This is definitely my go to for most of anything to do with home improvement items. They have a large selection of. Only down fall I have experienced first is the over abundance of employees and you can't just browse without at least 3-6 workers asking you one right after the other if they can help you. annoying. Then when u need help the employee doesn't have a clue . I still go there but it really does annoy me .

Last time I was there, I had to ask 4 different people where an item was I needed, or if they carried it. Not one employee had any idea! The last person I asked, looked at me and shrugged his shoulders and walked out the door. Clearly it was the end of his shift, and didn't want to spend any time helping me.I left the store just shaking my head. I was so disappointed!

The pictures below is Pergo Select flooring that we purchased for $6000. We are building a new home. We called to see if had been delivered yet, they said no, and said they would call first, but they didn’t! They delivered it to a house we sold almost a year ago. The people who bought the house were on vacation, when they returned they called us that 4 pallets of flooring were sitting in their driveway from Lowe’s. I went over and the flooring was covered in ice, sleet, and, snow. It’s been rained on as well. Its been outside five days, and it was raining 2 days before the white stuff started! I would fire a person who cannot discern that Laminate flooring cannot be left outside in rain, snow, sleet, and ice.

Your typical home improvement store. My go to place unless I'm looking for something a little different. More than likely has what you need to get your project done. Last visit did not for me, claimed supply chain shortage issues meant nation wide it was out. Not their fault.

Got this bucket of paint which was a mismatched paint. I loved the color and got the whole gallon for $9.00. Many other mistinted buckets at a great price too, including 5 gal buckets of paint, sealer, and stain.

Ordered online and picked up the order after it arrived using curbside pickup. Update - Sometimes when order is ready, it's not at the pick up area or locker. Took a little longer for them to find the package.Went in to find Extension cords and they had them with the Christmas things, which made it easier to find.Went for it new Christmas tree. Found one we liked. Wish a sales representative would have helped.

Went to buy dirt for a raised garden. Lowes had great supply so I bought 5 bags. Asked for help loading it into my truck. I have muscle disorder and am legally handicapped. Waited 7 minutes after I checked out for someone to help, finally went out and started loading myself. A nice young lady customer stopped to offer help. I loaded 1, and she loaded 2, and the help from Lowes finally got there to help. I never have had to wait so long for help. Just disappointed with service that day.

We really like Lowes. A company they use for warranty repair is giving Lowes a bad name; A&E Factory Service.. Their website is a joke, a customer CANNOT delete an appointment, call their phone number and NO ONE actually answers the phone and then simply disconnects the call? Lowe's knows the track record of this sick company and still use them; WHY? They make an appointment and the FAIL TO SHOW UP with NO excuse? Then, they try and schedule another appointment and NO WAY to CANCEL the 2nd one? We waited an entire day for them to arrive, only to find a "text message" AFTER the missed appointment time, that it had been cancelled/changed. We learned NEVER to trust A&E for anything; I guess we should send them a bill for $65.00 an HOUR for wasting our time for an entire day.

We have been in several times getting supplies for a project we are working on, and just about every employee we interact with is pleasant and helpful. We have purchased here, ordered online for pickups and had wood cut here, all good experiences! No complaints!

I stoped by the returns desk and told the associate that on my prvious visit, i had bought two color samples of paint to paint a dresser. I had almost finished with that color when i realized I had been given the wrong color I had painted most of the area i had planned to paint so I was gping to have to change my plan on what i was going to do. I knew about the fantastic coverage Lowe's paints give but I wasn't going to do all that work all over again. Still, I needed the color I had originally come in for to make the dresser match in that room. I was going to need my original color back so the dresser was all the same. But I needed the correct color, as well. I had used quite a bit of the incorrect color. She was going to refund the paint so i could get the correct color. But after analizing the situation, she let me keep the used color and told me to go get the correct color, which i did. However, while i was waiting for my paint to be mixed, I happened to think about other things i needed. So I walked over to the wood stains and chose a color to buy for the dresser for last color coat to bring out the detail of the piece. and while I was there, i picked up some satin polyurethane for a final coat. I picked up a quart of each. I chose quarts because now the smallest size only comes in poly colors and you don't get the richness of the color on the wood if the color is mixed in with the polyurethane. I also prefer using five coates of polyurethane because I had accidentally found out that gives a more professional apearance when finished. This will take care of my dresser and many other projects. After that my paint was still mixing so I went to buy a pair of needle nose plyers because, it dawned on me that mine had been missing for a long time and a friend must have picked them up when he was doing some work on my house. So i bought some Kobalt plyers. I then picked up my paint and started to leave when I remembered some foggeres my son said he needed so i walked to the home and garden department and got them for him. As i checked out, i explained the confusion with the paint color to the cashier. She happily rang me up and I was very pleased with the whole experience. This was my, "Just needed one thing" experience with Lowe's. Still painting my dresser.

