They sent my cat home knowing she would die, and let me watch her suffer. That is the cruelest thing you could do to a owner, and their beloved pet. They drained my bank account and showed like they cared, until the money ran out. I would never recommend this place to anyone. No compassion unless you got a big bank account, if they knew my Jazzy wasn't going to live they should have told me instead of sending her home with me so we both wouldn't have had to suffer. The worse thing I have ever went through in my 58yrs on this planet.

Very conscientious. They obviously care about the animals and do their best to isolate variables until they can come up with a plan A and plan B, starting with the simplest solution. They have food and meds you can buy over-the-counter inside, as well as providing prescriptions.Updating my older review with some new notes of good faith. We had the trials and tribulations of an aging dog last year and the staff here couldn't have been more supportive. They helped us have options to do the best preventative methods with the least prescriptions and visits possible. When it came time to say goodbye, they walked us through the process with so much compassion that it felt safe. They were absolutely gracious throughout that visit and gave us a burial box (cremation was an option but we chose to bury him next to another family pet).I cannot express with any amount of words how clear it is that everyone working here is sympathetic and passionate about helping animals live their best lives. I doubt another clinic could make me feel more comfortable and confident with my furry babies.

Very friendly and dedicated staff. You can tell they really love animals and aren't out to soak you for money. The office is centrally located in Five Points in Murray so it's easy to get to. Never have to wait long. The vets are great and very knowledgeable. The medicine prices are VERY competitive with the online pet medicine places too. We're very happy to take our little girl there!

Very clean inside. The staff are friendly and caring.Dr.Westfield is a wonderful Vet. She treats my dog as if he was her own. She listens and allows opportunity for questions or concerns. I would highly recommend.

I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. This vet was the most welcoming and knowledgeable clinic I found in Murray. They took amazing care of my cats and dog. Any time I had an emergency they would manage to squeeze my babies in and I am so so grateful for that. I never got the backhanded commentary like I did at other vets and the issues I brought up were never ignored. They even did well my more aggressive cat. I definitely recommend this clinic.

Every part of my experience was really friendly and welcoming! They were very willing to answer questions about things I needed to know as a new cat owner. In addition, the prices were affordable and most of what I needed was covered by pet insurance (Pets Best). I’ll definitely be coming here again for my cat!

I would not tell anyone to go there my dog was having a stroke. They said we cant c yall u could clearly c he was dieting they turned us away my dog died. We had to drive an HR. Away.. RIP SCOOBY

These are the sweetest most compassionate people i have ever met. They do an excellent job and explain to you exactly what is going on and tell you costs of procedures up front. There prices are excellent compared to any other vet i have brought my animals to. They do not ever try to nickel and dime you or rip you off. The vet takes time to listen to the information you give them about your animal/ your pets issues and always clearly explains her hypothesis and lets you look at all x-rays and test results. My dogs absolutely love the staff.

They took extremely good care of my very sick dog. They have internal lab, x-ray machine Etc. So you don't have to spend days wandering what's wrong with your animal while waiting for them to send out for lab results. Even though we were brand new to this area they got my dog in the next day. Extremely concerned staff. They called me a week after his initial appointment just to see how he was doing. After his second and third appointment they still called a week after to check on him. You can tell that this staff loves what they do! I am extremely grateful for them and will bring them continued service. And they do not charge you an arm and a leg. The medication is ridiculously inexpensive. I wish they would take humans, I would sign up in a heartbeat! My medications are triple the price. I highly suggest best veterinary office.

Murray Animal Hospital is a professional animal healthcare facility. My family has been taking our pets there for more than a decade. They are always caring, upfront, and their pricing is reasonable (good vet care is costly). We trust their staff with our babies' lives and their end of life care.

When some unknown maniac driver hit my dog and broke his leg they gave him top notch medical care and also helped calm my nerves by taking extra time to explain everything in detail. Dr. Westerfield and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate. They’ve been caring for my daughter’s cats while at MSU for 3 years. They were very caring and explained everything well when the cats were ill and went out of their way to fit in a visit. The absolute best was allowing us to be with our fur baby as we said goodbye to him, even during Covid times. I’ve had to do this many times in my life and the experience with Dr. Westerfield was the most comforting. Can’t say enough about how they handled everything. They even made a casting of his paw print for us. Lovely people!

I came needing vaccines for.my dog sonshe could begin obedience training. I also needed flea and tick medicine chews. They looked into my dog's background and made sure she recieved exactly what she needed.

Left my 1 year old lab there for six days. He had to poop four times when he got home, and couldn’t hold his bladder inside anymore. Do not leave your animal here to stay. They do not take care of their boarded animals. His over all demeanor was depressed for the first day he was back home. Not a single call from them about any issues either. Absolutely unacceptable!

Very good to my cat and did emergency dental surgery on him to remove a rotten tooth. He is doing much better and i would highly recommend them for any pet need.
