employees are always kind. last time I went i got an item and it said one price. when I checked out the price rang up differently. I apologized and said it said a different price.I went to go put it back and get a different once since I didn't have much money. instead they said no worries and without second thought changed the price to which the display showed it was. most in likely someone just placed it in the wrong area, but they were no nonsense about it. I only go there to get dog supplies but they are always amazing.still an amazing place!

Ordered so many trees on the app today for curbside pick up. Only to get 4 of 10+ trees. I ordered from this store that is 2 counties over because of the varieties they had available. Was disappointed when I got my order and see that a majority of it wasn’t provided. I DIDNT GET ANY CANCELLATION NOTICE. Because if I did.. I would have canceled the whole order. On top of that. The trees on the app was on sale for $11 something dollars and I see they charged me full price. Not worth the time or money. Will no longer be shopping here.

So I go in for bee supplies, “Jaz” is at the register. I ask where the bee supplies were because I knew you carried them. Jaz: “I don’t know if we carry any but it wouldn’t be much.” So I looked around till I found it, of course you have most everything. When I check out I tell her, “You guys had all of it, maybe on a break you can just walk around the store and see what’s here and where it’s at.” She says, “They don’t schedule me for the floor.” I told her well I know you’ve been to TSC before, just walk around a little like we had to do when I was young so when people ask you can tell them. Jaz: “I don’t really care about any of that, I’m just here to make money.”You gave one of our kids a second interview but never called him back, he now works for USGS, but you hire this one who, “doesn’t care.” And she doesn’t care so much she actually says it to a customer?

I am a disabled person and needed bird food. The bags are 35 lb a piece and I use an oxygen tank. While in the store I had a gentleman load my cart then take it to my car and place it in my car for me. The gentleman was extremely friendly as well as the cashiers. They greet you when you walk into the store and they check you while you are shopping to make sure you do not need assistance. I highly recommend tractor supply for your needs. I officially buy my pet food for my birds, cat, and dog here.

Basic selection of farm animal feeds and farm needs. Slowly turning into a country walmart though. Wish every TSC would stop selling the stale popcorn and other foods and stick to what they do best. Maybe then associates could keep stuff stocked and be available to assist customers. It's a hit or miss with the staff, most avoid eye contact so they don't get asked and others walk fast, and just simply don't want to be bothered since they changing price tags. Most associates at TSC have no idea what they are selling ya or about policies when you need help especially that warranty they sell ya. Wish these kinds of stores would really focus on the needs of the rural communities. Pay workers more and train your staff on the products you sell, train them on that and not stocking shelves. Workers trying to price change got loads and pallets in little store where the heck you think a customer with cart has to shop. Stocking and price changing should only be done at night when customers are not shopping. Employees could then focus without distractions and get more done. TSC I hope you read this. Realize you need a 3rd shift crew!

I’m not sure how they stay open with their over priced products and employees that are snide snarky and don’t want to help you… my poor husband hates going here…every time he asks for help he gets either blatantly ignored while they stand around conversing about personal things, and I’ve seen this myself a few times or they give vague answers.. and God for bid, they actually have to walk to where the product is or where the aisle is to show you… don’t let the friendly hello as you walk in the door fool you that’s about as much as you are going to get out of them

Use to love tractor supply until they 1. They hired Judy she is extremely rude not just to younger customer's but also the elderly I and my husband witnessed it first hand and we're blown away by it 2. They are always out of my goats feed so I unfortunately had to switch to a different brand from a different store I understand this store may be the busiest but maybe you should up your par and or who ever orders isn't doing it properly and probably needs some help I use to love Tractor Supply and shopped here exclusively but now I dread going in even for a few bolts 😔

Bought my first kayak today! Called and spoke with Pattie who held it for me for a couple hours till I could get there with my pickup. Walked in and she had my name on it waiting for me. She even had a kids kayak on hold for me to purchase for my daughter!Staff is AWESOME and I will definitely be back to this location to make a future purchase!

We get our livestock feed here along with other things for around the farm. They're a little high on a lot of stuff, but everywhere is these days. Overall they have a good selection of farm related stuff, and the staff are usually helpful and smiling.

Lost my business. New manager came in thinking she is going to change the world. First of all previous management did not give away the store. They new there customers. Never hid from a problem. They addressed them.Tried over a dozen times to speak to manager. Three times she was on her way. Once stuck behind an accident. Then she was on vacation. Left our name and number four times four different staff. No calls. Don’t tell me you didn’t get any of them. Stop trying to get in touch with her. Obviously she does not care. We were one of the best customers. We now only go there when we have to. It is worth the drive to E-Town to get our farm supplies. We liked supporting our community businesses but her first thing as a manager is firing our community staff, bad mouthing previous staff, not caring about customers those action are not worth my business.Be glad when Rural King opens in Glasgow.

Absolutely love this tsc in Munfordville. They always go above and beyond to help me get all of my needs for my animals. If they don’t have it, they always order it. I have a herd of 8 horses, and dogs on our farm and if I ever need anything new for them, they’ve actually sat and taken the time to explain what products would work best to keep my animals thriving!

Very well stocked store that caters to farms and ranches. Many tools, heaters, auto supplies, pet and animal feed and supplies, clothing for outdoors, and even some probably hard-to-find items such as trailer axles, tires, etc, and motorized vehicles for the farm such as 4-wheelers. If you need it for farm or outdoors, there is a good chance it will be here. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and a very pleasant experience.

Every time I go into this place I price match my feed because Rural King is 3 to 4 dollars cheaper a bag. The manager always says yes we will price check that’s fine. Then I get to the register and go through a ordeal every time. I pray Rural King will move a story to Mumford Ville.

Came in for Dog food. Tractor Supply has the best prices on most pet items. Big selection on different type of foods if your pet is requiring a special diet
