We got our wood deck replaced with composite deck. H20 gave us an estimate and we went with them because we trusted them as they have done beautiful work for us before. H20 is wonderful to work with when everything is going good but as soon as a problem comes up then that’s when trouble starts. There was some things on the deck that needed to be fixed and touched up so we asked Jeff to come out and meet with us and he told my husband on the phone “I know your type, as soon as you get the final bill then you start finding problems “. So after the phone call he came to meet with us and the deck builder, he was combative and argumentative about everything. He told us we were just being picky. And my husband and him argued the whole time he was there. He was very unprofessional and all we wanted was for the deck to be fixed. We did not want no money back or a discount , we wanted the deck fixed. We paid $95,000 for this deck so yes we wanted it to look spectacular. When Jeff was here to look at the deck he said it looks great to him and sees nothing wrong with it, he wouldn’t acknowledge not even 1 thing. He did send the deck builder back out to fix a few things but not all. They ignored most of the stuff we asked to be fixed and never emailed or called to see if we were ok with the repairs. It was very hurtful for someone to tell you that you are just being picky when you had legitimate things that just needed to be fixed. Very disappointed that it turned out this way. But lesson learned. The photos below are just some of the things that are wrong. Missing clips, screwed holes in board and reused the same board and old holes still there.

H2O Designs did a great job helping me with my pond. They figured out why it was loosing water from a picture I sent them. The two employees that came were very nice and friendly and answered all my questions. They very quickly fixed the problem. The next day I drove out to their business to buy fish. The employee there was again very friendly, helped my select my goldfish, and I was quickly on my way. H2O Design gave a whole new appearance of our patio. It is bigger and more beautiful! We receive many compliments on the work they have done. We have an outdoor water feature that malfunctioned for most of the spring. After discovering a pipe split from a clamp, we hired a specialist to troubleshoot and fix. $1700 later, it functioned less than 2 weeks when the same problem resumed. The specialist returned after several weeks and again reconnected the pipe. Once again the problem recurred within days. The specialist was unable to return quickly due to other obligations and with summer approaching, we decided to find someone else. H2O was in our driveway the next day and not only reattached the pipe but solved the riddle of why it continued to break. The H2O team from the owner to the crew showed up when they promised, kept me advised of what they were doing and solved the mystery of the broken pipe within minutes.I rarely write reviews but am happy to wholeheartedly endorse H2O for any of the services they provide. I will definitely have them return for routine maintenance or any future problems.
