I've been coming here a couple times a month for supplies as my father and I have been re-building his deck. It's got what you'd expect to see at any other Lowe's, can't remember ever dealing with products being out-of-stock.I've always been happy with the selection of wood available, and it's always been pretty quick to find what we need. The employees have always been very accommodating and knowledgeable. Something I greatly appreciate are those that know how to offer assistance without making it look like they're offering assistance, so that, those of us too stubborn to ever ask for help, even when we obviously need it, can still save face.

Lowe's is the same experience almost every time, and I enjoy THAT! This time I picked out our first side by side refrigerator! Super excited to get it delivered! We use Lowe's for several different things from our home or building our KY CBD FARMACY locations. There's great shelving here for inventory, any kind of cabinet lighting for display cases, and a tool for just about everything. And ask an associate if you need anything, there's a bunch of them!

Very helpful staff! Found out they don't sell corkboard unfortunately. Nice variety of plants though. I bought a couple planters made from recycled ocean plastic and flowers I know pollinators like to spice up the front porch. Only issue was the scanner not working at the checklane outside on and off. Not the employees fault.

Mixed. Went looking for bargain washer. Discovered that they are marking them up over other dealers...by $80 over Best Buy for the exact same unit... Maytag 565. But...on the other hand, I found a clearance mirror for dirt cheap.

The selection is nice, the store is well laid out, and the employees are happy to help, however, I wouldn't say they're incredibly knowledged in the products.I asked one associate the difference between two different electric heaters and she proceeded to walk over and read the boxes to me.I could have done that. If you don't know, please just say you don't know.

Do not order pickup here nor go to this Lowes if you can help it. Waited outside my car for 10 mins on a pickup order and had to go in and get it. Come home to find out they gave me the wrong size part. Go to Home Depot, this place sucks.

I love Lowes. Still 5 stars but not the best location. It's hard to get help that seemed sincere or legit, lol. I'm not sure what was going on, but i will give them the benefit of the doubt. See ya next time!!!

Experience today was awful. Could not find anyone to help me or answer questions on the power tools. I ended up using an associates computer to look up reviews since I couldn't find anyone to help. No one noticed!!! I was going to get the cordless sander at over $120, but couldn't find anyone to unlock the case so went with the corded for half the price off the shelf.The oops paint is now $15/gal!! For mistake paint!The self check out sucks but the register attendant did come quickly to adjust a price. My one compliment on the trip. Haven't been to Lowe's in awhile, not eager to go back soon.

Clean store that appears to be understaffed. When you are able to find someone they are helpful to an extent. Good luck getting tools warrantied here. The lifetime warranty for a tool only exists if they can swap like for like. Harbor Frieght does better with tools.

This place is one of my favorites, I love the smell walking in. I love all the cool things they get, the tools the decorations everything is always more than enough. The workers are extremely nice. The store is very well kept it is extremely clean. They are more than happy to help you.

Watch out for dogs in store. Most are not service dogs. On Nov 24, one made a huge poop pile on the floor that I slipped and fell in. I told store manager and all he said was "Uh, sorry about that." Not the answer I would expect from management to a customer.

I've been going into this Lowe's here in Nicholasville for quite some time now they know me by name that says a lot about the people who work there I think there great people helpful they ask if you've found everything you needed or can they help you find anything I've been in different Lowe's store I think they all could learn something from are home town Lowe's you go through check out they've all ask me how do I want my receipt email or print I'm proud of are home town Lowe's I'm glad there here keep up the good work

I went looking for some lumber. Nothing too fancy, just plain old 2*6*8. I couldn't find it (though they did have just about every other cut) so I asked an employee, who immediately took me to baseboards. When I pointed out that's not what I asked for he led me to cedar and showed me some 4*4*16. When I objected again he said he didn't know and walked away.We moved here a year ago and that's pretty much the same kind of help we get any time we go in.

Terrible i bought a new zero turn mower from them and it was delivered and after they left i went out to start the unit and it would not start i charged the battery etc and still wouldnt start, i rang lowes and they said they would have someone pick it up and would ring me straight back a week later still no call and then today a i get a call from lowes asking if im happy with my item i purchased and the service and i said no i wasnt and the woman asked what happened and i told her and then she changed her story saying oh the manager asked me to ring to see if i got it fixed, you have to be kidding me i have to fix a brand new mower and thats ok by them? i ended up having to buy a new start motor and now the unit works as it should, lowes customer service and support is horrible and i have made the mistake in spending in the last 3 months alone with building a new house close to 100k on top of the 1000's i have spent there over the years on appliances and normal consumables, Lowes if your ready this you need to pick your game up as home depot is only too happy to take the customers you screw over!!!!!

The customer service here is the best we have ever experienced in any Lowes store hands down! We called this store before coming and spoke with Jason, I believe, who was extremely courteous and helpful. When we arrived we were walked to the item we we wanted. Then we met Buddy who went above and beyond to help us! It’s worth the drive from Lexington to shop here. Thank you!

I usually go to home depot but this was a quick trip to grab something and it was close. It was a little hard to find help and what I was looking for was a little hard to find. I didn't have alot of time and a few employees tried to help me, suggested a different item but eventually admitted they didn't know where it was but the they probably have it. After running around trying to find it on my own again I ended up grabbing a different product for my project because I had to go.

My experience with my online purchase could not have been any better! Hunter helped me and was the best employee I have ever worked with from a customer service perspective! He was understanding, more than helpful, and so knowledgeable. If all employees were like Hunter shopping and the world in general would be a completely different place! Thank you Hunter and Lowe's for making my pick-up experience wonderful!
