Getting my dogs groomed for the very first time was an amazing experience! The staff were so friendly, and they really took the time to make sure Rue and Tony were comfortable before taking them back. I was so impressed because I have Chihuahuas, and not everyone understands or respects how particular they can be. But she was so gentle, and my pups look and feel and smell fantastic. Will absolutely be returning!

I take my cats here for nails and sanitary grooming. They are very gentle with my cats and help them to relax rather than other groomers who have been forceful with them, causing anxiety for future trips. Granted, my cats still hate going to the groomers but that’s to be expected. They have me bring them in at the end of the day when the dogs are gone, very accommodating. Only drawback is that they only accept cash.

Will be taking my fur baby back there from now on. The place was clean and the workers were friendly, kind and caring. Price is super reasonable!! Drop off and pick up were a breeze. I received a friendly phone call when my boy was finished for the day. Highly recommend!!

I’ve never had service here and the way the lady talked to me over the phone I never will. I simply called to ask some questions, I have a small dog who gets very nervous easily. I needed to know their pricing and what their services would include but the woman kept saying “I’m not sure if we’ll even be able to do it.” I tried to explain to her I’ve had her groomed numerous times I’ve just recently moved and have not found a groomer who I think is capable enough for my dog. How can you gain businesss if you’re going to refuse my dog over the phone? Not worth it.

I have only groomed my cat a single time and unfortunately it was here. When i picked her up, her right eye was noticeably red and she couldn’t meow. I took her to an emergency vet and they said she had essentially been strangled during her groom, causing the small vessels in her eye to rupture and making her hoarse. Stay away from this place!!

I have a 70lb German Shepard and I can't find a place we like that will do 2 baths, then a medicated bath, clean his ears and trim his nails ALL for $45. The owner is awesome 🤗 Jasper looks n feels better Everytime. He fell asleep last time after his bath🤗

The staff took great care of my dog. She is normally very timid and shaky, and have problems with other groomers knicking her with clippers. She came home without a scratch and did not seem scared at all when I came to pick her up!!!! Will highly reccomend

They are so friendly, flexible and accommodating to my 11-year-old dog's needs. We just go for toe-nail clipping, but have done so for many years and love all the women who work here!

Not too many groomers get the Brussels Griffon look. Jennifer does amazing work and she even puts up with our Griff’s less-than-wonderful personality to make him the most handsome in town! Very pleased.

This is a great pet "salon" and it's conveniently located for me and my kitty Chappy. Diana and Sheryll are very friendly and knowledgeable. I get my American Bobtail bathed and shaved as he becomes a giant puff ball after about 3 months and we are much happier when trimmed. Diana makes suggestions on trim-styling and is always right. In addition, there are two kitties they've rescued from the area - and paid for vet services - that have become the shop's mascots. Always ready for a hello and scratch. So, they're Good People and will care for your pets the same. I used to go to Petsmart Pavilion before I retired because of the late hours but they no longer groom cats, which is often the case with pet groomers in the area. But, I am so happy with Wags & Whiskers I wouldn't change for the world.

Well I use to love, love, love this place! That was until yesterday. They are usually extremely friendly & professional here. My dog always remembers this place and acts excited to go. When I picked him up yesterday he acted like he couldn't get the hell out of there fast enough. I was called after the service was already completed instead of calling me out of common courtesy prior and told I was being charged $10 extra. For a flea dip & because my dog nipped at the groomer. Okay isn't that part of the job, being a dog groomer, don't you think you get nipped at on occasion? Part of the job. Like a cop might occasionally get shot at. Part of the risk of the line of work you do. So when I arrived to pick up my dog. One of the groomers was belligerent & screaming at one of the dogs she was grooming for trying to bite her. Apparently my dog wasn't the only one. Maybe they just don't like her. My dog never nips like that. I had a feeling had I not been standing there she very well might have hit the poor dog. Then instead of just taking my money and oddly not giving me a receipt or even offering one. I got cornered & asked a million uncomfortable questions about my dog. Like is he my personal dog, do I even attempt to treat him for fleas, etc? Hey some dogs just like the outdoors and to roll around in dirt constantly. And my dog is a very long haired dog. It was none of their business really. I paid them. I just wanted to get my dog, go about my business and get out of there. It was a very uncomfortable atmosphere. I have no idea what is going on now with this place. I loved it and thought it was fabulous at one time. Not the case anymore. I'll never return. Abusive to animals & do extra money work without prior consultation. And ask uncomfortable questions making you feel awkward. And don't give receipts or take credit cards. Very inconvenient not to accept credit cards. I only gave them 2 stars because the grooming itself was done well.
