I've been doing my regular grocery shopping here fora while now. The cashiers are very nice UNTIL you catch the sale prices not ringing up right, or because their digital coupons don't work. Then they want to have an attitude. I've dealt with it one too many times, so I will be taking my business elsewhere

This Kroger does an excellent job. I wanted to give a special shout out to Holly. She usually brings out my click list order on weekend mornings. She is always polite, cheerful, and quick! She always offers to bring in my empty bags I keep in the trunk that I keep meaning to bring in the store to recycle. Going that extra mile just really inspires me. Even when it’s cold nasty and rainy, she is super positive.

I really enjoy shopping at this Kroger store. I have one complaint. It is the only grocery store I have ever been to where you ask for your meat to be sliced at the deli and then have to go back later to pick it up. This may be convenient for the deli but I find it very inconvenient for the shopper! I'd rather wait in line for my turn than have to walk all the way back over there to pick up my meat!

Got a grocery pickup and they were fast and efficient. It’s never been crowded when I’ve gone - I’m usually the only car in the pickup zone. I like the store as well, but it seems like they have a problem with their ventilation; the meat and seafood area always has an overpowering fish smell.

I feel a little silly writing a review for a grocery store, but this one is so great! It's always clean and well-stocked, and the employees are so friendly. Prices are competitive, especially when you use the (plentiful!) coupons on their app! Solid selection of items, and everything we've ever fresh gotten from their bakery and deli has been excellent. Produce is also usually pretty fresh and tasty. Glad to have this lovely place close by!

Either i got used to the store or they cleaned up since I last visited. Nothing really bothered me much today.The only request: please, have more cashiers at checkout.The self-checkout, albeit convenient for many, pushes us as a freedom loving society in the wrong direction. So does paying with CC's instead of cash or checks. I try to avoid all these convenience as much as I can.People, wake up!!

They have more of an assortment of brands than I would say Walmart and their deli has Boar's Head product's, need I say anything else.

Always a very clean store. The store took on a relatively recent inside facelift and reset with neither causing any issues with our Krogering. With the best produce section in town, coupled with their size and other on-site amenities just solidifies Millpond as the best Kroger in the area.

Bellerive Kroger is exactly one mile from the driveway of the house we sold in March. We go there almost every day! We love having a smaller store near our house. The pharmacists do a great job, and the store is easy to navigate. We have no complaints and feel blessed to be so close to Kroger. We are excited it recently turned "wet" and we will be able to pick up beer and wine!!

Super disappointed in this store. I’ve gone here for YEARS! I’ve always checked out through self checkout whether it be a big order or small order. Stopped for a quick shop today, went to check out and was stopped by the lady working the self checkout lanes. She said “we prefer large orders to go through the checkout lines”..... I had 23 items. No where does it indicate that 20 items or less to go through self checkout. I’ve never heard this “preference” since going to this store. So I waited in longer lines to check my 23 items out when I could have just done what I usually do that the employee would not allow me to do. Super, super disappointed in such a well mannered store. Probably will not return.

Favorite Kroger of all time! They are a quiet and away from everything Kroger. Always clean and never too busy where you have to wait super long in line. And they are very good and keep their shelves stocked.

Tonight my daughter went with me to shop at the Bellerive Kroger. She really enjoys helping out getting items and then purchasing them at the end. She usually grabs one of the kids carts and uses it to get the items on her personal list. When we arrived tonight there was not a kids cart to be found. So she went and asked one of the grocery baggers if he knew where one was. He did not so he went out into the rain and searched one down for us then brought it in. She was delighted and was able to help with our shopping. This was very good customer service!

Management cares enough to require a mask! Will provide one if needed. They go out of the way for customers and many prices are the best in town. Great meat department

Kroger Bellerive always go above and beyond. The staff always provide a warm greeting. Friendly and clean store with fresh product selections. The store has a beautiful floral department. The pharmacy is very efficient and accurate.

Went to get a cake for my father in law and I asked for them to put happy birthday on the cake. And the guy replied I can’t do that I’m not very good at it. Why do they have people that work in a bakery and they can’t even write on a cake very disappointed.

The cake decorator, Amy, is SPECTACULAR! She makes the most beautiful intricate flowers on cakes and cupcakes! They're just really amazing! I drive from Georgetown to the Bellerive Kroger just to get a cake decorated by Amy!

My favorite Kroger. Big enough to have everything I need but not so big that it's a Walmart. Pharmacy has been fast and courteous and the produce selections is fresh!

Love this grocery store. It is smaller than the mega stores, but carries the same groceries. Just not a bunch of clothes, shoes, etc. Usually not crowded and the people are so very helpful. Great store!

I've never cared for Kroger, but this one is the exception. It's clean and organized and the customer service is excellent!!! All of the employees are nice and friendly and very helpful.