The prices are usually comparable to other stores of this type. They have a nice selection. Tho a lot of the staff could be friendlier and more helpful.

Today I received my washer and dryer set via delivery from the Murray Lowe's. The delivery guys were super nice, and I have nothing bad to say about them personally. However, they were unable to get the truck in our driveway which was fine. They ended up parking in the street which obstructed our view of our mailbox. After they left, we could see that the mailbox had been hit and was now leaning at a 45-degree angle. I am not sure why this wasn't mentioned, but it had to have left a dent in the delivery truck as the mailbox is sitting on a 4-in metal post.Also, after washing my first load of laundry, I went to use the dryer and it started making a huge ruckus. So, after inspection, I noticed there is a huge dent in the side. This is causing the metal to rub against the tumbler and make a grinding sound. I contacted their online support and was advised the Murray Lowe's team will contact me within 72 hours. I will be waiting on their call and hope for a successful solution. BE MINDFUL TO CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE THE DELIVERY TEAM LEAVES!

I love shopping at Lowe's. However, it always seems to be my experience that nothing ever goes smoothly and/or correctly. I'm not one to complain unless there's a problem still in need of a resolution and/or response. Currently waiting for a microwave which was scheduled to be installed last week. Management claims the error is on the installer's end. A new installation date has been scheduled. Fingers crossed. I have issues each & every time I use delivery. It is quite frustrating.

Helpful very friendly and easy to talk to employees I will say every time I go the parking is so far from store and nobody ever is in the designated parkings areas u think maybe u got to many I mean I'm all for special privilege to military,first responder, handicap, employee of the month and store pickup but the spaces always empty

Tried to take advantage of the 4th of July appliance sale.... picked out $7000 worth of appliances and the appliance manager ignored us and did not help the new associate make the sale. She had several questions she did not know the answer to and he did not help in the slightest. Driving to Southside lowes to make our purchase. Horrible customer service.

This particular Lowes is rather awful. They didn't even have the paint counter manned at 9am on a Saturday. Even after pressing the help button there was a 10 minute wait, and maybe more, but I just left and went somewhere else.

The employees here are helpful and kind and the store is clean. Jakob, who helped me and my mom make some copies of keys, was particularly knowledgeable and fun to talk to.

Tried to call to see if they carried a switch for a dryer. I called about 8 times asked for appliances then customer service. Customer Service transferred call to appliances. Appliances didn't answer the phone.

How frustrating. Went in this morning to buy a washer. Told the salesman Greg we weren't sure on what we were getting but we were asking questions and looking. Instead of helping us he took a phone call, no excuse me I'll be back nothing just took the call. Okay, we waited awhile and nobody ever came back. The entire interaction felt like we were being judged and assessed to not be serious buyers. Maybe because we asked when they would be on clearance? I'm not sure. I'll never be going to lowes.

Normally I have a pretty good experience at lowes, but they have gotten so disorganized.I showed up and paid for 20 bags of mulch. Simple enough, right? The cashier said the loading dock was "closed" and to pull up on the side of the building. So I did. I waited and waited. 20 minutes went by, and nothing happened. I went and asked the cashier if I was parked in the right place...she called someone on the phone and said "they're going to get someone over there"...which I guess is code for nothing had happened yet.After another half hour, I asked if I could just load the mulch myself. The cashier said no, but that I should go find a manager. I asked her to call a manager, and she said she had "lost her walkie talkie".I eventually found the manager, who told me to park somewhere else. So I moved my car. 5 minutes later, another employee told me I shouldn't be parked in the loading dock, where the manager had told me to park.Finally, 15 minutes later, the manager brought me the mulch. This was a nightmare...I think the most frustrating part was that there were employees standing around everywhere, but the cashier wouldn't even ask any of them to help me.

AVOID THIS STORE!!! I have had some of the worst experiences in a retail store at this Lowe’s. I have had pickup orders cancelled on me for no reason. I have had to wait for pickup orders that were supposedly ready for about 45 min so they could actually fulfill the order. I had employees ask ME what was going on with an order (I don’t work there!!) Corporate is no help. They just say “oh well”. No customer service exists within this company. Buy anywhere but here. It’s worth the extra money.
