We were looking for a solution to replacing our basement carpet and we were referred to Jeremy with Floor Coverings International. Jeremy was tremendous to work with and he gave us several great options, while also giving us valuable insight on what options to stay away from. One of the best parts about working with Jeremy, was he wasn't pushy one bit in pressuring us into making a sale. He took his time and gave us time and options to make our decision.The install team was extremely professional, and even when some unexpected surprises arose with being in an older house, it was easy to work with him to resolve issues which were outside his control.After the final install we did have to have a couple boards replaced, and Jeremy was once again easy to work with and he made sure everything was fixed in a timely manner. We don't expect to have any issues with the flooring, but we feel confident that Jeremy will take care of any issues should they arise.I would 100% recommend Jeremy and Floor Covering International!!

Floor Coverings International does a fantastic job! Jeremy came to our house to show us samples of carpet for our new addition. He went over all of the benefits of different products and helped us choose a carpet perfect for our pet friendly home! We chose LL Floor Coverings International because of their reviews online and the fact they did businesson the weekends. From the very beginning Norm was very helpful. He listened to what we wanted and showed us a variety of options. He figured out the price of our project with many options. Once we decided on a wood he was in constant contact with us every step of the way. We always knew what was going on and when. Igor installed our flooring and stairs. He did it alone and very quickly. He was very professional. Jason sanded down and refinished our kitchen floor. He was quick and efficient. Overall our floors and stairs look amazing and I would highly recommend them. We will definitely be using them again for more flooring needs.

I think Kathy did a great job when she came to our house for the consult and quote. She was warm, friendly, and professional. The install was quick and smooth with no issues. Communication was clear and prompt. Prices were fair and reasonable. Will use them again in the future for sure.

I loved having the option to shop for hardwood floors in the comfort of my home. Norm and Kathy are very knowledgeable of the different types of hardwoods and were able to help me match one to the surrounding areas. It was so much easier than running back and forth to the store for samples.Also, the installer, Jason and team, had my kitchen floor done in two days. They did a fantastic job. I am very pleased with the entire process. I just wish someone would have told me to cover my cabinets while they were pulling out the old tile. White dust got on all my dishes. I had to wash everything.

Job done was exceptional. Needed better communication with contractor about times coming to install. We bought our own tile; contractor, Victor, was very helpful in letting us know about products we purchased and encouraged us to use grout that we had left over from a previous job. We returned new grout and caulking and was able to save almost $100.Thank you, Victor.

Had an excellent experience with this company. Norm made the process as easy as possible compared to other flooring companies I looked into. Any time I had a question he was very easy to get ahold of. This company will most likely not be your cheapest option, but the work, efficiency, and communication Floor Coverings International offers will be worth your while. Norm will go over varies options with you and will even bring flooring samples to your home, so you will not have to drive back and forth to get a feel for what you are wanting. The whole process is very streamlined and customer-friendly.

My first installer walked out on the job and abandoned me saying the concrete floor needed to be leveled. FCI filled this void with a prompt and professional installation, finding nothing wrong with my concrete floor. Top-notch from start to finish. My job was not typical; in fact, Norm took the time to investigate many outside-the-box solutions and gave me options as well as what he thought was the most reasonable, including the cost. Some options were much more expensive and he didn't feel they were worth it and was honest about that. The installation was done very professionally and I am very pleased with the results.

Norm and Kathy were amazing to work with from start to finish! We urgently needed 3 different types of flooring to match existing flooring in our business after a major plumbing issue. Like most people, I shopped around to see who could get to us the soonest. All of the other companies told me to stop by sometime and look in their showroom and never followed up with me once I did. Norm, however, came right out with a van load of flooring choices from day one. Kathy was fantastic when she narrowed things down, came out with a couple of more choices, called the supplier on the spot to see if we could get it quickly, and had it in hand a few days later and installed by the end of the week on a Saturday so it wouldn't interrupt our business. They communicated with me every step of the way. I was never left wondering if they'd forgotten about me. They were very professional and courteous, and as a business owner also in customer service, I found them to be exemplary. Next time, I won't bother shopping around. I'll just call FCI!

I had the carpet replaced in my bedroom and office, very happy with the work and results. The installers worked quickly but carefully, handled the furniture well when moving it out of the rooms and back in. Carpet looks and feels great. Will have entire second floor recarpeted by Floor Coverings Intl after the first of the year.

Floor Coverings International was a very easy group with whom to work, had a great selection of tile, kept to the schedule, did a great job of installation with minimal disruption, and maintained a very clean work site. Our 200+ square foot master bathroom tile project was a very difficult shape but they accommodated it very well. Finally, they were very competitive in terms of price. Bottom line - we would start with them for any future flooring needs.

We purchased a 2,000 square foot home that had carpet in all the rooms and laminate in bathrooms, laundry room, and foyer. We decided to replace these with bamboo flooring and tile. The job ran into some unforeseen problems during installation but we were always kept in the loop and the finished product looks great. The extra work ended up being a bit more than the estimate but Jonathan stuck to his estimate. Would definitely recommend.
