HIGHLY RECOMMEND Downtown Dogs Spa! My Bernese mountain dog Malibu had a wonderful day getting all cleaned up for the holidays. Stacye is an awesome groomer. She is very professional and patient with every dog. The salon is clean and has a cozy feel to it. I will definitely be back!

I had an emergency situation with a pet, and although they didn't have availability, due to the circumstances and condition of the pet they took her right in and made us feel welcome. I've never been treated so kind, but they have a deep love for pets in general. Do not hesitate to give them a try! The price and quality of cut, the care they put into our situation tells me I made the right call. I could not be more thankful they gave this pet a new lease on life! Thank you, Downtown Dogs! I happened to see this business in person while driving. I googled it and decided to give it a try. I have 3 American Eskimos and I'm very skidish about leaving them, so they've went way to long not being groomed. This was the absolute BEST experience I've EVER had. The owner is GREAT and treated my dog like a princess. I was even able to stay and watch to calm my "dog mom" nerves! I will be taking my other two in the weeks to come. I HIGHLY recommend this place! Her price was a little more than others but was TOTALLY WORTH EVERY PENNY!

Stacye at Downtown Dogs returned my call immediately and was very easy to schedule with. She did an astounding job on my two Bichon Frises and cut my larger, difficult dogs' nails with no problem! She recommended a treatment that helped soothe my dogs' foot irritation and was so sweet to them. You can tell she loves working with animals and that is what you want in a groomer. Major bonus- not only does she do an excellent job, prices are cheaper than other groomers we've used. Highly recommended!

Wonderful job! Like that there are no kennels & how she schedules appointments. My babies weren't gone all day which eased a lot of our anxiety. Beautiful work. Didn't come back to dog that was unrecognizable nor did they come home with fleas. Took Baby Girls skin allergies into consideration & for once I didn't have to rebathe her when we got home. Lil' Man still isn't shedding. Love it! Thank you Stacye

I have been taking my Maisy to see Stacye every two weeks for her bath and touch up. She gets a full groom every six weeks. She loves to go now, she was a little skittish at first but now she thinks she owns the place😀. I could not be happier with the experiences I have had at Downtown Dogs Spa.

My dogs love going to see Stacye! They're bath, de-shedding and a nail trim kind of dogs, but Stacye somehow manages to make them look and feel like adorable puppies again. One of my dogs used to be so squirmish at nail trims that other groomers would have me hold her down, now she gets her nails trimmed and dremmelled and doesn't even flinch. The other pup is very nervous, and even he does great at Downtown Dogs Spa. So glad they opened so close to home, and can't wait to get my dogs back in for a visit.

I had the good fortune to find this groomer on Facebook. I was able to get in quickly and Boomer was done in short order with minimal fuss. He looks great and was so relaxed after this haircut. Groomer seemed friendly and knowledgeable.

I really enjoyed having my toy poodle groomed here .. she does a great job however due to a scheduling miscommunication I apparently was late bringing her in and even though I offered (and did ) pay extra for the inconvenience, the owner was very rude about how she already “ had to work her in” and she should have just rescheduled.. when I asked her when would be a good time to pick her up she said a time but elaborated about being “prompt” so she could go to lunch... as someone who is never late and I had also just worked 12 hours on night shift ... I didn’t appreciate it... bad way to run a business so unfortunately I will be finding my dog a new groomer...
