Ok so I have a medical condition and when I need to use the restroom I can’t wait … that’s what I loved about this store so as I was checking out I asked to use the restroom and then I got told no … I have been using the restroom in this store since the day that it opened and the reasoning why I couldn’t is because they have chemicals in the bathroom even though they have always only had one bathroom in use which leaves one always empty plus a chemical closet … are your employees that lazy that they can’t walk 5 steps to get the cleaners that they need … I normally spend a better of 500 and 600 dollars a month at this store and I afraid to say that y’all have lost this customer… I almost walked out on getting my stuff but even on this stop I spent over a hundred dollars and my mom typically spends the same as me each month and she will not be back either cause I am her ride … So who ever y’all have that has taken over as manager changes… I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!! Went here to buy a few things. Found a lot of penny items and boy was the manager upset! All I did was find nice deals and she was having a fit. She saw what I had and ran back to see if anymore on the shelf real fast. Then said well I’m glad you cleared the shelf so I don’t have to get them. Then as I was leaving she told me to go to all the other DG stores and clean them out! This was not a good experience here!

This is their new location. The staff is very friendly, but the shelves seem to be a bit bare whenever I stop in here. That is more probably to do with shipping issues, but it is unfortunate for a quick stop. I do love the spacious parking lot and easier access for this location, since the last one was a bit dangerous. I find it great that this was considered when moving to this new location.

Have what I needed. Store was somewhat a mess. Stock was on floor in boxes had to reach over or move them out of the way. Maybe they were getting ready to put them on the shelf, but I didn't see worker on the floor.

Always had great service here until tonight, 2 hrs before thanksgiving day too. Came in to grab some bowls and diapers and pull ups and when I was walking up to the register Karen came around the corner with an attitude telling me they where closed and I had to leave. Mind you it was 9:59 and they where closing but I was just caught off guard by the heavy set brunettes attitude towards a customer. Every other worker here has always been so polite, smh.

Stood at the counter for 5 minutes before anyone came, and it was super crowded outside the store because of a clearance, and inside the store, as well. When the cashier finally did come she didn't greet us nor speak except to say the total. She acted like we interrupted her cigarette break. I do not frequent this store often, it was an on the whim stop to get a card for a party. Definitely won't be going back.

Driving through and saw that Dollar General still open. So I went and just to get one item. It it was 950 when I pulled up I went inside and the lady I guess who is the manager told me that I only have three minutes to get my stuff and get out. First of all they don’t close until 10 o’clock so I said no I’m good because I didn’t want to mess with somebody who had an attitude and was mean as all get out. Then she locked the door behind me so I looked at my phone and it was only 954. I just sent you something real quick so I don’t have to drive all the way to Walmart to go get some items.

Prices are good, but store is filthy. And you have to carry all your bags out to the car. The carts aren't able to go outside. Makes it very difficult to shop for large amounts of items

The poeple are realy nice hard working lady's and plite to evAryone that comes in the store and prity much noes alot of thar costamers by name .thar is one thing the sings out along the road is to Farr back off the Maine highway 31w or nother words Dixie high way u can not see them coming from fort Knox at all till your in front of the store and poeple in clueding myself has all most been hit in the back of are car or truck at one point it's hide back in those trees so Farr it needs fix like a year ago so please take interest in that for the store s benafite and the poeples convince thank u kindly

Is peaceful love the Heights like to see a lot of historic around here people are very nice it what are them things must see and must do please stop by check out West Point you won't be disappointed

Very dirty and we waited at the counter for almost ten minutes she said she was putting sales tags it would have been easy to run out the door with alot of stuff but luckily you had honest people in at the time

You can find great deals here on batteries and other essentials. Larger grocery or general goods stores certainly charge more for the same item.

It's a typical Dollar General, but they keep it pretty clean. It's well organized. Good place to stop and grab something, be in and out quick.

I go in there usually daily, but here lately I change stores, it never fails they are always out of something, and they put things back for other people and regular customers can't get it, it's sad the way the store has been going down,you can't even get a sale up there everything's out of stock
