Wii shop at Big lots in Murray regularly. We bought this awesome gazebo a month or so ago. We got a great value at a great price. We absolutely love it. The service was great and the manager and staff were very friendly. It was super heavy yet they had no issues loading it onto my trailer for me. Thanks guys. We'll be back as always....

Love BIG Lots...especially during the Holidays. You can run in and get what you need, but also spend some time getting small gifts for mailman, teachers and others thst might be on your list.

The prices have really come up here. A lot of things are higher than they are at Kroger. What I didn't like was that the attitude and mood has definitely changed there. I've been in 3 times in the last couple of months and every time it has felt ( to me), like the whole place was charged up with frustration and unhappiness. I don't know what goes on but if a restaurant felt like this, you know the food would taste like regret.

Horrible customer service, cashiers act put out and no one is out to help customers me and my 66 yr old mom almost fell from a water leak that they have my son went up to the front and the cashier just ignored my son when he was trying to tell them that there bucket had a hole in it and water was leaking all over the place and then my son almost fell from the water on the floor and the employees just shrugged him off and said oh I’m so sorry and left with no empathy.

Stopped at store while visiting area. The window tin on store windows was so dark you cant tell if store is open or closed. There was a TON of shelves bare throughout store. What merchandise that was in store could probably fit in half of the store. So they definitely need more merchandise on shelves. Front entrance definitely needs cleaned too. Did not stay in store because it was miserably hot (must had heat on). Would not recommend this store at all.

This is a good place to get bargains on housewares, food, kitchen items, lawn and garden items, headphones, office supplies, decor, and more. I can't compare it to other Big Lots locations, because this is the only one I shop at. It can be a little disorganized. The staff are always friendly. You have to watch the prices and comparison shop. Although there are some really good prices, there are other prices that are not competitive.

My driver delivered to this store today and received horrible customer service. He was set to deliver at 8am and a store manager was rude to him. She was more concerned about him setting her alarm off trying to notify them that he was there than she was about receiving the shipment. My driver had to wait an hour until the store opened for someone to unload him and the receiver was rude to him and closed the door on him before signing his BOL. As a business owner I was highly unsatisfied with this store’s customer service overall and upset that my driver had to deal with people who did not take pride in their positions. I hope that they get a handle on their courtesy and understand that we are all in this together.

This place has a great selection and some unique items. However, they have very little options for health conscious people. Plus the prices aren't close out prices in many cases. Some prices are higher than I can get at other stores. I only return for the unique items.

Nice employees except some of the managers are rude! They won't honor coupons without purchasing something even if the big lots coupon doesn't say purchase necessary. They will make you buy something to use your coupon. They have some good deals but sometimes it's a waste of time dealing with them.

Good place for household basics. Sometimes I feel as if the store could be better organized, but it typically has what you need with deals on things you don't need but wanted anyway. Once my husband got a markdown on a set of mixing bowls because one was broken. Furniture selection is good, always stocked with seasonal items.

I didn't know that Big Lots has clothes..but they do..and I bought a couple of cute tee shirts and a pair of dressy capris and a matching top.

So they sell their displays if they are out of the product on the shelf. But their displays, they threw away the boxes they came in, along with the yard stakes, and paper work, parts were falling apart and completely detached and charged full price. Cancelled transaction will just buy from online so all material is there especially paying at full price.

Love to get my spices here.......only $1 and plenty of selection. Today we got clearance candy bars and pretzels for 40 cents. My wife bought a love seat for her office and she loves it!

Pretty good store. They have a lot of products but some of the deals aren't really "deals".. Their snack section is fun to look around, as well as the kitchen stuff. Worth checking out.

Easy finance options along with a variety of inventory. Although they had more empty Shaw was in comparison to other Big Lots, I believe it may be because the customer service is great and so the community keeps coming back

Absolutely love shopping at Big Lots! This site had some awesome staff also(as opposed to the Jackson, TN store... they were so rude we walked out.) We'r will definately shop here again.
