I don't give 5 stars lightly... But I was very impressed. Has been almost 2 years since I visited because there was never anything within that brought me back. This time I went in not needing anything, and walked out with numerous items I knew I wouldn't be able to find in other local stores. Very clean and organized, although picture frames are everywhere due to their large selection. Every employee was busy unstocking, organizing and keeping lines open for check out. Didn't take 5 minutes to pay and leave, plus everything was wrapped accordingly to avoid breakage. I highly recommend this store, especially if you're having difficulties finding the last gifts needed on your holiday list.

Store was super clean and neat. Given how much merchandise is there, it's no small job maintaining such high standards. Check out was lightning fast and my cashier was great. Bravo, guys.

A cashier at this address had the audacity, when I came in to collect a lost wallet, to tell a bizarre, racist personal anecdote about “illegal immigrants” stealing her wallet(?!?). This in turn prompted ANOTHER racist display from a customer! What would possess your employee to behave in this way? Could it be that she assumed I would agree because I’m white? Altogether gross and offensive. Please do better!

The store is nice. We like the selection they offer. After the second occurrence with the same employee whom is a cashier we felt it’s time to leave a review. This lady is rude, was more worried about telling her coworkers about her lunch plans than helping my wife. And this is the second time the same lady has had issues with us paying cash! This time the total was about $60, when presented with a $100 she let my wife know providing change was an issue. I have a hard time believing there wasn’t $40 in the store for change! I’m more likely to believe she didn’t want to put forth the effort to go get it. My wife decided to leave the merchandise there this time since it was such a problem. We hate to eliminate the store from our shopping but after 2 bad experiences from the same employee we feel this review is warranted and we won’t return anytime in the near future. Sorry we bothered you with our cash.

Employees were fantastic, as usual. I was a bit disappointed with the amount of Valentine’s Day items they had. After seeing V-day things out before Christmas, I assumed there would be a lot in January.Just looking for cute “Galentine’s” gifts and there wasn’t much to choose from. I did find a cute set of towels.I’ll try again in a few days.??? Cross fingers.

This hands down was the best homes goods I have ever been to. I usually go to home goods when I need dog stuff and left with a cart load. They had the biggest most full selection of everything that they usually carry. I was more than pleased as for the pet dish I needed plenty to choose from.

I am a customer of this store. I probably spends 1000s of dollars each year in this store. Today, I returned two pots that were small. A young lady was processing that return. Her name begins with K ( I don’t want to write her full name because she looked pretty young) and would like to protect her from the public. But she made me feel like I am some kind of a thief after she learnt that I was returning. I think she requires some training with that because that didn’t sit well with me. Everyone else is always nice and I have returned stuff before with no problem. Thank you.

love this place! The gentleman that checked me out was very kind and made small talk. He was the only one up there and kept calling for help because the line was backing up but he just kept trying to call and taking it one person at a time! Great job!

Don't get me wrong, I love this store... they have a lot of great items at great prices. BUT it is so cluttered and the aisles are so close together that 2 carts can't fit in many of the aisles. This means you can't pass someone. If you have social anxiety or are claustrophobic at all this will drive you nuts.

I enjoy walking and looking. So many new items each week. Got pumpkin flavored coffee and great cotton sheets. There was a good selection of area rugs.

Rude employees!!!! Terrible customer service the managers Danielle and Casey are also Both terrible managers and rude and condescending to customers I WILL NEVER GO BACK IN THIS STORE after what I dealt with today and I’ve dealt with some rude employees before and brushed it off maybe they are having a bad day whatever this time I’m done. I go in this store too often and spend too much money for the employees to ALWAYS be rude! If you hate your job that much get a new job!

Only drawback is its cluttered. Can't move around d well in the store with a buggy without running into someone or something. But they have great finds for the home!
