Wanted to get 30 untreated boards but what they had open was all cracked up and busted. We asked them to open a new pack for us but they wouldn’t do it. I would understand if it was 5 or even ten boards then it wouldn’t make sense for them to open up a new pack but we were asking for thirty, that’s more than half of a new pack

I've read these reviews maybe y'all went into a different store but I went in the one on Etter Dr in Nicholasville, I wanted to buy 40 fence boards the man that waited on me was very rude when I said 40 he said they did not break bundles I said "okay, can I pick out boards that are not in a bundle?" He said no that I had to take whatever was on top. So if they were busted or whatever I would have to take them first, I will continue going to Woodford feed, they're much more courteous and prices are cheaper.

Kind, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Very laid back, but get things done atmosphere. Stay loaded truck full of hay. even found a way to fit 21 bails in the back of a 1500 pick up truck. Pricing was fair. Will be back again. I would also recommend them to others.

Friendly, helpful, great with kids. If you need a feed store skip TSC and visit Hall's.If you don't need a feed store... Try it anyway. At least you'll see some smiles and genuine people. That just about makes the news these days.

Super nice people but HORRIBLE at returning messages. I have left at least 10 messages for the owner James in the past 6 months and never get a call back. I just have to keep calling until I happen to call when he is at the store. Very frustrating!!!

Got some sod here a few weeks ago! Paid for it and then drove out back to pick it up at the barn. Sod was mostly brown which worried us. Got it down and watered it as directed. Still there was no saving it. It turned blonde within a week.Called these guys and explained what had happened. They said they'd give us a credit for more when we were ready for it.

These guys have everything that you'd want from a farm supply store: dog food, garden plants, sod, seed, etc. They are very helpful if you tell them what you need. I go here all the time.
