Excellent customer service along with fresh and tasty food. What more can you ask for? Staff was super friendly and helpful. One of the team members was actually detail cleaning in her down time, impressive! We will definitely be returning when we are back in town!

This place is normally great, but the service today was horrible. The hot dog I got was old and tough. Ordered a 5$ large cone and it was sloppily made and not a large. Just won't be back. This was such a good location, what happened?

I was truthfully about to give up on this location and I'm glad I didn't. Who ever you had working today 12/15/23 at around 3:30 Should be considered your best staff and should train everyone that walks in the door. My chicken strip basket was hot and fresh even the toast . The gravy was fresh The fries were perfect. The gentleman working the drive thru was fast,friendly and efficient. Finally a great experience after a few to many poor ones

We have visited this location a couple of times, but there was a situation that occurred that would keep us from coming back again. We had stopped here with the family to grab dinner, and as we waited, we did watch the food being delivered to other customers. The car behind us had ordered some vanilla cones, and as it was being brought to their car, I noticed the worker carrying 4 of them by hand, but using his body to balance the cones and the ice-cream was touching his shirt. His shirt looked to be pretty dirty from kitchen debris. I thought maybe he would get them some new ice cream since the ice cream was all over his shirt, but he still delivered them to the car. I was pretty grossed out by this and felt so bad that those patrons had no idea what happened before receiving their order

An hour and a half before closing and they turn us away without ice cream because they will be closed for the holiday tomorrow and wanted a head start on cleaning their machines. As an ice cream shop, you shouldn't be open at all if you're not going to be serving ice cream! Waste of a trip, family was disappointed.

Only car in the drive through and waiting an exceptionally long time. Was asked by a person what we ordered after we paid. Then another person arrived and asked the same question. After sitting at least ten more minutes at the window, three employees was in no rush to apologize or get our food. Three workers, standing right by the window, stood there talking and laughing while they made us late for my daughters first base ball game. I will never be back.

Service is always great and always greeted with a welcoming smile and a cheery greeting but the food only gets four because I don’t care how many years you’ve been going or who you are check your bag before you leave because 3 out of 5 times that order is wrong or somethings missing the more you eat there the higher your odds are of getting more and more messed up orders. But must the time is good food but the prices have gone up pretty good it cost me about $6 more for a family of four with the same order we’ve had for years

Service can sometimes be bad or good depending on the day. I just went up there 5 minutes ago and was told they had no food fried and was only serving hotdogs and ice cream. How is that possible that an establishment that’s specializes in selling food has no food to sell?! Also the wait times can be horrendous. There have been times I went there and was the only car in line and still had a 10min wait. This place needs a makeover immediately

Waited ✋️ in drive throw with only one vehicle ahead of me 15 minutes to never get served. Every item I ordered they did not have. I've been there before and they have horrible service. But it just happens to be on my way home. But now I will No longer go there nor recommend them. Also the manager has a bad additude and treats employees unfairly

The restaurant was disgusting. We had to ask them to clean a table for us, the bathroom was even worse. The floor was soaked and when my mom went to let the assistant manager, Kim, know it was dangerously wet in there she got a really bad attitude. She obnoxiously was complaining about having to clean the floor up while standing in there cleaning it. Then she got in my dad's face while we were still eating screaming at him telling us we need to leave because we asked her to stop being so obnoxious and loud. She embarrassed the other employees they were apologizing. I highly don't recommend.

Tonight I bought two $7 chicken strip baskets. Their drink machine has been messed up due to the CO2. Well they gave me tea but gave me unsweetened tea and when I said they should get ahold of corporate to get it fixed the manager Sarah was rude and told me she wasn't going to get ahold of corporate. This machine has been messed up the past three times I've tried to get drinks from here. Idk why they haven't notified anyone to get it fixed but tonight's visit was not satisfactory due to her nasty behavior in not doing her job as a manager.

The store seems to have trouble keeping items in stock as they were out of chocolate ice cream and bananas, but have nothing on the menu to advise you before you order. They have items listed on their menu that aren't available to include the cinnamon roll and pumpkin pie blizzards. And when I ordered a large banana split blizzard (without banana) they didn't add enough of any topping to fill the cup or mix it well, so the entire bottom half was just plain vanilla ice cream. You'll be better served heading to the DQ in Elizabethtown.

This location is completely incapable of making an order correctly. I have given them more than enough opportunities to correct their mistakes and have been given several "free meals" to attempt to make them correctly yet no luck. Which is horrible because their less than a mile from my home and work and I'd love to eat here but every time they have came up way short of expectations. Cold soggy fries, cold unmelted cheese, missing parts of the order, only filling the fries half way full with soggy fries when ordering a large well done fry.... you'd think it was too much to ask for a hot fresh meal, if you're going to charge restaurant prices for a meal it should taste like one....McDonalds does a better job than the location on Dixie and Flowervale

We went to the Dairy Queen in Muldraugh yesterday and ordered 3 or the 6 piece Chicken Tender boxes. With a small drink they cost 11.95 each. I've always loved their chicken tender box with country gravy. However when we got home I couldn't believe what I was seeing. None of the tenders in any of the three boxes was even as big as my little finger! In my entire life I have never seen a restaurant serve a chicken tender that small. The only reason I gave 2 start is because of how friendly the staff at the drive thru was. Otherwise I would have rated this a 0. After this experience I would recommend that anyone who wants a decent meal spend their money at a different establishment. .
