Paid $50 for a bath, trim and nails. When I came to get her I was highly disappointed, it doesn’t even look like there was any effort to blend it in. I won’t be back.

We had been here once before for a bath and shave for summer weather, and I was thrilled they were able to work us in on a Saturday for just a bath...until I got her home. She was bleeding quite a bit from her back paw where a nail had been cut almost completely off and others were not cut at all. I finished drying her myself as she was still not completely dry. Now here we are a week later, the cologne has worn off and she smells terrible, like the soap didn't make it all the way to her skin. I'm giving two stars because they did put in work. She was a mess when I brought her in with mats in her undercoat and all, so they did make an improvement, but it definitely wasn't what I expected.

Brought my flat coat retriever in for the full set up and after an hour came to get hi. And have never been more impressed. Really felt like he was taken care of and will definitely be going back.

I walked in without an appointment & the owners said they would take care of my dog asap. She is a shedding Shepherd with LOTS OF FUR & way overdue for a bath. Dropped her off at 3pm & they called me in an hour to say she was ready. NO dropping off at 7am where she stays in a cage until they get to her, NO sitting in a dryer cage, NO overcharging. If u love your dog & hate leaving them with strangers, check this place out. Debbie & Danny are good at what they do & when I picked Snowy up, she wasn't just a clean dog but a happy dog. Price is extremely reasonable & they explained exactly what they did. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend Families Pet Grooming!

Had my dog groomed here and he was only 7 yrs old. When I picked him up he had bad razor cuts on his skin and was scared to death. A couple days later he started acting not right. He couldnt hardly walk to go out. Third day he went down and had rushed him to the vet. Needless to say I had to put him down due to internal bleeding. Never had problems before this. Wish I hadn't never went there!!

I'm not happy with my maltese's haircut. Ask to trim half of her hair, but they almost shaved her. Cut was very choppy also.

I walked in with my dog to have her nails trimmed. I was greeted with a smile and prompt service even tho we didn't have an appointment. I was very impressed with the service she provided and how the groomer took time to not only cut my dogs nails, but trim the "Grinch fur" around them. Afterwards, I set up an appointment for next week for a bath & full grooming.

Very reasonably priced and friendly. Their goal is always to make their customer happy but most of all their fur furbabies. Only natural products are used so that your pet is not harmed. And they're great with even some of the most difficult dogs.. Highly recommended...

My experience with them at first was good but the last few times I took my dog for a nail trim was horrible. The man who works there really acts like he hates his job and it shows!!! He made me feel like I was inconveniencing him to do his job. I will never go back.

I love this place! They are so friendly and affordable. I even sent my friend up there. I lost their number and got on here to find it and saw some bad reviews so I just wanted to put in my two cents worth and let you all know that they are really great I have never had a bad experience. My dog hates for me to give him a bath or trim his nails. He will only let them do it. He loves it there too!

If you love your pet don't take them there. They were great at first and then I took him for a trim, they shaved him. Long haired dogs are supposed to be long haired and when I called to speak to them about it the man working there was rude, profane, and vulgar. They refused to even attempt to remedy the situation.

They are cheaper here but unfortunately it shows why they are. I later learned the groomer is not licensed but the owner is.. so that explains alot. I showed a pic of a short cut but still fluffy. I wanted shorter hair for summer but still fluffy. I get him back and there is no fur left like they used the shortest blade they could. Which made me point out small things I wouldn't normally care about. Like the nails not being smoothed out. The access fur not being dusted off. Chopy spots that are noticeable. And the under paws weren't cut enough. Small petty thing is that most groomers put bows and or a bandana. (Which that honestly doesn't matter but its a small thing groomer do that makes me smile). Just completely disappointed will not be returning I would rather pay 15-20$ more.

We dropped off our German Shepherd who has arthritis in her hips. 3 hours later we got her back and she can't hardly use her back legs. She could definitely walk ok when we took her in. I'm not sure what happened but we won't go back!!!

This grooming facility needs to be shut down! They are so unprofessional! They illegally put shock collars on the dogs without getting the owners permission, written or verbal. When the customer called and asked for a refund, the owners yelled and cussed this lady out. So unprofessional! Avoid this place at all costs!

I told them you have to carry my dog back, instead, they threw a leash on her and drug her back the hall and she yelped. Every time you call, they act as if their Inconvenienced by the call. However, what’s inconvenient, is their friendliness and lack of professionalism. Will not be back and do not recommend.

Danny and Debbie are wonderful! I wouldn't think about going to any other groomer. Daisy loves going and is in no hurry to leave. They are way cheaper than anyone you will find.
