Had great time looking at everything inside, they had a lot of fish, a bird, a few ferrets, a sugar glider, and a few others, glad they had reptile supplies as well total savor right there. Will gladly return if my leopard gecko light goes out again. Also the worker? Oh she was so friendly and nice, my experience there was great.

Amazing service. Every employee is eager to help you and give you any information you need to know. Animals and fish are all very healthy and well taken care of. Pricing is better than other fish stores around while getting such a great experience. Highly recommend this store over others.

Today myself my mother and my kids were looking for new pet stores. Because we do not like petsmart .so I Google close pet stores and we found the Aquatic life and exotics. And the tanks were so amazingly clean. They are moving to a bigger space and still had a great selection. The couple was so nice and helpful. It was one of the best pet store that we have been to in years they actually care about the animals and the prices are alot better than I have seen around. definitely my new store

I go with my fiancé all the time! They are super helpful and truthful about what you’re purchasing. They will steer you in the right direction even if it means loosing out on sales. They are very knowledgeable about saltwater aquariums, and livestock. Which is what we buy there!

Happened in here for the first time about 6 months ago with my grandson while we were waiting on a haircut next door. Staff told us all about the animals. Went back today with my two, 2 year old grandsons. They loved it. I talked to the owner about a larger hollowed out log for my Russian tortoises. The owner offered to build me one if I provided the dimensions. We will be back!

I got my spider ball python, Sunny from them. The young lady that helped me let me get comfortable holding another ball python before holding her so I wouldn’t be as nervous! Most places don’t encourage that before buying them. I’m glad they let me take my time and didn’t make me feel rushed. So far Sunny is settling in nicely and loves her home with kids. My kids think she is adorable!

I went back in to check it out since I didn’t feel it was fair my last review was based on previous ownership. This place has done a 180. Much smaller, but all the tanks were clean with no dead fish in sight. I checked out the reptiles, all of which had suitable habitats and looked healthy (with the exception of two crested geckos but you guys weren’t expecting them so I understand. I actually left with an adult crested who I named Toffee. The young person in the back helping me out was also honest about the fact she didn’t know much about them, which I appreciated! Highly recommend

I absolutely love this place! They have been so kind and helpful even though they are still transitioning and renovating. They've only had their doors open to accommodate customers such as ourselves to help us with questions and allow access to their premade saltwater and RO water. Despite being under construction, they have all ALWAYS taken time to assist us. They've given great advice and have always been so pleasant to work with. They are working hard every day to make this place great for the customers. We have only had good experiences each time we are here. If you're adverse to construction, then wait until the construction is complete. Otherwise, go there, have a chat, see cool stuff, and invest in the saltwater life!

This place is a little bit horrifying. The tanks were not clean. The staff was inconsiderate and unhelpful. When I brought fish to them that died less than a day from purchasing them, they tested my water and told me it was toxic. Then, proceeded to make me watch a video in front of others about “my mistake.” This was completely unprofessional. The man in charge also wouldn’t answer my questions and said a video will explain it all. I wasn’t looking to necessarily get a refund, but to get tips on how to prepare for another fish. I spent $40 on two fish for them to end up telling me that “they weren’t going to waste time explaining it to me” and told me to watch a video. However, I took water samples to two other places just to verify that their water testing results were correct. Keep in mind it was water from the same tank around the same time as the sample I gave them. Both places tested the water and said that it was perfectly fine and wouldn’t have killed the fish. These people are scammers and do not completely know what they are doing. I would advise to pay attention to them before buying, and consider going elsewhere. They are not concerned with helping customers or being honest. I would give 0 stars but I have to give one.

I purchased my first saltwater tank last year. I have always wanted one, but was worried that it would be too difficult. With lots of talking, learning and encouragement from the owners, I had a successful first year and just upgraded to a new tank. Will has taught me so much and is extremely patient to help me learn and love this hobby. Will, Anita and Mike are great to do business with and I look forward to my next step...Corals!

I've been here several times since I found out about this store. They have helped me when my algae eaters had babies (everywhere). We have also bought fish. Love going in to look around even when we aren't buying anything. It's very clean. Tanks are clean and everyone is polite. I've told several people about them.

We stopped in last year just to see the fish. Then we started a 55 gallon community tank. NOW a year later....We have 2 Large salt water tanks & 2 Large Fresh water tanks! LOL!! We were scared to start a salt water tank but they were open and honest & there for us every step of the way. They made sure to help test our water, then tell us how to fix things when the water would get out of whack. They always asked what other fish we had to make sure they would all get along. All of the staff are friendly & very knowledgeable. They do an awesome job and glad to have a great store locally!!! A+++++ GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have started buying my frozen pinkies here for my snake, and the customer service here is amazing. I’m a delivery driver and usually pick them up on my lunch break. They always put them on ice for me so they stay good until I can make it home. One day I came in to buy some, and she had just run out. I told her my snake hadn’t eaten for longer than normal and I was worried. She sold me 2 of the stock she uses to feed the snakes in the store to hold me over. Great place, with caring staff, and I won’t go anywhere else from now on.

Two stars because their fish tanks are clean and well kept. However, im taking away three stars because the way they care for their reptiles is just not okay. The lack of bedding. Water, heating conditions, and lack of cleanliness is abysmal. Im not trying to be mean but if they don't know how to take care of these reptiles, they shouldn't be selling them. This store is great for family and children and these should NOT be the set ups and examples shown of how these animals are cared for. I wouldn't be surprised if half their snakes don't want to eat over stress because of the tanks they're in being so wrong for their care. I will say the employees are polite and nice to talk to, also, avoid the heated rock for sale, those can burn your reptiles horribly and shouldn't be sold.

Aquatic life has very kind staff and were very informative about their fish and other critters lol I refused to go in the spider room, However from what my children say it’s amazing! I will definitely be coming back. They also have a huge supply of tanks and everything you need to set up. Salt and fresh water and “the reptile guy” even said they can drill in the tanks and do some amazing built in tanks, in your home at your Preference. I can’t wait for them to build our fish tank when we finish our book shelves :) this is a place that’s definitely has my vote!!!!

Absolutely a waste of time. They rarely even show up to work. This is my fifth and last time to ever waste my gas money on a place that says they’re open when they’re never open. They were open once when I came but they just completely ignored me like I wasn’t even in there. Who feeds the animals . The only answer is it’s a complete scam some rich person trying to get a tax write off. How many fish do you gotta sell in the 20 hours you’re supposedly open a week to pay your bills? Thanks for wasting my time again.
