I had shopped at a Lexington store and was not given the correct discounts during the clearance event and their pad was down so I was unable to use my coupons. I purchased the items and came to this store where I met the Manager Erica. Erica apologized for the other store, even though she didn't need to and immediately corrected their mistake. She was professional, kind and very customer service driven. Tiffany checked me out and made sure all the discounts were applied. Thank you Erica and Tiffany. I know where I will be shopping at again.

Worst experience I have ever had. JP and the manager were completely out of line. The store closes at 10pm. I was checking out 9:55p and realized I needed my drivers license while I was checking out. JP had already lock the doors and said it was against policy for me to step outside the door to my car to get my license. The manager was extremely rude and was completely out of line. Dollar General I’m ashamed of you for your poor choice in management and staff. Wow. I will not ever come back and this will be reported to cooperat.

It was very difficult to walk through the store. A lot of new stock just setting around in several different places. Trying to push my buggy around was almost impossible. Had to move a couple of flat bed carts full of merchandise over and out of the way just to get through.

I am a regular at Dollar General stores. I don't like to fight crowds so these smaller stores offer a less dense experience. The prices are fair and the staff is nice. My only complaint is that they always have just one cashier which can make the wait to check out long.

The new one on Corman Lane is really clean and everyone is always friendly. They have expanded what they carry so thats good. They usually always have what you are looking for but be prepared to over pay. That's not the individual store though, thats corporate, so I'm not mad at that. You pay for the convenience of not having to walk through a big box store. Good for a quick trip but I have never understood why people do almost all over their grocery shopping at a Dollar Store. It's not cheaper. If you really don't want to go into an actual grocery store that bad, just order online and have it delivered. The delivery fee is the extra cost you're paying at a store like this.

It's so close to my house I'm in there alot but no fault of employees working there, they run out of things alot and sometimes stuff is blocking asle needing to be put up.

Honest love to every single employee at this store particularly. They see me at the very least every other day. 😅 i say i should have stock in it 😉 They are some of the best people always smiling and ready to help. Great job yall seriously.. I could go anywhere when i step away but i choose DG every time 💜

Usually i have a bad experience. But today....the worker was super nice. Its always messy but with a rude cashier. But i can deal with the mess if the cashier is at least nice. How im treated means alot. So much better today. I will go back because of the lady i dealt with.

Nice and clean store, cashiers was polite, that always helps with me, now a days i like shopping where there's respect for yourself and your customers. Wearing their mask, i wear mine everywhere i go in. Thank you!

Good store. Not tore through looking like a lot of dollar stores. Good selection and best price on Gain laundry detergent. Only complaint is there is usually always a line that dosent move to fast. But if you aren't in a big hurry... Worth the wait.

Love the prices on an estimated 90% of their stuff. However, the reason for just 3 stars is their inventory is a mess...big mess. One time my grandson was with me and he commented on how messy it was and he is only 11. All the cashiers are very friendly and the customer service is great.

Great place to shop for regular odds and ends and household supplies. Not to mention any school supplies or last minute grocery items that you can grab while you are out. I can do one stop for the many things that I need for the house, car and what have you. Love this place.

Has a wide variety of inventory, and always low prices.. I gave 4 stars and not 5 because sometimes the workers like to try and follow you around the store like your gonna steal something from tjem.. makes ya feel some type of way... ya know

I don't see how people can only give one star i guess they are having a bad day because the employees except 1 or 2 out of 10 maybe rude but don't throw out the whole batch if 1 or 2 seem rude and how do you know it's not you i see more people happy with their experience that naught. Besides it's only place to get a drink that is delicious it's called...haha not gonna say because then it would be sold out all the time!

Got pretty busy but the 2 friendly workers rollled out the line with smiles & laughter....Wished youns sold glow in the dark gel and deep purple dye, paint or spray paint one lol, I use those items along with glue sticks quite often...

One of the best setup dollar stores I've ever seen. Great customer service. Would've given 5 stars but you do have to wait for an extended amount of time sometimes for a cashier to wait on you.

Really clean DG location. Staff are always friendly when I stop by quickly to grab something on the way home. They don't have carts and boxes littering the walkways like some other locations do. This is the newest and best DG store in Nicholasville.

Depends which store you go to. I have had several clerks with attitudes at the junction and Moreland store. The two in stanford are always nice, helpful and instock sales items present always. The one out East main danville great store great employees. The one in JC definitely needs turned around

What is it about dollar stores never putting their stock away? Its forever boxes on carts on front of product. Makes no sense. I'm not an expert but I'm betting the manager is the one supposed to be in charge of stock. Mostly because who else runs the register?

Cluttered aisles, unorganized, and understaffed. This was not my first visit yet the store only seems to get messier instead of better. Below standards even for a Dollar General.

This was the most rudest Dollar general I had ever been in the staff was rude not caring not helpful it was about to close but still the rudest people I have ever seen in a time of crisis most of all I needed money ...my son sent me money through Western Union to get food with they were so rude especially the manager on duty..I use to work for the dollar general and I would have never been rude to a customer like that aweful aweful ☹️☹️☹️

Lack of inventory, BUT it was just before Christmas! That was the problem with most stores. Totally understandable! BTW, I wasn't Christmas shopping

Entire store was a mess. Instead of items placed on shelfs. They were piled. Will not be returning unless i absolutely have too. At this point I do not see a reason to return.

Great place to go and see how you feel about the prices and what you want to see. On the web site you can find coupons as well to make their prices look more like a great price.

I give them a 5 because the employees are great...but they don't enough employees to get it on the shelves...all 3 stores in nicholasville ky
