience. This is an amazing place where our beloved fur-baby is treated with utmost sensitivity and we are included as appropriate! I really love the staff at PetVet 365. Not only do they take care of my fur babies, but they make my children feel included as well.I enjoy work with Dr. Brumley because she understands what I want for my pets and helps me to make it happen. Dr. Brumley goes above and beyond to ensure that I am available to meet at a time that is convenient for me and additionally ensure that I understand everything that is being discussed in regards to my pets. We’ve been fortunate enough to have Dr. Pinkston as our vet since the early to mid 80’s. Dr P and his colleagues, Dr Brumley and Dr Hamilton at Brannon Pet Vet continue to provide excellent, compassionate care for our elderly dachshunds. It’s well worth the fee extra minutes drive to get to them. Two dew claws up!

First time at this vet and I just do not like it at all. We will not be back, I had pet insurance my dog and I know what coverages I had. When I called because my husband took my dog to the doctor she said he didn’t mention having insurance but he said he told her he did have insurance. Also when I called they told me the insurance company said I didn’t have the coverage but when I called myself they said I did have coverage and I spoke to the office and my dogs insurance on three way. The vet was supposed to have sent me a check for $70 because I was not supposed to have paid that. I called today because I never received it and was told that the insurance never paid. I called after I got off the phone with the office yet again and they insurance company said they never sent them the invoice to cover the bill. I just sent the insurance a copy of the insurance and they will reimburse me. Never again.

The vets, techs, and staff at PetVet 365 were phenomenal with an impromptu spay that had to be done on my dog today due to pyometra. From the moment we walked in we had a total zen experience with no stress or pressure. They went above and beyond to make sure my Saint Bernard, Heidi, had all her needs met and I was able to walk away from this experience with more knowledge about my dog's condition, procedure, and recovery. There was not a single moment where my dog was stressed or fearful. They know exactly the place she holds in my heart and I have zero doubt that they care for her as much as I do. My dog was once one of my dearest training client's show dogs and she came to me after he passed away. She has since filled a void in my family's heart, become a great companion to my other dogs, cheered many people on her therapy visits, and helped many of my clients' dogs who are seeing me for behavior modification. She is now an ambassador for PetVet 365 and we will sing their praises forevermore.

I got a same day appointment for a sick cat. Everyone was extremely nice and the vet gave a thorough exam and explained everything as he was doing it. They are able to do blood work on site instead of sending it to a lab and waiting for results. I think I've found a new vet for all of my pets.

PetVet365 is absolutely incredible. The space is always clean, calm, and welcoming. I never worry about how my animals react when they enter, or if the staff will think poorly of them. In fact, my animals get EXCITED to come! At PetVet, our animals are as happy as can be. All of the techs are amazing in welcoming our pets in and making sure it’s a positive place for them to be. Not only is the staff amazing with animals, they’re amazing with people too. I have not once had a poor interaction with a staff member here. They also have a text line which makes scheduling and asking questions SUPER easy.We usually see Dr. Brumley for all of our animals, and I think she is indisputably the best vet I have EVER taken my pets to. She has a way of communicating things in such a clear but sensitive way, while also accommodating both the pet and the owners needs.One thing that will make me forever love PetVet is our experience with them and our cat, Moonpie. Moonpies time was very short, but I am so grateful for the amazing care Dr. Brumley could provide her. When she began having more and more symptoms appearing, they almost always got her in same or next day. As a college student, Dr. Brumley also knew that finances were something that needed to be taken into account for our family. She never made me feel bad about needing to consider them, and still provided excellent care. When Moonpies time did come, the PetVet team sent multiple messages checking in on us. The support they provide goes far beyond the exam room.Overall, PetVet will always be my #1 go to place. I recommend everyone I know with pets to them. Your pets will love them, and so will you!

I had to bring my cat in because his ears were very infected. I used to take my animals to a vet in Lexington years ago and they were good but nothing like this experience. Her and the tech sat on the floor and played with him and we're very comforting. I myself could not stop crying because I felt so bad and I was stressed about the pay, but they were so helpful, diligent and caring. They even text and check on him. If I have a question, they will let me text and ask. I highly recommend them and will def bring my animals to them if needed.

The staff agreed to stay past hours to make sure she had the surgery immediately. They have been wonderful and a blessing to our family! I came to see Dr. Brumley with my chihuahua mix who has been having some behavioral changes. Dr. Brumley and staff were super kind, respectful, and helpful! They were very thorough in explaining their concerns, what it could mean, and potential treatment plans. They were absolutely wonderful with Peach, and have gone so far as to even check in with us. Additionally, because they use the “fear free” methods, they did everything they could to help make Peach feel more comfortable and did not push her so the visit could be a positive experience for her. The office also tries to provide estimates for services, which was very helpful! I am very glad we chose to come here, and look forward to continuing working with Dr. Brumley and staff ❤️

I absolutely love everyone at this practice! I have 3 pets 2 of which who are patients of Dr. Brumley and Dr. Pinkston. I have a Lab who recently got a really bad ear infection and it was going to cost me almost $400. My husband and I only have one income and with 3 kids it gets tight. The receptionist that I spoke with and asked for a payment plan was so informative of my options. Jessica, the receptionist, also was very sensitive to my situation, not once did she make me feel like a "less than" pet owner or down me for my income status. BOTH of which have happened to me before at another Vet. She was caring and very kind through the whole process. I am so thankful to have them as my vet and village to keep my boy and girls healthy.Thank you so much for all you do! ❤

This was our first experience at a fear free vet clinic and the cats and I loved it. It was the first time that they actively roamed around the "exam room," usually they both stay huddled in their carriers and grumble when they have to come out. They got to pick a "treat" off the treat menu when we arrived and during the exam could be free roaming in the room. The cat room utilizes Feliway plug ins and they sprayed Feliway on a towel before wrapping the cat in it purrito style for the hands-on exam. It was easy to schedule the appointment and follow up on the bloodwork results via text. Great experience all around!
