I love that it's family owned and a local business. I always try to give my business to local small businesses but the prices are so much more on canned foods when you can go next door to the DG for half the price. I understand inflation but I also have a budget that I have to stay within. One other issue is I've bought things multiple times that have been outdated or ruined. We spent $45 on ribs for a BBQ only to find them soured/ruined when I got home.

Severely inflated prices, especially while Whitaker could profit from Jenkins not having a grocery store. The service doesn't make up for the prices either, they're either rude or slow as molasses, or both.
