All my gardening and farm needs will be coming from this location and Paris location.Customer service with a smile, real information you can rely on and actual help from people that appear to like doing their job and doing well.STOP PAYING FOR SUBSTANDARD SERVICE....if we shop and spend at places that don't appreciate our dollars, don't supply customer service then you can't trust them to back the products they sell....Tractor supply staff, instills confidence in products and you know you will get fast resolution if something goes wrong...Love this place...can ya tell? 😀

I moved to Murray almost a month ago and have been in this store probably 20 times. The home decor section is my favorite but have bought clothing for every member of my family as well as garden supplies, trailer repair, pet meds, toys, and food. I can’t wait for the spring to get my chickens. The whole staff is great and extremely helpful. I highly recommend them all.

Found some really nice work pants and got lucky and caught some boots on sale. Found a great pair or Ariat boots my size that were normally $160 on sale for under $70.

Super friendly & helpful. They match prices on hay & will load it in your car for you, without complaining. We called ahead & they actually had what they said (by phone) in person. Yay! Our goats are happy.

It's like the country store you imagined.Everyone is polite and has positive "know how" for almost any project needing done.During poultry season, they have everything you need, and they always know when the next shipment of your favorite chick's are coming in.

Went in tractor supply to find a battery for my lawn mower and had no idea what I was looking for, young employee named David saw me looking and had food and a drink in his hand guessing he was on Lunch break. He set down food and came to me and asked if he could help me, I told him the battery I thought I was looking for. he told me he wasn’t familiar with batteries and he looked it up and couldn’t find it so he went and called John Deere phone number and asked for help by them. Wasn’t much help so I will have to bring old battery back, but after we couldn’t find battery he apologized and he asked once more if anything he could do before I checked out & I originally came in for some Chicken Feed & Straw, he went and grabbed both of them for me and loaded them into my vehicle for me. This was by far the best customer support I ave ever received anywhere! Great Store, 5 Stars Will continue shopping at Tactor Supply

I've shopped TSC for many years. But I've noticed in last few years that they've gotten away from being such an ag based store and starting to become more commercialized. And with that are becoming an expensive store. You can find alot of their things at Walmart or even Lowes (surprisingly cheaper too). While they still carry mostly AG products but they are getting more and more home decor and things that are in no way related to being a farm supply store.

It's now been over 2 months and my husband still does not have a working saw. TSC told me Fri July 21 that their repair place called them Thurs July 20 and said it was ready. It's now Mon 24 and I still have not received a call from TSC saying they have saw fixed and I can pick up. I filed a complaint with TSC Corp 3 days ago and was told I would get a call asap from district. I still have not heard anything. This is unreasonable customer service. What needs done is a complete change out of a new saw as it is under warranty, but I doubt TSC will do the right thing. We have been in a major bind because of this.

The only price match by brands, they don’t carry producers, pride pig feed! So they won’t price match it to the other stores brand! So I stopped buying feed their royal kings, much cheaper they’re supposed to price match, but they don’t!

Love the Store In Murray! Great employees and Store never gets moved around (well except the very front has the sale stuff and seasonal items). Love to go in and get what I need and get going, I'm a busy person and I don't have to play the big store retail games of were is it now. I really love that they help you carry stuff to your cart and to your car. I want to take them home.

I was in Murray, doing some last minute Christmas shopping. In my hurry to get it over with, I must have left my key on in my truck. When I went to leave, my battery was dead. I was stuck. My family lives in Tennessee. I called a friend who happened to be in Murray and she came to jump me off. After 15 minutes, it was apparent her Nissan wasn't going to jump off my suburban. I call tractor supply, to see if they sold heavy duty cables . I explained this to gentleman who answered, and asked him if he had cables, could he please bring them to the front, as I would have to come in and buy them. After learning I was broke down in front of five below, he told me he would be out in just a minute to help. This kind man comes out, gets in his truck, comes by my truck and within 5 minutes, I'm good to go. Truck running, I thank him numerous times. Y'all, this man literally saved the day. He went above an beyond for me, and I hope he knows how grateful I am for his help. I wish I had asked his name, so I could mention him specifically. If y'all are in the area, check out tractor supply, show them some love! They hired a great man!Thanks again, sir!

Yeah well I guess it's just a little bit weird for the rest though it was a great idea. The most obvious answer to be honest with the other side was that it wasn't even suppose to get a good sense of why? The most important aspect is that the people will have their own personal point of view that it has to happen!! Not only for the public who will make it through this but also the fact of what is going on with them at a personal level. Just as you might have been in a good place to find the best of your ability to make it possible to keep your body alignment in place for the rest of you..

This is one of my favorite stores in Murray . They have a very large selection of most anything you're looking for. The employees are knowledgeable of their stock, they're friendly, fast, and courteous. The store is pet friendly, they have sales daily that can be seen when you walk in the door. I highly recommend this store to anyone!!!

Awesome customer service. The cashier tried to help but wasnt exactly sure so she called another employee to help. And he actually brought me to the product I was looking for and helped me put it into my vehicle. What was really nice was the cashier didnt just tell me to go find the other employee and the employee who showed me the product didnt just say it's over there and come back and find me if you need more help. That really was exceptional customer service

Good place to get most things needed got farm up keep. Decent hardware and tools, plus yard care tools. All kinds of animal feed that you could need, plus vaccines to keep them healthy when required. Staff is friendly and will do anything they can to assist.

The prices on chicken feed are better at this Tractor Supply than they are in my city. So we come here about once a month and stock up on feed. The employees aren't the friendliest and aren't willing to go out of their way to help you.

Really nice farm and home store, including Game Feeders, and other hunting and outdoor activities supplies. Power equipment, from Zero Turn Mowers to fencing supplies, most anything one might need around the house and farm.... It's becamemy go to store for most everything around the house and farm, highly recommend.. Staff are some of the most Courteous individuals, I have had the pleasure of dealing with 👍👍👍👍👍

My visit was at the end of a long day. I ran into the store to buy a bag of dog cuisine (it is not your grandparents dogs' dog food anymore!). The brand I have bought for many years is being discontinued at this store. I read bags, compared ingredients and Kcals, and agonized over the choice.Suggestion: don't shop for dog food when you are hungry. You will not be able to choose quickly or make grounded decisions because your stomach is growling and your blood sugar is dropping.A sales associate offered to help me sort through the choices with my priorities in mind: low Kcals/cup so my mini can be satiated yet maintain his mini weight, no additives to improve joint health etc - those things are not proven to work on humans, and healthy protein and fats.I purchased a "no grain" variety to try. It was more than I expected to spend, but I am finding the bison and salmon proteins, and high quality identified fats have my dog eating about 1/3 less than before.This visit was much longer than expected, which is why I didn't give it 5 stars.
