We've been to this location 3 times now. The first time was great, the prices were great and the stock was great.Past couple of times, it's hit or miss. Prices on a few things were great but not so much on other items. Like I mentioned it's hit or miss as with any other pallet resale place so it's worth the stop

Don't ever buy from them online. They're balony company and will absolutely rip you off. They quoted me a price for 300 pieces including shipping and after spending half a day with them, I asked if I can get 50 pieces first so they quoted me a price for that too, I paid it, and kept asking them for a picture of my order first they said after I pay. Then they said they can't take a pictureuntil the order is complete. I was like what do you mean, so they said I have to pay extra$100 for shipping. That's when I realized they're a scam, and I kept asking for my money back. Eventually I paid the shipping and when I asked for tracking number they kept delaying me saying they're working on it, then finally they said it's such a small order to ship, and they want me to pay more $400 for the rest of the order. They won't give me my money back. Don't ever buy from them. Complete scam.

Really love this place the staff is always friendly and so very helpful.. I have spent lots of money here and saved ever more . I go once every week and some times 3 different days.. I love the videos that’s posted when new trucks come in. They work hard getting the trucks unloaded in a timely manner. I also love how they group each sections household, baby, camping , bedding etc. easy to find what your interested in. The place is always clean. Check them out you be glad you did. Staff is always helpful if you have any questions. My first place to shop for any items I need. Great places!!

The staff is always super helpful! I got a $10 Nespresso coffee maker and they always let you plug things in to see if they work!! So cheap especially if you’re moving out and trying to stock up on some high end things! Just got a massive wall mirror for only $35!!!! I’ve been looking at the same one on Amazon for $140, I could never pay that! Mary and all the staff have always been so so helpful!

Always courteously and answer all messages promptly online. Both times I have come in, the employees have always been super friendly, and the prices are, on average, highly discounted. What they advertise on FB is true to what's in store. I got a fabulous outdoor table set and decorative tree lights, picture canvases for Airbnb, and some great easter crafting mesh for myself, but best by far, according to my daughter, the $3 boots that are “teen fashionable”. Wish it was closer than a 2 hour drive or I would be in at least once a week. Keep it up you all are amazing!

Lost my business forever. As you can see from the attachment, I was buying product regularly for a few months. Then the quality started to tank. They asked me VIA message to buy a apparel box and give a honest review.. The box was full of chinese knockoffs .. Basically trash. It took us 2 weeks to receive in and process all the items because they are all low quality items with little value and no traceability. A few of the health boxes they sent out had a ton of open/broken seals on the bottles or product. They give you enough to break even on your purchase (not always). They filter in their reviews just fyi. I gave my honest review as asked and they censored it and didn't post.. Buyer beware.

Most of the items were from China and have no names or item numbers. A lot of the stuff came from wish. I have the returnees information on boxes. The delivery was awful. I missed two full days of work waiting for delivery. 7pm rolled around. I called. They said sorry. But we had to move the schedule day to the following day. The lady who works for shipping said someone should've called you. Got a bad pallet and bad delivery service. Do not buy from these people.

They sell an Ebox that they claim is worth $500 to $600. They sell it for $125. I bought one and recieved 9 items, a butter dish, personal massager, nail polish powder, addidas flip flops, a lamp, an ornament, box of biscuits, wrench set incomplete and a broken drill. I wont even make my money back. I will never buy from these crooks again!!

Ordered 3 boxes, 2 premium reseller boxes and 1 clothing box, for a total of $401. Out of the 26 items received in the reseller boxes (148 each) i have gotten 6 broken items, 3 missing parts, 3 items that are food 1 opened and 1 that is a fake. The clothing box had 2 items that even had a brand name on them, the rest just have a size tag. Left a review on their site and it never showed up. As a reseller I know you win some you lose some, which is why I ordered multiple. I'm going to be lucky to break even and thats assuming everything else sells for top dollar. Overall there pallet was ok, alot of damage goods but decent, but the boxes are a total waste of time and money unless you are keeping all of it or have a family of every size clothing.

This place needs some work in about every way. Staff is inattentive and have poor attitudes. Nobody stays at the register so after waiting for a long period two separate times I just gave up. Their loose item system is absolute chaos. Tons of actual garbage and damaged items in their bins. You can fill items in a literal provided trash bag just so it can be emptied before you pay for them and load it back into the trash bag. There are a few good deals but several items are still priced for what you can get them for on Amazon.

Changing my review to a 1-star rating as my father-in-law got treated very badly today! (April 29th, 2021) He went to get black bags since he was "told" they would have them, well he helped a worker get the box of bags out to the front and grabbed him a bag and a friend he knew grabbed a bag for himself also, Mary, the person that runs the store snatched the bag from my father n law and his friend telling them they were already sold and that the box of bags was sold. We have been told numerous times that they do NOT hold bags nor do they take "special" orders. ("Unless you know them personally OR you got big bucks to spend") I've bought a cell pallet, and two other pallets from there, and tons of items... Oh let me rephrase that, Big Boxes, they tell me they don't sell pallets. Yet, you treat my father n law and others we know like dirt. I have over 9 million views on all my photos as a Google reviewer. I'm what you call a secret shopper, I can make your business, or I can break your business. This place has gone downhill these past couple of years. They are nowhere near what they used to be. They are not checking prices on items and charging a higher price than what they used to charge... An example I got a $300 projector for $5 back in 2019, today their prices are $20 and up and sometimes half retail. All their stuff that is $50 retail or less is around, $3 to $20 per item. Also, they used to have bags every day in 2019, and part of 2020, they went to a waiting list but even doing that the top spenders were the first ones to get bags, plus they treated everyone that spent $300 or more like family and yet everyone else like dirt. They should treat everyone the same as they would want to be treated! Treating ppl like scumbags has no place in any business. This business is going down the hill instead of up, the sad part is Amanda King who does the customer service with their website is nicer and easier to talk to than this Mary person. I dread going to this store when I do because of Mary, I've seen her treat people with a bad attitude for no reason. The owner needs to drop her to employee status and hire someone else to do her job. Mary is not fit to be over that store, she has a bad attitude, something a store manager should never have.Mary, I hope you work on your attitude, I'm not sure when I will come back in there again, If I ever do, I will update this review on how it went...And just to let everyone know BOB KING's profile is run by different people... You are NOT talking to bob king...
